OFFICIAL CHRONOLOGICAL REPORT OF CIVIL CITIZENS SHOT DEATH IN NDUGAMA BY THE  INDONESIAN SECURITY FORCES IN DATED  DECEMBER 20^th 2019

Reported on Sunday December 22th, 2019, which was reported by the Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Region-Papua, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya.

On Thursday, December 19^th, 2019 at 04:00 am in the morning, there was an armed clashes between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM and Indonesian Militar and Pilce troops in the Koteid of the Momugu Harbor highway, the Batu boundary, Keneyam the Capital Town of Nduga Regency of Papua Province.

The  Indonesian Military (TNI) troops are using 6^th trucks from the New Troops Droping Port to the Capital Town of Keneyam in Secret.

The truck returned home by dropping the TNI troops twice and the third time there was armed contact with the TPNPB Troops, which resulted in two trucks of the Indonesian Military and Police Forces being totally destroyed there, and two TNI members Shot one dead, one other ias critical at the hands of TPNPB.

And the next day on Friday, December 20^th 2019 at 4:52 pm in the afternoon there was a clashes between TPNPB troops and TNI troops on the Momugu-Keneyam Harbor road, which resulted in a truck carrying TNI troops and two Strada Triton cars loaded with TNI forces so a shooting target from TPNPB Forces and 5 TNI Soldiers were killed and 5 others in critocal, but two others died in Keneyam General Hospital.

Chronology of Hendrik Lokbere Death:

On Friday December 20^th 2019 at 6:30 pm in the afternoon Ndudama time, Hendrik Lokbere was shot dead by the Indonesian Military Forces.

Name: Hendrik Lokbere
Occupation: Public transport driver or Strada Car from Wamena to Keneyam, Ndugama.
Status: Citizens of pure Civilioan
Shot dead when he traveling in a truck headed to Koteid, with the aim of picking up Community in the gardens.

While in the back of the truck there was the community load of 5 people and beside Hendrik Lokbere there was a person sitting too, namely beside his driver Hendrik Lokbere.

The hands of the hours at 6:00pm go to the direction of the port until it reaches Koteid, a place on Mount Yosoma, and on the way Hendrik Lokbere travels by a cargo truck to the destination to pick up people from the garden.
In the middle there were a number of TNI troops heading towards Keneyam, so Hendrik reduced his Vehicle Speed ​​and retreated back to give way to the TNI-owned Vehicle, but the TNI Army opened fire on the truck that transported the community without question.

Seeing the situation, all the people in the truck jumped themselves and fled to the forest to save themselves from the threat of death.

While Hendrik Lokbere kept slamming the Stir truck or the Atrek behind, unfortunately, there were TNI troops who were aiming at Snaiper in the direction of the Victim and immediately fired, and the Victims sect was lying in the truck.

After that all the TNI troops that were around were raining bullets into the Victim's Truck.

On the report of witnesses who fled into the forest, then on December 21th, 2019 the bodies of the victims were evacuated to Keneyam Airport.

After that the flight access was sealed and Ndugama Community agreed to occupy the airport.

While TPNPBNEWS monitored the latest developments in the families of the deceased, the late HENDRIK LOKBERE, and reported that representing the oldest, U.Lokbere said that Hendrik Lokbere's death in the hot spring of Snaiper's snout was the State's Violence against the Papuan People and Us Ndudama Residents, therefore The Indonesian Central Government must take responsibility immediately.

We, the Ndugama family and community, command the Government of Indonesia to always make the atmosphere of Christmas the present, only the lives of civilians who are victims, so we ask for immediate withdrawal of TNI troops from Ndudama Lands.

While we, the Ndugama Family and Community have closed the door of the Keneyam Airport until there has to be a clear answer, from the Indonesian Government in Jakarta.

And the TPNPBNews crew tried to contact Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Region Bridgen Egianus Kogeya via telephone connection related to the death of Hendrik Lokbere, then the TPNPB Commander of the Ndugama Region Bridgen Egianus Kogeya made a statement.

In this case, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya conveyed several important matters related to the Death of Hendrik Lokbere's case and denied the Indonesian Military Statement, which considered that always closing their mistakes and then threw the matter at the TPNPB with incorrect reasons as issue at TPNPB for the wrong reasons as follow:

1. I As Commander of the TPNPB Ndugama Region Bridgen Egianus Kogeya conveyed to the President of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Jokowi and the Commander of the TNI immediately clean up your Trash, namely Non-Papuans in Nduga Regency and immediately leave Ndugama;
2. Death of Hendrik Lokbere the Indonesian military says Egianus Kogeya shot civilians on behalf of Hendrik Lokbere is the failure of the Indonesian government and the military is too ignorant to make such reports;
3. Since December 22th, 2019 at 6:30pm seconds the firing of Hendrik Lokbere was the closing seconds of all Development access in the Regency;
4. If the Indonesian government has taught TPNPB to kill civilians, then non-Papuans in Nduga Regency, we will kill all non Papuan without compromize;
5. The Highway road of the Port of Momugu to Keneyam, the capital Town of Nduga Regency, is a TPNPB war area, if the TNI sees that directly shooting dead civilians is the failure of TNI troops in the field;
6. On 19^th and 20^th December 2019, TPNPB troops successfully shot dead 9^th members of the TNI and 3 were still critical, and 4 units of Strada cars and heavy equipment had been set on fire. Therefore the Indonesian Military and Police must immediately announce all of these incidents;
7. Our War TPNPB  Ndugama Region will continue the War until West Papuan fully Independence falls in our hands and we will stop the war;
8. The shooting of Hendrik Lokbere is a sign of the defeat of TNI Forces in the field of war for 1 Year between the TPNPB Forces and the Indonesian Military and Police Forces in Ndugama-Papua.

That was the statement of the Commander of the TPNPB Ndugama Region Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, and this statement was released to be a day to day for all subjects.

LAPORAN KRONOLOGIS SECARA RESMI PERISTWA PENEMBAKAN WARGA CIVIL DI NDUGAMA OLEH  PASUKAN TNI PADA TANGGAL 20 DESEMBER 2019

Dilaporkan pada Hari Minggu Tanggal 22 Desember 2019, yang telah dilaporkan oleh Panglima TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama-Papua Bridgen Egianus Kogeya. 

Pada hari  Kamis tanggal 19 Desember 2019 pukul 04:00 Subu pagi dini hari telah terjadi kontak senjata  antara pasukan TPNPB dan TNI di Koteid Jalan raya Pelabuhan Momugu batas Batu Kabupaten Nduga Papua Ibu Kota Keneyam.

Pasukan TNI sedang menggunakan 6 truk dari Pelabuhan  Droping Pasukan  Baru Ke Ibu Kota Keneyam secara Rahasia.

Truk tersebut pulang balik  drop pasukan TNI dua kali dan yang ke tiga kalinya terjadi Kontak senjata dengan Pasukan TPNPB, yang akibatnya dua truk Pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia hancur total disitu, dan dua anggota TNI Tertembak satu meninggal Dunia satu lagi Kritis di tangan TPNPB.

Dan ke-esokan Harinya yaitu Jumat tanggal  20 Desember 2019 pukul 4:52  sore telah terjadi kontak senjata antara pasukan TPNPB dan pasukan TNI di jalan Pelabuhan Momugu-Keneyam, yang akibatnya sebuah truk muatan pasukan TNI dan dua buah mobil Strada Triton muatan pasukan TNI jadi sasaran tembak  dari  Pasukan TPNPB dan  5 orang Prajurit TNI tewas 5 lainnya krisis, namun dua yang yang lainya meninggal di Rumah sakit umum Keneyam.

Kronologis Kematian Hendrik Lokbere:

Pada hari jumat tanggal 20 Desember 2019 pukul 6:30 Sore waktu Ndudama, Hendrik Lokbere tertembak mati oleh Pasukan Militer Indonesia.  

Nama : Hendrik Lokbere

Pekerjaan : Sopir angkutan umum Strada  Wamena Keneyam, Ndugama.

Status :Warga Cipil murni

Ditembak mati saat perjalanan menggunakan sebuah truk menuju ke Koteid, dengan tujuan menjemput Masayakat di Kebun.  

Sementara di bak belakang truk ada muatan Masayakat  5 orang dan  samping Hendrik Lokbere ada seorang duduk masrakat juga yaitu samping sopirnya Hendrik Lokbere.

Jarum jam pukul 6:00 menuju ke Arah pelabuhan sampai di Koteid tempat  di Gunung Yosoma, dan dalam  sepanjang perjalanan Hendrik Lokbere menggunakan truk muatan Masyarakat tujuan menjemput  masyarakat yang dari kebun. 

Dalam pertengahan itu  ada sejumlah Pasukan TNI sedang  menuju ke arah Keneyam, maka Hendrik mengurangi Kecepatan Kendaraannya dan Atrek mundur ke belakang  untuk memberikan jalan  Kendaraan milik TNI itu, namun  Pasukan   TNI melepaskan tembakan arah Ke truk yang mengangkut masyarakat itu tanpa di tanya. 

Melihat situasi itu, maka semua Masyarakat di dalam truk tersebut melompat diri dan kabur ke Hutan untuk selamatkan diri diri dari ancaman maut tersebut.

Sementara Hendrik Lokbere tetap membanting kan Stir truknya mudur atau Atrek ke belakang, namun sayangnya  ada pasukan TNI  sudah membidik Snaiper ke arah Korban dan Langsung menembak, dan sektika  Korban tergeletak dalam truk.

Setelah itu semua pasukan TNI yang ada sekitar itu menghujani peluru ke  Truk nya Korban tersebut.

Atas laporan saksi yang melarikan diri ke hutan itu, maka tanggal 21 Desember 2019 mayat korban di Evakuasi ke Bandara udara  Keneyam.

Setelah itu akses Penerbangan di segel dan Masayakat Ndugama sepakat  menduduki  bandara. 

Kesepakatan Pihak Keluarga korban:

Sementara TPNPBNEWS memantau perkembangan kondisi terakhir di Keluarga Korban yaitu Almarhum HENDRIK LOKBERE, dan melaporkan bahwa mewakili yang tertua yaitu U.Lokbere menyampaikan bahwa Kematian Hendrik  Lokbere di berondong Timah panas dari moncong snaiper adalah Kejatahan Negara  terhadap Rakyat Papua dan  Kami Warga Ndudama, oleh karena itu Pemerintah Pusat Indonesia harus segera bertanggung jawab.

Kami keluarga  dan masyarakat Ndugama memintah  Pemerintah Indonesia selalu bikin suasana Natal ini kadonya hanya Nyawa warga sipil yang korban, maka kami minta Segera Penarikan Pasukan TNI dari Tanah  Ndudama.

Sementara kami Keluarga dan   Masyarakat Ndugama sudah menutup pintu Bandara Udarah Keneyam sampai Harus ada pertang jawaban yang jelas, dari Pemerintah Indonesia di Jakarta.

Dan crew TPNPBNews berusaha menghubungi Panglima TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya melalui telpon sambungannya terkait kematian Hendrik Lokbere, maka Panglima TPNPB Wilayah Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya mneyampaikan depalan poin pernyataan. 

Dalam hal ini, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya menjampaikan beberapa hal penting terkait kasus Kematian Hendrik Lokbere dan bantah Pernyataan Militer Indonesia, yang mana menilai bahwa selalu menutup Kesalahannya lalu melempar persoalan kepada TPNPB dengan  alasan yang tidak tepat sebagai berikut:

1.          Saya Selaku Panglima TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya menjampaikan Kepada  Presiden Republik Indonesia Jokowi  dan Panglima TNI Segerah bersikan Sampah mu, yaitu Warga Non Papua yang ada di Kabupaten Nduga dan segera tinggalkan Ndugama;

2.          Kematian Hendrik Lokbere pihak militer Indonesia mengatakan Egianus Kogeya menembak Warga sipil atas Nama Hendrik Lokbere  adalah Kegagalan Pemerintah Indonesia dan militer yang terlalu bodok membuat laporan seperti itu;

3.          Sejak tanggal  22 Desember 2019  pukul 6:30 sore detik-detik penembak terhadap Hendrik Lokbere  adalah detik-detik  tutupnya semua akses Pembangunan di Kabupaten Nduga;

4.          Jika Pemerintah Indonesia sudah mengajarkan TPNPB  Membunuh warga sipil, maka warga non Papua yang ada di Kabupaten Nduga  kami akan  Bunuh semua tidak Pandang Buluh;

5.          Jalan Raya Pelabuhan Momugu ke Keneyam ibu Kota Kabupaten Nduga adalah Areal perang TPNPB,  jika TNI melihat Langsung menembak mati warga civil adalah Kegagalan Pasukan TNI di lapangan;

6.          Pada tanggal 19 dan 20 Desember 2019  itu pasukan TPNPB sudah berhasil menembak mati 9 anggota  TNI  dan 3 masih kritis  4 unit Mobil Strada dan alat berat sudah di bakar. Oleh karena itu Militer dan Polisi Indonesia harus segera umumkan  semua kejadian itu;

7.          Perang kami TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama tetap akan Perang terus sampai Kemerdekaan Papua barat jatuh di tangan kami dan kami akan berhenti perang;

8.          Tertembaknya Hendrik Lokbere adalah  Bertanda kekalahan Pasukan TNI di lapangan perang selama 1 Tahun antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Pasukan Militer dan Poliis Indonesia di Ndugama-Papua.

Demikian pernyataan Panglima TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, dan pernyataan ini dikelaurkan guna menjadi perharian oleh semua pihak.
