Therefore, on behalf of the Papuan people, we are the Chief of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) asking for attention by the United Nations, and we also urge to the Secretary General of the United Nations so that the UN Peacekeeping Force intervention can be carried out immediately and may enter Papua.

In this case, the Central Headquarters management of the  West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) received an official report from Intan Jaya that on January 26th, 2020, at 11:00 am in the morning the shooting had occurred in Intan Jaya Regency of Papua Province, between the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces (TPNPB) vs Indonesian security forces (TNI/POLRI) in three places, in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency, Papua.

The location of the armed contact on January 26th, 2020 in Intan Jaya Regency was in Tanah Merah and Holomama. And in this clash, the Indonesian Security Forces had shot dead a civilian and two other people had gunshot wounds.

This contact situation was reported directly by the General Operations Commander of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) “Major General Lekagak Telenggen” from the location of the War, namely from the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency, Papua Province.

In his report Major General Lekagak Telenggen reported that the War began at 11:00 a.m. to at 19:00 pm.

Major General Lekagak Telenggen also said that in this War the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces (TPNPB) had not been killed, so on this occasion we denied the statement of the Papua Regional Police Chief Paul Waterpauw who said that three TPNPB Members were shot.

This rebuttal was issued by the GENERAL OPERATIONAL COMMANDER of TPNPB, because information from the Indonesian Government through the TNI-POLRI circulated through various media, namely print medias and electronic medias that the TNI-POLRI Joint Forces were shot death or killed the Operation Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) of region 29, as the Papua Police Regional Chief Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw statement.

Actually NM is a Member of Indonesian Intelligent who has long been installed by the police to take weapons that were seized by the West Papua Nasional Liberation Army Troops led by Late Bridgen Ayub Waker in 2015. We have known the local agent Member for a long time, said Maj. Gen. Lekagak telenggen.

At the beginning of the agreement between the police with the initials NM in 2015 where the Indonesian Security Forces doctrine to NM that you will later seize the weapons that were seized by the TPNPB Troops in Ugimbah Tembagapura, and then return them to us (Indonesian Police).

For that every month you receive money from us in the amount of IDR 30 Millions, and if until 2020 you cannot succeed in returning the weapons, then we police will shoot you.

It was an agreement between the TNI-POLRI troops and the initials NM or the people guided by the TNI-Polri Apparatus. So NM is not a leader or a member of the TPNPB-OPM.

So Papua Police Chief Paulus Waterpau said the TPNPB leader was very untrue and was lying to the public, said Lekagak Telenggen from Intan Jaya via his cellphone to the TPNPBNEW Media Crew.

We knew that NM long time ago and with us TPNPB troops had no access at all. This NM we wanted to shoot dead first, but because he was afraid and had never appeared.

Lekagak had For this reason, I as the General Operations Commander of TPNPB throughout the Land of Papua convey the following matters to the police and military:

This is the corpse of Indonesian Troops Members rotting in the Forest, as reported above, please watch because there is also a video that we have uploaded

The National Command of West Papua National Libertaion Army of OPM Press Release on January 5th, 2020

One member of Indonesian Security Forces who was shot dead by West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM)  forces is rotting and the Indonesian government is not evacuating the bodies of the victims and this is very barbaric because the Indonesian government is not responsible for the corpses of victims of their troops.

On Saturday, January 4th, 2020, the Management of the West Papua nationalLiberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Headquarters has received a report sent directly by the West Papua National Liberation Army, which has been enclosed in all reports, photos and videos of  TPNPB Troops war activities VS Indonesian Security Forces in Intan Jaya-Papua.

This report is a report of the War that has been and is being carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) VS Indonesian Security Forces in Intan Jaya Regency of Papua Province, where the war has begun from 17th of  December 2019 to the present 5th of January 2020 .

The West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) under the Deputy Chief of Regional Defense Commander VIII Sabianus Waker said that they had killed a member of the Indonesian Security Forces, but the Government and its Security Forces did not evacuate, and this was very barbaric because they were not responsible.

Why? Because we have shot dead members of the Indonesian security forces, but the Indonesian government is not responsible for the bodies of the victims.

Therefore the leaders and troops of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) ask to the Colonial Governmen of the Republic of Indonesia not to send your troops to West Papua territory, because we will shoot more, but we are worried and it is possible that the Indonesian Government will not be responsible at the expense of your members.

The evidence from the decaying corpses of  the member of Indonesian Security Forces is a clear fact, therefore the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia together with your security forces will immediately stop committing fraud to the public nationally and internationally through propagandas media.
