Press Release by the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters on Agustsu 17^th 2019

TPNPBNEWS: Today on August 14^th, 2019 there has been another armed clash between the TPNPB Forces and the TNI Forces in Derakma District, Ndugama Regency at 1:30 PM Papua Time.

In this arms contact  two Indonesian special forces, called Maleo Team Operations has been killed in a hot-barreled team by TPNPB-OPM and for the time being on the side of TPNPB there have been no casualties.

And the Regional Commander of KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya said he was ready to take responsibility for the shooting.

Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya also said that "I have conveyed in the decree that we are fighting on the Trans Wamena-Nduga road, namely from Habema to Yuguru, the capital city of Nupuga Regency, and that if TNI troops enter the corridor of the community, it is against the humanitarian code of war for the war Intrenational ".

Therefore, we convey to all parties that whatever the risk is the fault of the Indonesian Military and the Polices, which always commits crimes against civilians in the Ndugama Region, Papua, said Bridgen Egianus Kogeya to the Central Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM through the TPNPB-OPM Courier.

Furthermore it was reported that the CHRONOLOGY OF SHOOTING on August 14^th, 2019 in Mugi, DERAKMA District.

On August 14^th 2019 two two members of Indonesian Special Forces smashed the window of the Derakma "Zion" Old Church Building and entered the church then damaged the inside and were sitting on the pulpit with a weapon  then smoking and playing their cellphone, and suddenly TPNPB troops peered from the side slashing militroms into fig and two Indonesian Military member were shocked and they tray to jumped from the pulpit but received a hot lead and immediately lying.

And the body was evacuated by road using 10 strada from Wamena arrived in Yal District and brought out on August 15^th 2019 repay at 5:30 pm from Mbua to Wamena.

Thus the chronological report and Evacuation victims of TNI members, and this report was Official sent by Commander of Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya to the Central Headquarters of the TPNPB-OPM through the TPNPB-OPM courier from Ndugama, Papua.

TPNPBNEWS: Today on August 15^th, 2019 Ndugama official report that there had been a gun battle in the Derakma District of Nduga Regency, Papua on August 14^th on Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia we shot the TNI, means that the sign that victory was on TPNPB Parties, if Papuans were not part of INDONESIA then immediately recognize the sovereignty of the people of Papua said Egianus. TPNPBNEWS: Today on August 16^th 2019 I am Commander of KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya has shot the TNI vehicle in the Lake Habema area and is ready to take responsibility.

He added that my name was Egianus Gogeya Ndugama Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM, why did the Government of the Republic of Indonesia always call us strangers ...?

And I along with TPNPB Ndugama troops were shot two member of  Indonesian Special Forces (Kopasus) at the Derakma Church on August 14^th 2019 and on August 16^th 2019 I shot two strada-type cars in Lake Habema near Wamena Regency, and in this shooting we have shot 3 member of Indonesian Soldiers, Egianus reported to Central Headquarters Management of TPNPB-OPM through TPNPB-OPM courier W. Nugama Wim Wene.

Bridgen Egianus Kogeya also said that why did the Indonesia Military and the Police (TNI / POLRI) hide the news about the shooting of two TNI members inside the Church of Sion Church building in Derakma District? And why did the Indonesian media also not report the shooting news?

Therefore We Need to convey to all parties throughout the world that the War against the TNI/POLRI that has been and is being carried out by the TPNPB-OPM forces in Ndugama is the War of National Liberation.

And the goal of the TPNPB-OPM struggle is very clear, namely to fight for the Political right of Self-Determination for the Papuan Nation.

 
And the TPNPB-OPM will not stop the war, but the war will continue until West Papua to be free. Therefore the UN Intervention is needed, because of the UN's failured to determine the right of self-determination for the people of Papuan through PEPERA 1969 in Papua which we colled that “An act of no Choice”, the people of Papua are victims of their right to full independence.

Siaran Pers Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Per 17 Agustsu 2019

TPNPBNEWS:  Hari ini tanggal 14 Agustus 2019 kembali telah terjadi kontak senjata antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Pasukan TNI  di Distrik Derakma Kabupaten Ndugama pukul 1:30 Siang Waktu Papua. 

Dalam Kontak senjata ini dua orang Komadan kopasus Maleo  telah tewas di berodong timah panas  oleh Pasukan TPNPB-OPM dan untuk sementara dipihak TPNPB belum ada yang korban. 

Dan Panglima daerah KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya mengatakan siap bertanggungjawab atas penembakan ini.

Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya juga sampaikan bahwa “saya sudah pernah sampaikan dalam surat keputusan  bahwa kita perang di jalan Trans Wamena-Nduga yaitu dari Habema sampai di Yuguru ibu kota Kabupatena Nduga, dan kalau Pasukan TNI masuk di lorong perkampungan warga masyarakat adalah melanggar kode etik hukum humaniter perang Intrenasional”. 

Oleh karena itu, Kami sampaikan kepada semua pihak bahwa apapun resiko itu salahnya Pasukan TNI, yang selalu melakukan kejahatan terhadap masyarakat sipil di Wilayah Ndugama, Papua, tutur Bridgen Egianus Kogeya kepada Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB melalui Kurir TPNPB-OPM. 

Selanjutnya dilaporkan bahwa KRONOLOGIS PENEMBAKAN 14 Agustus 2019 di Mugi, Diatrik DERAKMA sebagai.

Pada tanggal 14 Agustus 201 9 dua orang anggota Kopasus membongkar jendela Gedung Gereja Tua “Jemaat Sion Derakma” dan masuk dalam Gereja kemudian merusak bagian dalam dan sedang duduk di atas Mimbar dengan senjata sambil merokok dan main Hpnya, dan Pasukan TPNPB mengintip dari samping menodong mulutrom ke ara 2 prajurit itu membuat mereka kaget dan lompat dari mimbar, namun menerima Timah panas langsung tergeletak. 

Dan mayatnya di evakuasi melalui jalan darat Dengan menggunakan 10 Mobil strada dari Wamena tiba di Distrik Yal dan bawa keluar tanggal mayat itu pada Tanggal 15 Agustus 2019 tepat pukul 5:30 sore dari Mbua menuju ke Wamena.

Demikian laporan kronologis dan Evakuasih korban anggota TNI, dan laporan ini adalah Resmi oleh Panglima Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya kepada Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM melalui Kurir TPNPB-OPM dari Ndugama, Papua.

Laporan ini Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM telah Terima pada Tanggal 14 Agustus 2019, dan baru mengeluarkan siaran pers pada tanggal 17 Agustus 2019.

TPNPBNEWS: Hari ini tanggal 15 Agustus 2019 laporan Resmi Ndugama bahwa telah terjadi kontak senjata di Distrik Derakma Kabupaten Nduga, Papua  pada tanggal 14 Agustus Hari Kemerdekaan Republik Indonesia kami menembak TNI berarti tanda bahwa  kemenangan  ada di Pihak TPNPB, jika orang Papua  bukan bagian dari INDONESIA maka segera mengakui kedaulatan Bangsa papua  tutur Egianus. TPNPBNEWS:  Hari ini tanggal 16 Agustus 2019 saya Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya telah menembak Kendaraan milik TNI di wilayah Danau Habema dan siap Bertanggungjawab.  

Dia menmbahkan bahwa nama saya Egianus Gogeya Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama, kenapa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia selalu sebut kami orang tak di kenal...? 

Dan saya bersama pasukan TPNPB Ndugama telah menembak 2 orang anggota Kopasus di Gereja Derakma tanggal 14 Agustus dan tanggal 16 Agustus saya Dengan Pasukan TPNPB telah tembak dua Mobil tipe strada di Danau Habema, dan dalam penembakan ini kami telah barhasil tembak 3 orang itu, Egianus melaporkan kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM melalui kuirir TPNPB-OPM W. Nugama Wim Wene. 

Bridgen Egianus Kogeya juga mengatakan bahwa kenapa TNI/POLRI sembunyikan berita tentang Penembakan dua anggota TNI di dalam Gedung Gereja Jemaat Sion di Dsitrik Derakma? Dan kenapa media Indonesia juga tidak wartakan berita penembakan ini? 

Oleh karena itu Kami Perlu sampaikan kepada semua pihak di seluruh dunia bahwa Perang lawan TNI/POLRI yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh pasukan TPNPB-OPM di Ndugama adalah Perang Pembebasan Nasional. 

Dan tujuan perjuangan TPNPB-OPM sangat jelas, yaitu untuk memperjuangkan hak Politik Penentuan Nasib Sendiri bagi Bangsa Papua. 

Dan TPNPB-OPM tidak akan berhenti Perang, namun perang terus sempai Papua Merdeka. Oleh karena itu Perlu Intervensi PBB, karena kegagalan PBB atas Hak Penentuan Nasib sendiri bagi bangsa Papua melalui PEPERA 1969 yang cacat secara Hukum dan Cacat Moral di Papua itu, dan akibat dari itu Rakyat Papua menjadi korban atas haknya untuk Merdeka Penuh.

Dan Diteruskan kepada semua journalis  di seluruh dunia, dan juga disampaikan kepada para pekerja HAM di seluruh dunia oleh Juru Bicara KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Tuan Sebby Sambom.
