Opening Notes of the West Papua National Liberation Army Press Release: TPNPB Headquarters Management just now active, after two weeks of busy on emergency meetings to respond to the humanitarian crisis situation in Papua and the Armed War Conflict between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Forces and the Indonesian Security Forces.

TPNPB-OPM Central Headquarters Management Received a direct report from Ndugama on January 23th, 2020, and in this report Bridgen Eginaus Kogeya said that Mispo Gwijangge who was arrested by the Indonesian Security Forces in Wamena and now on trial in Jakarta was not a Member of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM)  Ndugama region.

Please follow the statement of the Commander of TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama, Papua as below:

We, the leaders of the TPNPB Region III of Ndugama, have just received a report that one member of the TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama has been arrested by the police and is currently in the legal process in Jakarta.

On this issue, we are the leaders and special West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) troops of Ndugama Region have checked our members, but this is not true.

So we say to the public nationally and internationally that those who are temporarily in the current Legal Process in Jakarta are not members of the Ndugama TPNPB, but ordinary civil society person.

We are not fighting carelessly, but for anyone who is a Free Papua Fighters there are people who already have the soul of the nation's patriots that naturally and stand as TPNPB Forces.

Thus, all members of the TPNPB Troops are in our hands, especially the Ndugama TPNPB Troops, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya said in his report.

We TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama have a military control management there, so every Battalion of troops and commanders all move in command of superiors and all of our Troops We know everything.

But lately, it was learned that one of the perpetrators of the shooting of PT Istaka Karya's employees was:

Indonesian manipulation Arrested

Name: Gwijangg Mispo
Age: 14^th years old
Occupation: Farmer
Tribe: Ndugama
Origin of village: Yigi District, Nduga regency, Papua province.

Therefore, we, the TPNPB Ndugama Chief Commander and Troops, issued the 4-Point Statement to Indonesian Military and Police Leaders Plan relating to the arrest of MISPO GWIJANGGE in 2019.

1. We reject the State's Manipulations through the TNI-POLRI Against Our Struggle, and against the people of West Papua, who have made arrests of Mispo Gwijangge;
2. Mispo Gwijangge is not a member of the Ndugama West Papua National Liberation Army Troops, but an ordinary Civil Society who was domiciled in Wamena during the Arrest;
3. Mispo Gwijangge is a pure civilian, and he is not a member of the Ndugama TPNPB;
4. Therefore, we TPNPB Ndugama urges to the Indonesian government that to immediately release the Mispo Gwijangge.

Chronology of Arrest Mispo Gwijangge along with 5 other colleagues were arrested in Wamena while topping up cellphone credit unit.

News that was once written, on May 15^th, 2019, we were the leaders of TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama.

Today on May 15^th, 2019 at 7:30 am Regional Commander of Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya Refutes the arrest of 5 civilians fabricated by TNI/Polri officials in Wamena, and they are civilians with absolutely no connection with TPNPB.

They are also Refugees Citizens. People used to open my members, said Egianus Kogeya in a loud tone.

And Bridgen Egianus Kogeya was behind the question that if they were my members (TPNPB Forces), what was it going to the city of Wamena ...? And that means that the Arrested really is the Indonesian Military and Police manipulations in Papua.

We are still at war with all my troops, Egianus Kogeya said through his cellphone to the TPNPBNEWS Media Crew. Thus a direct report from Ndugama.

Next Bridgen Egianus Kogeya reports that were arrested of 5 Civilians as follows:
1.Yainggen Lilbid
2. Tekarlos Lilbid
3. May Gwijangge (Mispo)
4. Lamanus Gwijangge
5. Because Lilbid
At that time they were arrested in the city of Wamena not in Ndugama and their status was also refugees.

After being arrested and brought to the Jayawijaya Wamena police station and underwent an examination and 4 people were sent home and Mei (Mispo Gwijangge) in Detention, now.

Thus we, the leaders of the TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama strongly reject that Maybe Mispo Gwijangge is accused of murdering a Kopasus member who disguised Bridge workers in the River as being completely untrue.

Arrest and detention up to the level of Trial for a long time is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia's Engineering of Ndugama and Papuan civilians in general.

We, TPNPB Leaders and staff convey that Mispo Gwijangge was arrested by the Police in the city of Wamena in connection with the Mobile Theft case belonging to Jhoni Garun's men during work at Aworak River.

If we are the leaders and the TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama troop has denied this, it is better for the Indonesian government to release and return Mispo Gwijangge back to the family.

The Indonesian government has a legal process that includes life imprisonment or capital punishment will not be completed in the West Papua guerilla Revolutionary War.

I am Egianus Kogeya as the Person in Charge of the Murder of the Employees of PT. Istaka Karya with Troops are still alive against the Indonesian Security Forces (TNI/POLRI Troops) and we are still holding weapons in the field.

And we reject the arrogant attitude of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia which makes arrests of civilians and then bring it to any model Papua trial will not be safe, therefore we once again urge to the Government of Indonesia that to immediately return the Mispo Gwijangge to the Family.

That is the letter of rejection of the Indonesian Government's submission to the Ndugama TPNPB related to Mispo Gwijangge, and thank you for your attention.

Catatan Pembukaan Siaran Pers Komans TPNPB-OPM: Management Markas Pusat TPNPB baru aktif, setelah dua minggu sibuk dengan Pertemuan darurat guna sikapi situasi Krisis kemanusiaan di Papua dan Konflik Perang Bersenjata Antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Pasukan Kemanan Indonesia. 

Management Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM telah Terima laporan langsung dari Ndugama pada tanggal   23 Januari 2020, dan dalam laporan ini Bridgen Eginaus Kogeya mengatkan bahwa Misko Gwijangge yang di tangkap Pasukan Kemanan Indonesia di Wamena dan Sekarang diadili di Jakarta bukan merupakan Anggota TPNPB-OPM Ndugama. 

Silakan ikuti Peryataan Panglima TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama, Papua dibawah ini: 

Kami pimpinan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama baru mendapat Laporan bahwa Satu orang Anggota TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama di tangkap Polisi dan di Proses Hukum saat ini Di Jakarta, maka kami Pimpinan dan pasukan TPNPB  khusus Nya KODAP III Ndugama telah mengecek anggota kami, namun ternyata  tidak benar. Jadi Kami sampaikan kepada public secara Nasional dan Internasional bahwa yang sementara di Proses Hukum saat ini  di Jakarta itu Bukan Anggota TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama, melainkan masyarakat Civil biasa.

Kami berjuang tidak asal-asalan, tetapi Bagi siapa saja yang menjadi Pejuang Papua Merdeka adaalah orang-orang yang sudah punya jiwa berpatriot  bangsa  yang  secara alamiah dan berdiri sebagai Pasukan TPNPB. 

Dengan demikian, maka semua jumlah anggota Pasukan TPNPB ada di tangan kami, yang terutama Pasukan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama, Kata Bridgen Egianus Kogeya dalam laporannya.

Kami TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama punya manajemen pengendali militer ada,  maka setiap Batalion pasukan dan Komadan semua bergerak dalam komando atasan dan semua Pasukan Kami ketahui semua.

Namun belakangan ini di Ketahui bahwa salah satu Pelaku Penembakan Terhadap  karyawan PT Istaka Karya adalah :

Pekerjaan : Petani

Suku.         : Ndugama

Asal kampung :Distrik Yigi,  

Oleh karena itu, Kami Pimpinan dan Pasukan TPNPB Ndugama mengeluarkan 4 Poin Pernyataan atas rekyasa Piminana Militer dan Polisi Indonesia yang berhubungan dengan kasus Penangkapan MISPO GWIJANGGE tahun 2019 lalu. 

1.     Kami menolak REKAYASA Negara melalui TNI-POLRI  Terhadap Perjuangan Kami rakyat Papua barat, dimana telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap Mispo Gwijangge;

2.     Mispo Gwijangge  Bukan Anggota TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama, melainkan Masyarakat Civil biasa yang berdomisili di Wamena saat melakukan Penangkapan;

3.     Mispo Gwijangge adalah Warga sipil murnih, dan dia bukan Anggota TPNPB Ndugama;

4.      Oleh karena itu Kami TPNPB Ndugama desak pemerintah Indonesia untuk segera BEBASKAN Mispo Gwijangge. 

Untuk diketahuinya bahwa Mispo Gwijangge pernah di tangkap di Wamena tahun 2019, Untuk lebih jelasnya silakan ikuti laporan yang pernah dikeluarkan Oleh TPNPB News dibawah ini. 

Kronologis  Penangkapan Mispo Gwijangge bersama 5 orang  rekan lainya di tangkap di Wamena pada saat sedang isi pulsa.

Berita yang Pernah di tulis, pada tanggal 15 Mei 2019  Kami pimpinan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama Pernah membantah dengan judul berita “Lima orang yang telah ditangkap Militer dan Polisi di Wamena itu bukan Anggota TPNPB”.

Pada hari ini tanggal 15 Mei 2019 pukul 7:30 pagi Panglima Daerah Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya Membantah penangkapan  terhadap  5 orang warga sipil yang  di rekayasa oleh Aparat TNI/Polri di Wamena, Dan mereka adalah warga Sipil yang sama sekali tidak ada kaitan dengan TPNPB.

Mereka juga Warga Pengungsi Masyarakat biasa buka Anggota saya Kata Egianus Kogeya dengan Nada keras. Dan Bridgen Egianus Kogeya justru balik pertanya bahwa kalau mereka anggota saya (Pasukan TPNPB) untuk apa ke kota Wamena...? Dan itu artinya bahwa Penangkapan ini benar-benar Rekayaasa Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di Papua. 

Kami masih perang semua Pasukan saya tutur Egianus Kogeya melalui telepon selulernya kepada Awak Media TPNPBNEWS. Demikian Laporan langsung dari Ndugama.

Selanjutnya Bridgen Egianus Kogeya melaporkan bahwa Penangkapan Bulan Mei terhadap 5 Orang Warga sipil itu adalah sebagai berikut:

1.Yainggen Lilbid

2.Tekarlos Lilbid

3.Mei  Gwijangge (Mispo)

4. Lamanus Gwijangge

5.Karen Lilbid

Pada saat itu mereka di tangkap di Wamena kota bukan di Ndugama dan status mereka juga merupakan pengungsi.

Setelah ditangkap dan bawa ke Kantor polres Jayawijaya Wamena dan Menjalankan pemeriksaan dan 4 orang di Pulangkan dan Mei di Tahan yang sekarang di sebut  Mispo Gwijangge.

Dengan demikian Kami pimpinan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama sangat menolak dengan keras bahwa Mei Mispo Gwijangge di tuduh sebagai Pembunuhan  terhadap Anggota Kopasus yang menyamar pekerja Jembatan di Kali Surakarta itu sangat tidak Benar.

 penangkapan dan penahanan sampai tingkat Persidangan selama sekian Lama adalah Rekayasa Pemerintah Negara Republik Indonesia terhadap Warga sipil Ndugama dan Papua pada umumnya.

Kami Pimpinan dan jajaran TPNPB  sampaikan Bahwa Mispo Gwijangge di tangkap oleh Polisi di kota Wamena itu terkait  kasus  Pencurian Hp milik anak buah Jhoni Garun pada saat Kerja di kali aworak.

Jika Kami Pimpinan dan pasukan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama Membantah atas Tunduhan itu, lebih baik Pihak Pemerintah Indonesia bebaskan dan pulangkan saja Mispo Gwijangge kembali ke keluarga. 

Pemerintah Indonesia proses hukum sampai  menahan seumur hidup atau hukuman mati juga tidak akan selesai Perang Revolusi gerliya Kebebasan Papua barat.

Saya Egianus Kogeya  selaku  Penanggung Jawab Pembunuhan  Karyawan PT. Istaka Karya  dengan Pasukan Masih hidup melawan  TNI/POLRI dan kami masih Pegang Senjata di lapangan.

Dan kami tolak sikap sombong Pemerintah Indonesia yang melakukan penangkapan terhadap Warga sipil lalu bawa sampai sidang model apapun Papua tidak akan aman, oleh karena itu sekali lagi Kami desak kepada Pemerintah Indonesia agar segera Pulangkan Mispo Gwijangge kepada Keluarga.

Demikian surat penolakan terhadap tunduhan Pemerintah Indonesia  Kepada TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama terkait Mispo Gwijangge, Dan Terima Kasih atas perhatian anda.
