The ULMWP Leadership is Conducting Periodic Public Fraud Through Social Medias & Wani Tabloid

Clarification of the Central Headquarters of the TPNPB-OPM in National Command for Public Fraud that has been and is being carried out by the ULMWP Leaders through Social Medias and the Wani Tabloid, was started from May 2019 to August 2th, 2019.

In this clarification, the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters chose the Title "ULMWP Leaders Are Conducting Public Fraud Periodically Through Social Medias and Wani Tabloid", because public fraud is very unethical and also very provocative.

Why? Because all of the ULMWP Leaders' indictments were incorrect, and so they carried out poor or cheap propagandas to destroy the power of unity in the OPM Military Wing namely the National Command of TPNPB-OPM which is now structured, and has good management.

In this case, we TPNPB-OPM assess that the ULMWP leadership is not authoritative. Why? Because jf ULMWP is an organization, then we should ask us TPNPB-OPM. Not committing public fraud through social medias and tabloid Wani.

For example, ULMWP made an Extraordinary Congress at Vanimo, PNG in May 2019 was never coordinated with the leadership of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM, which was the controller of the Management of the Central Headquarters of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM.

And in world-class media, ULMWP said that the TPNPB-OPM has united with the West Papua Army, this is truly national and international public fraud that has been carried out by the ULMWP leadership. And very embarrassing.

On the basis of the introduction above, today on August 2th, 2019, the Central Headquarters TPNPB-OPM clarified the reporting that was not credible by Wani Tabloid on August 1st, 2019 under the title "Position of TPNPB or TPN-OPM in West Papua Army".

Clarification of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters as follows:

The First, In the first part of the tabloid Wani coverage said that Gen.  Goliath Tabuni from the Tingginambut Headquarters on July 22th 2019 via telephone with the ULMWP Leaders rejected the Results of the TPN-OPM Summit in Biak in May 2012, so we convey to all parties that this is truly public fraud and embarrassment. Why? Because on July 22th, 2019 the Gen. Goliath Tabuni was not in Tingginambu, but he was in Ilaga, Puncak Papua regency. 

And if Gen.Goliath Tabuni rejects the Results of the TPN-OPM Summit in Biak in May 2012, then the question is why did Gen Goliath Tabuni agreed to be sworn in as High Commander based on the Results of the TPN-OPM Summit in Biak in May 2012?

Secondly, Tabloid Wani also reports that Gen. Goliath Tabuni rejected Sebby Sambom as a spokesperson for KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM, and he also rejected statements that took the name of Gen. Goliath Tabuni has been issued so far. 

In this case, we need to tell the public nationally and internationally that Sebby Sambom is not an Spokesman of  Gen. Goliath Tabuni, but the Sebby Sambom is a Spokesperson of the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM based on the results of the TPN-OPM Summit in Biak in May 2012. 

And all the TPNPB-OPM statements, the Management of the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM were issued based on the mechanism of the KOMNAS  TPNPB-OPM  Summit. 

And Tabloid Wani also reported on invitations to all journalists to cover the TPNPB open war, so we considered that the ULMWP leaders was very wrong and had no interest. 

Why? Because all the news that has been and is being issued through the medias is based on the results of the TPNPB Courier report, and all parties need to know that we are TPNPB-OPM in the National Command having a very good courier system, so we are able to works to inform the public about the War of National Liberation by TPNPB-OPM however, and the passive TPN-OPM group that does not know work, and lives back and forth in the cities that joined to  the ULMWP, it is impossible to compete with us at the National Command of TPNPB-OPM. 

It's better to admit what we have worked for. We've worked, don't make poor propaganda that actually destroys the ULMWP and undermines the authority of the ULMWP leadership itself. 

And we KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM will not hear provocative statements by Mr. Anton Tabuni, because only Mr. Anton Tabuni is the provocateur to destroy the TPNPB-OPM Union in Puncak Jaya and Puncak Papua. Why? Because Mr. Anton Tabuni and Mr. Darius Kogoya brought the Yeondoan ideology to the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters in Tingginambut and the genes of Gen. Goliath Tabuni has been following their wishes, so Gen. Goliath Tabuni was confused for about 4^th years. 

And this is a matter, we convey to all parties that KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM is not the order of Mr. Anton Tabuni, but we works based on the Decision of the Legal Forum, namely the TPN-OPM Summit in Biak in May 2012, which has been attended by 900 more delegates from all over the Lands of Papua. And that is strong legal legality, and cannot be prosecuted;

The third, Tabloid Wani also reported the results of the ULMWP Leader's interview with Mr. David Tarko, Commander of KODAM VII Tabi, and wroted more about David Tarko's statement which was actually untrue. 

Why? Because what has been reported by the tabloid Wani, is not credible. This is evident from the words that have been written by Admin of Tabloid Wani, where all of the things he mentioned have been clarified in Lands of Tabi in 2013 and 2014, together with General Staff of Chief of TPNPB-OPM Major General Terryanus Satto. 

In this case Mr. Terryanus Satto explained that the Internal Problems of TPNPB-OPM Tabi with Mr. David Tarko had held meetings 14^th times from 2013 to 2014, and finally killed a pig as a peace symbol with David Tarko with the Leaders of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM in the Month of April 2014, and KNPB as the media attended to witness. 

Therefore the ULMWP leadership should not issue an internal problems in the public, because by the way the ULMWP leadership itself destroys the ULMWP. 

And David Tarko's problem with the National Command of TPNPB-OPM was also mediated by Mr. Buchtar Tabuni in February 2014, located in estuary of Blue River in Tabi lands. 

So actually the ULMWP Leader, Mr. Buchtar Tabuni, knows this internal problem, therefore it really doesn't need to be broadcast through the public medias. 

And David Tarko's accusations to Mr. Sebby Sambom and Mr. Terryanus Satto as NKRI agents are not true, and it is an insult to true freedom fighters, whose lives are devoted to the national liberation of the people of West Papua. 

If David Tarko's accusations against Mr. Sebby Sambom and Mr. Terryanus Satto as agents of the Republic of Indonesia, we need to ask the ULMWP leadership that can the ULMWP leadership be responsible? 

And dare you reveal the evidence as a KNRI agent? Yes, this is very embarrassing, because the accusations are not true. 

Another thing is what built the TPNPB KODAM VII Headquarters, where David Tarko said that it was he who built the Headquarters, but the TPNPB-OPM in Tabi lands they knew better that the Headquarters was built together with contributions from all the leaders and members of the TPNPB-OPM KODAM VII Tabi. 

And today, August 2th, 2019, Mr. Terryanus Satto also said that he himself and his family had sold cows to build the Headquarters of KODAM VII Tabi. 

Therefore Mr. David Tarko should not lie to the public. Thus, we consider that the ULMWP leadership is truly lost in common sense, and commits public fraud with incorrect arguments. 

And this is really public fraud, and we judge that David Tarko and the Wani Tabloid  (Erick Walela) are really NKRI agents. 

This is evident from the real fraud, which they have published through the Wani Tabloid media on August 1st, 2019. And in Tabi's VII TPN-OPM KODAM Structure, David Tarko is not a Bridgen, but Colonelel is brought by Bridgen Rihcard Joweni. And this is also public fraud. 

Note:

Mr. David Tarko statement said that the National Command of TPNPB-OPM left the CONSTITUTION of July 1, 1971, was also incorrect. 

It was precisely this which created the new organization that came out of the Constitution on July 1, 1971. And the issue of the Constitution on July 1, 1971 had already been discussed with David Tarko described above. 

Therefore the ULMWP leaders immediately stopped with Public Fraud through the Wani Tabloid and Cenderawasih-Post. 

And what needs to be known by all parties is that Mr. David Tarko once announced that he officially handed over the Tabi Headquarters to KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM as Central Headquarters, and this he announced on August 27^th, 2012 at the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters in the lands of Tabi. 

And Mr. David Tarko himself once supported the TPNPB-OPM National Working Meeting in Tabi Lands which was held on August 27^th, 2012 to September 1st, 2012, and at that time Mr. David Tarko was also appointed as the Tabi Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM. 

So the question is why did Mr. David Tarko leave the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM then provoked? Yes, this is We can judge that He was instigated by irresponsible persons from the TRWP Organization. 

This can be proven from the TRWP group bringing Mr. David Tarko to the Refugee Camp of TRWP group in Yako Waromo, PNG and to this day he lives in Yako, PNG, then Mr. David Tarko builds provocations with personal sentiment towards true fighters. 

In this case we can’t to storying about Mr. David Tarko from A to Z, more is wrong. But we don't need to tell it here. 

By seeing this reality, we convey to the public that talking  among the empty by Mr. David Tarko in Vanimo PNG, which has been proclaimed by the Chairman of the ULMWP through Tabloid Wani, because we ask Mr. David Tarko to be responsible for his insults against true warriors, namely Mr. Sebby Sambom and Mr. Terryanus Satto before God took his life;

The Fourth, Tabloid Wani has also reported that the Lani Jaya Commander of TPN OPM Mr. Enden Wanimbo threatened Mr. Sebby Sambom and Mr. Jeffrey Pagawak in January 2019, and that we have already issued a response from TPNPB and OPM. Important Notes From This Clarification please follow at the bottom:

First, The National Command of TPNPB-OPM management will not join the rival Military which is the NKRI militia that was established by ULMWP in May 2019 under the name “West Papua Army”. 

Why? Because the TPN OPM Military Council claimed by WPNCL is truly an NKRI agent, and this was evidenced from the meeting of WPNCL Chair Mr. Richard Joweni and Military Council Spokesman Mr. Jonah Wenda with BIN (Indonesian National Intelegent agents, namely Parik Husein and Bambang Darmono on November 11^th, 2011 at Richard Headquarters Joweni at Muara Kali Muait, in Tarfia Tanah Tabi at 11:am Papua times.

And at that time WPNCL under the leadership of Richard Joweni and Jonah Wenda had made a peace struggle agreement with BIN of the Republic of Indonesia's colonial government. 

In this case Mr. Terryanus Satto is a living Witness, therefore WPNCL should not deceive the people. Because at that time there was an agreement to fight peacefully through dialogue with Jakarta. The Secondly, TRWP and TNPB are counter-military too, which aims to destroy National unity in the Civil organizations and in the OPM Military Wing, namely the TPNPB-OPM. 

Therefore we will not be part of a totally unclear organization, and constitute the Indonesian Colonial Militia. Because who told you to make a new organization?

If you create a new organization and then fight against another  organization that has struggled for years by loyal freedom fighters, then we consider that they are agents of the Republic of Indonesia;

The Six, On this basis, those of us who fought under the umbrella of the OPM under the July 1, 1971 Constitution would not recognize Mr. Benny Wenda's understanding, which made a new counter-Military, the West Papua Army. 

Because in the Military Revolution the fight did not have much command, but only one COMMNADO. That is our understanding, so we will continue to reject of wrong understanding of Mr. Benny Wend;

The third, On this occasion also, we expressly reject and forbid the Leadership of ULMWP, so as not to violate the copyright of KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM in media coverage and reporting. 

Why? Because we have a record that the ULMWP leaders through the Media or Tabloid Wani and Cenderawasih-post is  committed violations of copyright, in which the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM report was manipulated and claimed that it was a West Papua Army report, and this is actually committed a crime against Copyright in the world of publications. 

And it is also very savage, and immoral. The ULMWP leaders immediately stop the criminal actions that have been and are being carried out through the Wani Tabloid and Cenderawasih-post.

Strong Warning To All Leaders and Fighters of Free Papua By Mr. Sebby Sambom

We issue this warning based on Mr. Sebby Sambom experience of 23th years following the struggle for an independent Papua, which has a lot of experience.

And this Warning to be issued by us, because the provocation by the ULMWP Leaders through the Wani Tabloid and Cenderawasih-post seriously endangers the agenda for the struggle for National Liberation.

Therefore, we expressly state that do not try to insult and demean the loyal warriors such as Mr. Sebby Sambom and his friends. 

Why? Because of Insult you will set a snare, and you will be trapped in your own snare.

In connection with this warning, Mr. Sebby Sambom wrote about the experience that had taken place. And this experience is a fact, and has been proven. Please follow below:

First, in 2004 at the Kamasan I Papuans Studenst Dormitory in Jogjakarta during the AMP Internal Settlement problem, where the wife of the late AMP Chairperson Mr. Demianus Wanimbo had once reprimanded Mr. Sebby Sambom. 

Words of reprimand as follows: "Sebby Sambom you are a traitor". After hearing that, Mr Sebby Sambom once replied to the wife of the late Demianus Wanimbo that "Respectful Mother, We will look forward. 

And Mr. Sebby Sambom continued, the traitor will die first, and they will not see Papua being physically independent ”. 

And those who are not traitors will bring Free Papua, and that will happen. This is what Mr Sebby Sambom said at that time, in 2004. 

After that what happened? In 2005 Mr. Demianus Wanimbo's wife from Merauke had died, and had overtaken us. And then what happened to the late Mr. Demianus Wanimbo? 

We heard news that the former AMP Chairperson of the late Mr. Demianus Wanimbo had been burned alive, in the Regency of Papua Peak in Ilaga during the Indonesian Colonial bourgeoisie conflict in 2015. 

In this case there were many witnesses who were still alive, both those who worked with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia and also those who are still actively fighting for independent Papua now. 

If anyone does not believe, we urge you to ask Mrs. Fanny Kogoya, Mr. Danny Wenda, also Mr. Menaseh Tabuni as Chair of the ULMWP Defense and Security Bureau, because he is also a living witness. 

Or the West Papua Freedom fighters in the Mepago region may ask the Regent of Deiyai, Comrade Yakobus Dumupa, he was also a witness at that time, or the West Papua Freedom fighters in the Lapago area, you may ask the Regent of Puncak Papua Regency, Mr. Wellem Wantik, he was also a witness at that time, or Mr. N. Pagawak he is my friend and also a witness. Mr. N Pagawak Has Hit the Deceased Mr. Efendi Payokwa in this case, in the Papuans Students  Dormitory, called “Kamasan I” in Jogjakarta. 

Or West Papua Freedom fighters active in KNPB and TPNPB-OPM may ask Mr. A. Yikwa, because he is also a witness at that time. 

Secondly, on May 2, 2012 at the Perwomi Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM Biak, the same thing had happened. That was during the TPN-OPM Summit Discussion Session at Perwomi Headquarters, on May 2, 2012 the late Mr. Danny Kogoya was angry. The words of Mr. Danny Kogoya when he were angry that we once recorded was "We the mountain people are pigs already, and you are this beach people who are human"?

Hearing the words of the late Mr. Danny Kogoya, Mr. Sebby Sambom was instructed and once said that Dear Mr. Danny Kogoya, We gather here not to distinguish between the Papuans of mountains and beaches, but we gather to unite. 

But the late Mr. Danny Kogoya immediately issued the words that you’r Sebby Sambom please immediately sat down, and was silent. 

Hearing this, the young fighters who were loyal to works  with Mr Sebby Sambom were angry and did not accept. And they almost hit the late Mr. Danny Kogoya, but Mr. Sebby Sambom were given adviced to young warriors that we should not be angry and don't hit any people.

Let Mr. Danny Kogoya angry, because he does not understand. It means that if he rebukes loyal Freedom Fghters such as Mr. Sebby Sambom with impoliteness, then God will punish him according to His wisdom. 

And this happened on May 2, 2012, at the Perwomi Headquarters of TPNP-OPM in Biak, Papua. And what happened after that?

In August 2012 the Indonesian Police made an arrest by shooting Late Mr. Danny Kogoya's leg, and as a result the leg was amputated. And after that Indonesia poisoned him, so he died in Vanimo, PNG. 

This was witnessed by more than 900 participants of the TPN-OPM Summit at that time at the Perwomi Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM in Biak, Papu;

Third, in 2013, we issued a statement as a Commemoration to OPM Leaders who joined the WPNCL Organization, namely, we once sent the message to the late Mr. John Octo Ondawame, Mr.  Rex Rumaikek, Mr. Andy Ayamiseba, the late Mr. Richard H Joweni. 

In this statement, we have urged all OPM figures to return to OPM, because WPNCL was formed with a scenario to remove the name of TPN-OPM from the struggle for Free Papua. 

And the main actors in the founding of WPNCL are Mr. Jonah Wenda, Mr. Jacob Rumbiak, Mr. Herman Wanggai and et all. 

In this case, we have written about the background of the birth of WPNCL. And this Statement We have posted on the official TPNPB-OPM website, WPNLA.Net, but because Indonesia were blocked the TPNPB-OPM website in 2015, so the public did not follow. 

But all the West Papua Freedom fighters who participated in the Papuans online Community group or satu-kata-lawan@yahoogroup.com had read, and also the West Papua Freedom fighters who followed in the Konunitas-papua@yahoogroups.com had also read. 

In this statement We have written that if they want to see their Papuans to be free, all the OPM leaders we mentioned above must return to the OPM. 

But if heed our insistence, it endangers the lives of these OPM figures. And what happened after that? 

Deceased OPM Prominent John Octo Ondawame Died in 2014 before ULMWP was born and Mr. Andy Ayamiseba The leg has been amputated, Mr. Rex Rumakeik also were the heart has been grafted. If you do not believe, ask to Mr. Hengky Rumbewas in Australia, he is a Witness who followed our statement in 2013;

Fourth, in 2014 Mr. David Tarko also issued a statement that the OPM TPN Summit in Biak was in the interest of Mr. Sebby Sambom. And I received a report from Tabi Lands, of Mr. David Tarko's words. 

Hearing that, I (Sebby Sambom) once said that if the OPM TPN Summit in Biak is in the interest of Mr. Sebby Sambom, then what is the question I get? We are struggling with difficulty why people said interests. 

And I immediately conveyed that later, if Mr. David Tarko insulted the Faithful Freedom Fighters like Mr Sebby Sambom, God would bring him punishment. 

And Mr Sebby Sambom words have been proven, namely that the Indonesian Police have made the arrest of Mr. David Tarko by shooting of legs, and finally the legs has been amputated. This event happened in 2015. 

And now Mr. David Tarko in Yako, PNG together with TRWP and doing provocation. Therefore, I (Sebby Sambom) would like to say that if you want to see an independent Papua, don't become a probator, but rather stay quiet. 

Why? Because hatred is not have a basis, then you are killing your own soul. And this is a fact.

Fifth, in 2015 at Honiara Solomon Islands Mr. Markus Haluk was once reprimanded Mr. Sebby Sambom. The words Mr. Markus Haluk issued were "I (Markus Haluk) really hate Mr. Sebby Sambom, because of the result of the news that Mr. Sebby Sambom issued in 2014, my brother Johni Wamu had been killed by Indonesia. 

Hearing this, Mr. Sebby Sambom once responded. Mr. Sebby Sambom's reply to Mr. Markus Haluk is as follows:Nayak (brother) We are the one Custom House, from Wamena, highlands of West Papua, so if there are personal problems do not talk in the Papuan forum, but we both can talk alone. 

And I reiterate at that time that Mr. Markus Haluk, you need to be careful, because your words Will be hit back to yourself. After that, what happened? The calamity came again to Mr. Markus Haluk, in Port Moresby at the House of Mr. Fred Mabrasar. 

The Criminal groups entered and warned with the gun, then they robbed Mr. Markus Haluk's money worth around Rp. 2 billions IDR.And what happens next? In 2016, Travel Documents in the form of Passports and money have all been robbed by criminal groups also in Port Moresby. 

This is the second time, so that Mrs. Or Mother Yosepa Alomang and Mr. Markus Haluk have been assisted by the Governor of the Capital City of Port Moresby PNG Mr. Powes Parkop, who has assisted in Emergency Passport and these both West Papua Freddom fighters were allowed to return to West Papua through Vanimo, PNG. 

So in principle, if you hate people with incorrect sentiments, then God will bring judgment on arrogant humans.

In the case of Mr. Markus Haluk reprimand there are witnesses of all the fighters and leaders at ULMWP, so may you can ask them. And Mr. Terryanus Satto also a witnesed at that time, in Honiara, Solomon Islands. 

Sixth, in September 2018 at the annual meeting of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM there was a report that Mr. Goliath Tabuni issued a statement through Mr. Anton Tabuni that they did not recognize Mr. Sebby Sambom as the TPNPB-OPM Spokesperson. 

Hearing this report, Mr. Sebby Sambom told the meeting that if Gen. Goliath Tabuni denied us that the Indonesian Military would enter and destroy the Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM in Tingginambut, Puncak Jaya regency, Highlands of West Papua. 

And at that time I said that I didn't want to curse Gen. Goliath Tabuni, because he was instigated by Mr. Anton Tabuni and Mr. Darius Kogoya.

And another word that I have said is that for decades we have supported Gen. Goliath Tabuni, and We are the only ones who promoted him as TPNPB High Commander of OPM, and We also tell the world that TPNPB-OPM is not an Armed Criminal groups, not a terrorist, through the media throughout the world. On the side, none to works. Only Sebby Sambom and his groups. 

But if Gen. Goliath Tabuni denied and disrespected us, so God will bring punishment on Gen. Goliath Tabuni at Headquarters in Tinggiinambut, because he did not appreciate us for the works we have done and are doing. 

What has happened at TPNPB-OPM Headquarters in Tingginambut in 2018? The TPNPB-OPM headquarters in Tingginambut was attacked by the Indonesian military and was destroyed. In this attack 8^th TPNPB-OPM troops at the Tingginambut Headquarters were killed, and this is a fact. 

Therefore, I affirm to all West Papua Freedom Fighters and leaders of Free Papua from various organizations that do not try to insult and demean the true Freedom fighters, who have and are fighting faithfully. If you don't believe, you may ask Mr. Seteven Itlay, because he and his friends are witnesses at the meeting in September 2018.

At the end of this testimony, I, Mr Sebby Sambom, convey a message to all Free Papua Fighters that do not try to insult the righteous people who are fighting for the National Liberation of the people of West Papua. 

Why? Because they struggle voluntarily with their vocation of conscience, they struggle not with coercion by anyone. They are loyal and faithful in the mission of Liberation of people and their ancestral lands.

And they are not paid employees, but they are volunteer freedom fighters.

They also did not benefit from this struggle, but they lived in misery and fought for the pride of the Papuan Nation.

Remember that this must be a Note in the soul of every warriors, and can do. And don't be arrogant, but fight humbly and faithfully, in respect to one and other.

And today, August 2th, 2019, the National Command of TPNPB-OPM  Headquarters has received videos and photos and also written statements from the TPNPB-OPM High Commander in Chief Gen. Goliath Tabuni.

This statement was issued jointly, Major General Lekagak Telenggen, Bridgen Militer Murib, Bridgen Penny Murib, Lt. Gen. Anton Tabuni and all the Troops and Officers of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM.

So the question, Gen. Goliath Tabuni which ULMWP Leaders reported through Wani Tabloid on August 1, 2019? And next week we will announce the joint statement of the TPNPB-OPM leadership from Ilaga, Puncak Papua Regency, highlands of West Papua.
