 TPNPB denies TNI claims that they were shot three members of the TPNPB because the TNI actually shot civilians

The Central Headquarters management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) denied the TNI statement which claiming that they had managed to shoot dead three TPNPB members, in which case they were shot and killed three Papuan civilians in a savage manner.

Seeing this public deception committed by the Indonesian Military and the Police, we from the Central Headquarters management of the West Papua National Liberation Army issued a statement that the TNI must be responsible for the murder of three civilians at Intan Jaya on February 15^th, 2021.

The Central Headquarters management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) always received confirmation report from the TPNPB leadership in each war area that the TPNPB troops were not victims, and they used to report this after a shootout with the Indonesian Military and Police Forces. And there is very clear.

As for the TPNPB troops killed by the TNI, they bravely announced that our members were killed by the TNI & Police.

On the basis of this TPNPB courage, the Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army is responsible for all the activities of the National Liberation War that have been and are being carried out by the TPNPB Troops.

Therefore the Indonesian Military and Police immediately stopped public fraud, which argued that the Indonesian National Police Force managed to shoot the TPNPB members. In terms of killing Civilians who don't know anything (they was innoncen).

The chronological report below is correct and was directly reported by various sources in Intan Jaya, Papua.

Chronology of TNI were Killed Three Papuans Civilians in Intan Jaya on Monday 15^th of Februari 2021 morning there was a shooting by TPNPB Troops in Intan Jaya which killed a TNI member.

In an effort to pursue the shooter, the TNI conducted sweeps around the village of Mamba, resulting in a young man on behalf of Janius Bagau being shot in the left arm until his bone was crushed.

From a number of information collected on Tuesday 16^th of February 2021 by various sources from the scene of the incident in Amaesiga.

In the car, two other youths from the victim's family participated to look after the victim at the community Health centers while receiving medical treatment.

The two young men are Justinus Bagau and Soni Bagau. Janius Bagau Justinus Bagau Soni Bagau, they are Comes From One Family.

When the three victims were at the community Health centers, the TNI came at night and then interrogated the three while torturing and beating them to death on Monday, February 15^th, 2021 at night.

Janius was the victim who was previously shot at Amaesiga Village. The two people [Soni and Justinus] are healthy condition when they look after Janius Bagau . They were at the community Health centers to look after Janius. But they were examined and interrogated and then beaten until all three died at the community Health centers last night, the reporter said.

The three of them were one family, then beaten and tortured by the TNI to death at the Bilogai community Health centers in Yokatapa, Sugapa.

Subsequent reports from Intan Jaya reported that “Soni Bagau and Justinus Bagau, both of them joined the regent's car, which brought Janius Bagau from Amaesiga to Bilogai scommunity Health centers that the victim would receive treatment.

For information, Janius Bagau died with a gunshot wound to his left arm with a crushed left arm bone. Before he died, he was interrogated, tortured and beaten by members of the TNI.

Meanwhile, Soni Bagau and Justinus Bagau were two healthy young men who died from torture and beatings by TNI members during interrogation at the Bilogai community Health center in Yokatapa, Sugapa District, Intan Jaya Regency.

From the brief chronological report above, the claims of TNI members that they shot three TPNPB members are not true. And it is precisely the TNI with its heinous and inhuman actions that torture and murder innoncent civilians.

Therefore, this matter must be the concern of all parties, and together urge the Indonesian government to stop military operations and violence in the entire territory of West Papua.

Thus this denial by the Central Headquarters Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army, and the Central Headquarters management of the TPNPB is responsible for this statement.
