Urgent Statement to Indonesian Government and to the United Nations by TPNPB-OPM

On today September 9th 2019, the West Papua National Liberation Army of OPM officially issued a Statement addressed to the Government of Indonesia and to the United Nations.

This statement can be issued based on the situation of the Humanitarian Crisis in Papua, as a result of the actions on Protest Racism Against Papuans by irresponsible Indonesians.
And we release this Statement so that it can be known by all  parties throughout the world.

Statement
1. Need to know by all parties that the Papua Problems is the  Problems of the Political Rights of Self-Determined, which has been violated or ignored by the United Nations, and by the Government of  the United States of America, and also by the Government of Netherlands and the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia;
2. Based on point one (1) above, we need to convey that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, and the Government of the United States of America, and the Government of the Netherlands and the United Nations violated the Rights of Melanesians people in West Papua through the New York Agreement on August 15th, 1962, and also through Indonesian Military Invasion in Papua on May 1st, 1963, and what was really violated is when the Implementation of  An Act of Free Choice in 1969, will colled that “An Act of No Choice” which was not democratic and legally
 defect and also morally defective;
3. That therefore the United Nations immediately reviewing the Implementation of  An Act of Free Choice in 1969 in West Papua, and immediately also mediated the Papuan Nation to sit at the negotiating table with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to discuss the political rights of Papuan Independence;
4. We TPNPB-OPM Affirm that the MelanesianPeople  Struggle in West Papua is not to demand of Development or prosperity by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, but to fully struggle only to demand full sovereignty rights or Full Independence for the Papua people;
5. Whereas, we convey to the Indonesian people and also to the international community that Melanesians people in West Papua have the right to be full free and be sovereign as other nations in the World;
6. Based on the five points above, we TPNPB-OPM ask to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia
in order to stop the diversion of issues immediately with various poor propaganda;
7. That we also urge the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop excessive military troops in Papua, because this is an act of mental and psychological terror to the civil society of Indigenous Papuans by the State;
8. On this occasion, TPNPB-OPM also issued strong warnings to Indigenous Papuans who’s was became the Indonesian Militias Pro to stop immediately your actions which created horizontal conflicts in Papua;
9. TPNPB-OPM also give a warning to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia or more specifically to Wiranto that immediately stop the provocation of pro-NKRI militia activities in Papua, which aimed to create horizontal conflicts such as the East Timor in 1999;
10. TPNPB-OPM also gives warnings to non-Papuans who live looking for food and property in Papua, so that they immediately stop being agents of the Indonesian Military and the Police. On the cases, looked very clear that the non Papuans are carry out attacks against indigenous Papuans. This unacceptable by human beings,  because you are in our ancestral land of the Melanesians people;
11. We TPNPB-OPM urge the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately Free release “Surya Anta and all Papuan activists who have been arrested, for protesting of racism.
12. Based on Point 11 above, then we TPNPB-OPM also urge to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop the Arrest and Legal Process of all Indigenous Papuans who have participated in the Racism Protested which led to riots, because it happened for reasons and consequence. This means that the mass can not be controlled, because this happens spontaneity. And Indonesia and the world must understand this situations !!!
13. In connection with points 11 and 12 above, we also urge the Indonesian President and the Indonesian National Police to immediately revoke the status of the Hoax suspect Alleged Case against to Human Rights Actvist on behalf behalf of Veronica Koman. Because the update that has been carried out by Ms Veronica Koman is an Advocacy act against Papuan Activists in Surabaya, and the Veronica has done to protect humanity;
14. We TPNPB-OPM also reject the HOAX
stigmatization by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia over news updates about Papua, because the issue of the struggle for independence for Papua and also the issues of Indonesian Military and Police Crimes against humanity in Papua is not HOAX, but is a fact based on accurate evidence;
15. That seeing the situation of prolonged conflict in Papua, then TPNPB-OPM urges to the United Nations to immediately intervene on Humanitarians in Papua to create the world peace;
16. On this occasion, the TPNPB-OPM also conveyed to all Papuan students studying outside Papua, who felt unsafe to return to your country of birth and we fought together to seize the Political Rights of Our Sovereignty of the Papuan Nation;
17. In this Statement also, We TPNPB-OPM extend to all Indigenous Papuans who work with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately join the National Civil Strike Single agenda to expel Colinialism;
18. TPNPB-OPM also urge to the world that in 1962-2011 in management and structure we were not ready, so that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia always won in the activities of the Media War and Physical War;
19. That based on point 18 above, the TPNPB-OPM urge to the world that Now we are ready to fight against Indonesian Slave soldiers and seize the Papuan sovereignty;
20. On this occasion we also need to convey to the world that based on the results of the TPNPB-OPM Summit at Perwomi Headquaters in Biak, in May 2012, we have been prepared in the Structure, Management and Personnel as the world military strand;
21. Based on Point 20 above, we TPNPB-OPM need to inform the world that even though the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia has a well-trained military and complete weapons, but we are ready to fight against based on the truth;
22. We also need to convey to the world that based on the results of the TPNPB-OPM National Team Works (RAKERNAS) in Wanum, Papua on September 1st, 2012, the National Liberation War with the Staged Revolutionary actions is taking place, and will then proceed with the announcement of the TOTAL Revolutionary War in accordance with the TPNPB-OPM target;
23. Based on points 1-22 above, the TPNPB-OPM asks to the United Nations to get ready for Humanitarian Intervention in Papua, because the Open War will soon be announced;
24. Whereas other matters of the TPNPB-OPM will be announced immediately at the declaration of the TOTAL Revolutionary War;
25. We TPNPB-OPM urge the United Nations to immediately arrest WIRANTO and tried in the International Criminal Court.

Thus this Statement by TPNPB-OPM convey in order to be a concern by all parties, and can be implemented. Thank you for the good cooperation.
