The West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management have Received a direct report from the Ngalum Gupel Regional Defense Command, of West Papua National Liberation Army that MI 17 Helicopter belonging to the Indonesian Army that we once West Papua National Liberation Army shot down on June 28^th, 2019 had found, and all the weapons that have been owned by the West Papua National Liberation Army of the Regional Defense Command (KODAP) Ngalum Gupel.

In his report the Commander of the Regional Defense Command, of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Ngalum Gupel namely “Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” said that they were responsible for this, and the MI 17 Military Helicopter that we had shot down was carried out by the MEME Battalion Commander namely SNOW FORCES on behalf of NASON MIMIN.

On February 4^th, 2020, the Commander of the Ngalum Gupel Defense Area “Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” via telephone reported to the Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army that the MI 17 Helicopter belonging to the Indonesian Army which we were shot down last year, we have found.

And all weapons belonging to the Indonesian Army that at the crash site of the MI17 helicopter was taken by the West Papua National Liberation Army, and all these weapons has became belong to the West Papua National Liberation Army, of Ngalum Gupel Regional Defense Command.

Commander of the Regional Defense Command Ngalum Gupel of West Papua National Liberation Army "Bridgen Lamek Alipky Tapol” officially issued a statement on January 4^th, 2020 that by obtaining these weapons, they are ready for War against the Indonesian Security Forces to seize the Right to Freedom for the Papuan people.

Taplo also added that if the Indonesian Security Forces come to our areas to take the weapons that we had taken, we would be ready to fight and more Indonesian Security Forces members would be kill.

This statement was delivered directly from the Commander of the Ngalum Region “Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” to the Central Headquarters Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army via telephone directly from the Ngalum Gupel Defense Regional Command Headquarters, in Star Mountains of Papua.

And another thing that the Commander of the Regional Defense Command Ngalum Gupel "Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo" said was to warn the Indonesian Security Forces to be banned from entering our territory, and if they dared to carry out Military operations in our areas, then we were ready to shoot down more Indonesian military helicopters or the Indonesian National Police Helicopters.

Manajemen Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan langsung dari Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat bahwa Helikopter MI 17 Milik TNI Angkatan Darat yang pernah Kami Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat tembak jatuh pada tanggl 28 Juni 2019 lalu itu telah ditemukan.

Dan semua senjata yang ada di lokasi jatunya Helikopter MI17 Milik TNI telah menjadi milik Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat Komando Daerah Pertahanan (KODAP) Ngalum Gupel.

Dalam laporannya Panglima Komando Daerah Pertahanan,  TPNPB Ngalum Gupel yaitu Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo mengatakan bahwa mereka bertanggungjawab atas hal ini, dan Helikopter MI 17 Milik TNI yang telah Kami tembak jatuh adalah telah dilakukan Oleh Komandan Batalyon MEME  yaitu PASUKAN SALJU atas nama NASON MIMIN.

Pada Tanggal 4 Februari 2020, Panglima Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo melalui telp seluler melaoprkan ke Manajamen Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat bahwa Helikopter MI 17 Milik TNI Angkatan Darat yang Pernah tembak itu kami sudah temukan. 

Dan semua senjata Milik TNI yang ada di lokasi jatuhnya Helikopter itu telah di ambil oleh Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, dan semua senjata ini telah menjadi Milik Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel, Pegunungan Bintang-Papua. 

Panglima Komando Daera Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat “Bridgen Lamek   Alipky Tapol” pada Tanggal 4 Januari 2020 secara resmi mengeluarkan pernyataan bahwa dengan memperoleh senjata ini, maka mereka siap Perang lawan Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia untuk merebut Hak Kemerdekaan bagi bangsa Papua. 

Taplo juga menambhkan bahwa jika Pasukan Kemanan Indonesia datang ke Daerah Kami untuk mengambil senjata yang Kami sudah rebut, maka Kami siap lawan dan lebih Banyak anggota TNI/POLRI yang akan Kami bunuh. 

Pernyataan ini diampaikan langsung dari Panglima Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat Wilayah Ngalum, Kabuapen Pegunungan Bintang kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat melalu telp langsung dari Markas Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel, Pegunungan Bintang, Papua.  

Dan hal lain yang Panglima Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Gupel ”Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” sampaikan adalah peringatkan kepada Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia agar dilarang masuk di wilayah Kami, Dan apabila berani lakukan operasi di wilayah Kami, maka Kami siap tembak jatuh lebih Banyak lagi Helikopter milika TNI/Polri.
