Karoba Tabi states that recent events, from the Declarations of Independence for
example” South Sudan on July 9th 2011, the declaration of
independence of Kosovo on February 17th 2008, the Establishment of
the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro in 2003 following the collapse of
Yugoslavia, an independent of East Timor from the Republic of Indonesia on May
20th 2000, the independence of Palau October 1th 1994, preceded by
Eritrea on April 27th 1993 was declared independence after the
referendum, preceded by the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 1993, where
Czechoslovakia was disolved into two namely Cheko and Slovakia.

In this week we witnessed a
referendum in Catalonia and Kurdistan. In the near future we will see a
referendum on the end of the island of New Guinea, Bougainville.
All of these incidents confront, and
spew rumors and foolish content from parties who also do not understand world
politics, among other things they say the UN has closed the door to all
countries in the world for independence.
The end of the opportunity only in
2000, if passed from 2000, then the UN will not accept any nation in this world
for the chance of independence.
This totally counts. And proven
ignorance of this issue. The Issue of NKRI (The Unitary State of the
Republic of Indonesia)
Price of Death, is a political logic that is not only misleading but directly
opposes the nature and plan of God the Creator.
New Guinea is made by God, Java is
God's made, Sumatra is made by God, Bali is made by God. But Irian Jaya, North
Sumatra, West Java, Indonesia, South Kalimantan, and the like are all man made,
not absolute, not dead price, not natural.
NKRI is not natural, not formulated
in any Scripture, and at the same time defies the most basic laws of nature,
the formula of organism, which is essentially always, every second and moment
change, from one point to another.
Turning off the Unitary Republic of
Indonesia is an embarrassing duping effort, and not only that, it directly
violates the nature of the Divine. Banning nations who want to escape by means
of intimidation, terror, sedition, who plays a fear-factor "astute" are
the works of ancient times, the workings of Majapahit and Mataram, which have
to be banished in this civilized and democratic era.
Clearly, the Papuan people, based on
the 1945 Constitution and the Law of the Unitary State of the Republic of
Indonesia, have the right to determine their own destiny. Therefore, in
fighting for this independence, we must be proud that we are not thieves, we
are not criminals, we are not wild movements, we are not armed civilian groups,
not unknown strangers, but we are the owners of ancestral lands, which have
rights full of the ancestral lands of the Papuan people, who sublimely and
purely demanded the Unitary State of the Unitary State, which should not be
terrorized, shot at, expelled from their own ancestral lands. Watch what
happens with Brexiter, Catalonia and Kurdistan. What happens is political
debate, democratic and civilized processes.
Not a dark troop surge and a bright
army, not a terrorist troop in green or white, not ancient ways. Because the
NKRI has been democracy, then the Papuan people it is time to demand a
referendum in the Land of Papua openly, without having to be pursued and fired
in the forests.
Oh people of Papua, note, Spain,
Sudan, Cheko, Slovakia, East Timor, Kurdistan, all these regions share land maps
with colonizing countries, but they successfully escape from colonialism.
The land of Papua is racially
separated, ethnically, geographically clear and distinctly separated island,
and unlike the geographical and ethnic majority of NKRI.
Therefore, we must and must be
independent and sovereign outside of NKRI. We call on the United Liberation
Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) to immediately complete the steps to establish
the West Papua Republican government, by applying the West Papua Revolution Act
Law (UURWP) adopted by the West Papua National Parliament (PNWP) consolidated
to implement the rules as a country.
We invite the Governor of the
Province of Papua and the Governor of the Province of West Papua, the Mayor and
the Regent, the Chairman of the Local Parliament of West Papua ( called DPRP)
and the Chairman of the DPRPB as well as the members of the council and
political elite throughout the Papua Land to support the steps of establishing
a government with a government office in the near future in order to realize
the ideals.
The ideals of the Papuan ancestors:
Nicolaas Jouwe, Loudwick Mandatjan, Barens Mandatjan, Kelly Kwalik, Justinus
Murib, Eduard Mofu, Theys Eluay, Mako
Tabuni, Hans Bomay, Elias Yikwa, Peter Tabuni, Luke Tabuni, Arnold C. Ap, Otto
Ondawame, August Rumaropen, and all the unnamed warriors who were in the land
of Papua, Sorong to Samarai.
To all elements of West Papua's struggle
for independence, let us leave behind the thoughts of personal egoism and
groups that directly and clearly destroy our struggle.
At the current point, we of TRWP are
clearly reading, whoever for any reason, obstructs, disputes and provides many
excuses to block the UURWP endorsement and the establishment of the provisional
government of the West Papua Republic, then without hesitation we must make
sure that they are agents of NKRI, inhibition of struggle, supporting agenda of
BIN and BAIS RI (Indonesian Intelegent).

This kind
of news is called a provocateur with the aim of destroying unity in the
struggle of the Melaneians people of West Papua, and ultimately aimed at
destroying the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP).
That seeing
the news of profocator as written by Sem Karoba this, then we appeal to all West
Papua Freedom Fighters who is loyalist and to the people of Papua to be very
careful in doing the struggle.
Why? Because
the unilateral design that is both a tribalism and familism and then compels
others people, can not be recognized by people who are struggling nationally in
one unity.
We are not
will recognize the cowardly leader's design, which is to remain hidden in women's
underpants and then just voice out. We need brave warriors, who can bravely
destroy enemy forces (colonial Indonesia).
Therefore,
we hope that if we are going to fight for one nation, please continue to
struggle in the national command, do not join the tribal or familism group.
Remember
that precisely this kind of provocator news needs to be suspected, do not let
them play the back and or the intelligence of the colonial Indonesian enemy.
Thus, this
response we write to save the national agendas of Melanesians people in West
Papua. Hopefully this response can be useful for all West Papua Freedom Fighters

Tentara Revolusi West Papua (TRWP). Lieutenant General Amunggut Sem Karoba Tabi
menyatakan bahwa peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi belakangan ini, mulai dari
Deklarasi Kemerdekaan Sudan Selatan 9 Juli 2011, deklarasi kemerdekaan Kosovo
17 Februari 2008, pembentukan State Union of Serbia and Montenegro pada tahun
2003 menyusul keruntuhan Yugoslavia, Timor Leste yang merdeka dari NKRI pada 20
Mei 2000, kemerdekaan Palau 1 Oktober 1994, didahului oleh Eritrea pada 27
April 1993 menyatakan kemerdekaan setelah referendum, didahului oleh Republik
Czech dan Slovakia pada tanggal 1 1993, di mana Czechoslovakia di-disolved
menjadi dua yaitu Cheko dan Slovakia.

Dalam minggu ini kita saksikan
referendum di Katalonia dan Kurdistan. Dalam waktu dekat kita akan saksikan
referendum di ujung pulau New Guinea, Bougainville.
Semua peristiwa ini mementahkan, dan
memuntahkan gosip dan isi-isu pembodohan dari pihak-pihak yang juga tidak
mengerti politik dunia, antara lain mereka katakan PBB sudah tutup pintu untuk
semua negara di dunia untuk merdeka.
Akhir dari kesempatan hanya tahun
2000, kalau lewat dari tahun 2000, maka PBB tidak akan terima lagi bangsa
manapun di dunia ini untuk berkesempatan merdeka. Ini termentahkan total. Dan
terbukti kebodohan dari isu ini. Isu NKRI Harga Mati, adalah sebuah logika
politik yang tidak hanya menyesatkan tetapi secara langsung menentang kodrat
dan rencana Allah Sang Pencipta. New Guinea ialah buatan Tuhan, Jawa adalah
buatan Tuhan, Sumatera adalah buatan Tuhan, Bali ialah buatan Tuhan. Tetapi
Irian Jaya, Sumatera Utara, Jawa Barat, Indonesia, Kalimantan Selatan, dan
sejenisnya semuanya ini ialah buatan manusia, yang tidak mutlak, tidak harga
mati, tidak kodrati.
NKRI bukan kodrat, bukan dirumuskan
dalam Kitab Suci manapun, dan sekaligus menentang hukum alam yang paling
mendasar, yaitu rumus organisme, yang secara hakiki selalu, setiap detik dan
moment mengalami perubahan, dari satu titik ke titik lain.
Mematikan NKRI merupakan usaha
pembodohan yang memalukan, dan tidak hanya itu, langsung melanggar kodrat Sang
Ilahi. Melarang bangsa-bangsa yang ingin melepaskan diri dengan cara
intimidasi, teror, hasutan, yang memainkan “fear-factor” secara lihai ialah
perbuatan zaman kuno, cara kerja kerjaaan Majapahit dan Mataram, yang sudah
harus dibuang di era yang beradab dan demokratis ini.
Sudah jelas, bangs Papua,
berdasarkan atas UUD 1945 dan UU NKRI, berhak untuk mementukan nasibnya
sendiri. Oleh karena itu, dalam memperjuangkan kemerdekaan ini, kita harus
berbangga hati bahwa kita bukan pencuri, kita bukan penjahat, kita bukan
gerakan liar, kita bukan kelompok sipil bersenjata, bukan OTK – orang tak
dikenal, tetapi kami adalah pemilik tanah leluhur, yang punya hak penuh atas
tanah leluhur bangsa Papua, yang secara luhur dan murni menuntut NKRI keluar
dari Tanah leluhur, yang tidak harus diteror, ditembaki, diusir dari tanah
leluhur sendiri.
Saksikanlah apa yang terjadi dengan
Brexitr, Katalonia dan Kurdistan. Yang terjadi adalah debat politik, proses
demokrasi dan beradab. Bukan penerjunan pasukan gelap dan pasukan terang, bukan
pasukan teroris berbaju hijau atau putih, bukan cara-cara kuno. Karena NKRI
sudah berdemokrasi, maka bangsa Papua sudah saatnya untuk menuntut referendum
di Tanah Papua secara terbuka, tanpa harus dikejar dan ditembaki di
hutan-hutan. Hai bangsa Papua, perhatikan, Spanyol, Sudan, Cheko, Slovakia,
Timor Leste, Kurdistan, semua wilayah ini berbagi peta daratan dengan negara-negara
penjajah, tetapi mereka sukses melepaskan diri dari penjajahan. Tanah Papua
terlepas secara ras, secara etnis, secara suku-bangsa, secara geografis pulau
jelas dan tegas terpisah, dan tidak sama dengan wilayah geografis dan
suku-bangsa mayoritas NKRI.
Oleh karena itu, kami pasti dan
harus merdeka dan berdaulat di luar NKRI. Kami serukan kepada United Liberation
Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) untuk segerak menyelesaikan langkah-langkah
untuk mendirikan pemerintahan Republik West Papua, dengan menerapkan
Undang-Undagn Revolusi West Papua (UURWP) yang telah disahkan oleh Parlemen
Nasional West Papua (PNWP) dan melakukan upaya konsolidasi untuk menerapkan
aturan-aturan sebagaimana sebuah negara.
Kami mengundang Gubernur Provinsi
Papua dan Gubernur Provinsi Papua Barat, Wali Kota dan Bupati, Ketua DPRP dan
Ketua DPRPB serta para anggota dewan serta elit politik di seluruh Tanah Papua
untuk mendukung langkah-langkah pendirian sebuah pemerintahan dengan kantor
pemerintahan dalam waktu dekat demi mewujudkan cita-cita para leluhur bangsa
Papua: Nicolaas Jouwe, Loudwick Mandatjan, Barens Mandatjan, Kelly Kwalik,
Yustinus Murib, Eduard Mofu, Theys Eluay, Mako Tabuni, Hans Bomay, Elias Yikwa,
Petrus Tabuni, Lukas Tabuni, Arnold C. Ap, Otto Ondawame, August Rumaropen, dan
semua pejuang tanpa nama yang berada di sepenjang tanah Papua, Sorong sampai
Samarai. Kepada seluruh elemen perjuangan kemerdekaan West Papua, mari kita
tinggalkan pikiran-pikiran egoisme pribadi dan kelompok yang secara langsung
dan jelas-jelas merusak perjuangan kita.
Pada titik saat ini, kami dari TRWP
jelas-jelas membaca, barangsiapa dengan alasan apapun, menghambat,
mempermasalahkan dan memberikan banyak alasan menghalangi pengesahan UURWP dan
pembentukan pemerintahan sementara Republik West Papua, maka tanpa ragu-ragu,
kita harus pastikan bahwa mereka itu adalah agen-agen NKRI, penghambat

perlu pejuang=pejuang pemberani, yang dengan berani hancurkan kekuatan musuh (kolonial
indonesia.
Oleh karena itu, kami harap bahwa jika hendak berjuang untuk
satu bangsa maka tetap berjuang dalam komando nasional, jangan ikut kelompok
sukuisme.
Ingat bahwa justru berita profokator seperti ini perlu
dicurigai, jangan sampai mereka ini yang bermain muka belakang dan atau intelejen dari pihak musuh kolonial
indonesia.
