Official Report from the Battlefield of Ndugama, Papua
Today, December 19^th, 2019, at 4:52 pm in the afternoon there was a gun battle in the capital Town of Nduga Regency between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) troops and the Indonesian Military and Police forces.

The weapons contact began with a truck loaded with Indonesian Military (TNI) troops and two Strada from the Port Towards the capital Town of Nduga Regency and TPNPB PATROL troops on the Batu border Harbor highway, and then a gun battle occurred which resulted in a truck and Strada car being completely shot down but a car from the back makes defense their friends who are in the two vehicles.

The shootout between the West Papua National Liberation Army troops and the Indonesian Military troops was from 4:52 PM to 8:00 PM, but the number of victims in the two cars was unknown and the TPNPB forces escaped all.

Meanwhile Brigadier General Egianus Kogeya, Commander of Kodap III Ndudama, told the TNI POLRI officers that the stone boundary road to the Port We Wst Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) had already mastered.

And if the Indonesian Military and Police want a war, shoot us (TPNPB-OPM) who hold the same weapons, don't disturb civil society. Message of Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, on the report.

Meanwhile, a TPNPB troop who had been lost during a gun battle on   December 19^th 2019 at 4 pm that day had not yet been met until he had entered the third day.

According to Egianus Kogeya, we have the Opera area which was once shot, but it is not yet known that he might still missing in the forests.

Because the terrain was very heavy, Egianus told the TPNPBNEWS Media Crew, where he was currently reporting the latest situation in Ndugama, Papua.

Bridgen Egianus Kogeya also added that there is I and my TPNPB-OPM troops are already brackets in Nduga Regency, and we will be totally paralyzed.

Therefore, I Egianus Kogeya ordered once again that TNI/ Polri officials should not disturb civil society.

Egianus Kogeya promised that he and his troops would take brutal action in the capital of Nduda Regency, and also the red and white color would be removed from the Capital Town of Nduga Regency, Papua.

The West Papua National Liberation Army of Free West Papua Orgabization (TPNPB-OPM) Military Chief is the Commander in Chief Gen. Goliath Tabuni and TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen said that they were responsible for the shooting of 8 Indonesian Military (TNI) members in Intan Jaya Regency, and this report had been sent directly to the Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Headquarters by the TPNPB-OPM special staff who had authority in war reporting.

The TPNPB-OPM Management Report is an audio recording of Major General Lekagak Telenggen, where he explains all the events in Intan Jaya crisis.

This means that the TPNPB-OPM is shooting because the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) troops has been shooting blindly in civil society settlements, and as a result of the arrogance of the Indonesian Military and Police, the civil society is fleeing to safe places in the Intan Jaya Regency, Highlands of West Papua.

And in its report said that now is a Christmas atmosphere, but the excessive presence of the Indonesian Military and Police has disrupted the situation in Intan Jaya Regency, of Papua.

On Saturday, December 14^th, 2019 at exactly 9:32am the Indonesian Military and the Polices (TNI/POLRI) dropped combat troops to one point, Beoga village, using 4 helicopters.

And on the same day, Saturday, December 14^th, 2019, the TNI POLRI conducted combat troops from Timika to Intan Jaya, using 7 helicopters and (3) three passenger planes. 

And the combat troops belonging to the TNI/POLRI after arriving in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency were directed on directly to one of the villages, namely the Bulapa village.

Delegasi Bangsa Papua dibawah Payung Organisasi Papua Merdeka (OPM) dan sayap militernya yaitu Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB) serta utusan resmi Komite Nasional Papua Barat (KNPB) yang dipimpin oleh Ketua OPM Tuan Jeffrey Bomanak telah di Terima oleh Pimpinan BRA dan Rakyat Bougainville di Arawa, Ibu Kota Bougainville pada hari Kamis tanggal 12 Desember 2019. 

Untuk dapat diketahuinya bahwa delegasi bangsa Papua dibawah Koordinasi OPM telah di utus dua pimpinan, yaitu Ketua OPM Tuan Jeffrey Bomank sendiri dan Tuan Agustinus Aud sebagai utusan Resmi dari Organisasi Komite Nasional Papua Barat (KNPB).

  

Dan pada hari Jumat tanggal 13 Desember 2019 telah bergabung dengan Rakyat Bougainville dalam acara Perayaan Kemenangan Referendum, dimana hasil Referendum mayoritas rakyat bangsa Bougainville memilih Merdeka, yang terpisah dari Papua New Guinea. 

Perayaan Kemenangan ini juga telah dihadiri Perdana Menteri Papua New Guinea Hon. James Marape, dimana PM PNG telah sampaikan pidato resmi atas Kemenangan referendum Bougainville.

This is World History, and also History of Melanesia in the South Pacific. The time has happened according to God's will and Bougainville's Natural Support in the Melanesian Territory. And this is inseparable from the support of the spirits of the ancestors of the Bougainville people.

The Papuan Nation Delegation under the umbrella of the Free Papua Organization (OPM) and its military wing, the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) and the official delegation of the West Papua National Committee (KNPB) led by OPM Chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak has been welcome by the BRA leadership and the People of Bougainville in Arawa, the capital city of Bougainville on Thursday, December 12^th, 2019.

To know that the Papuan delegation under the coordination of the OPM has been sent by two leaders, namely OPM Chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomank himself and Mr. Agustinus Aud as Official Envoys from the West Papua National Committee Organization (KNPB).

And on Friday December 13^th, 2019 had joined the People of Bougainville in the Referendum Victory Celebration event, in which the results of the Referendum majority of the people of Bougainville chose Indpendent, which was separated from Papua New Guinea.

The victory celebration was also attended by the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea Hon. James Marape, where PNG PM has delivered an official speech on the Bougainville referendum victory.

The Chairman of the Papuan delegation Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak and his member Mr. Agustinus Aud of Arawa reported that the Papuan delegation had been welcomed with joy by all BRA Leaders and Members and also by the majority of the Bougainville Nation People in Arawa, the capital city of Bougainville.

Chairman of the Papuan Nation delegation Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak added that the Papuan Nation flag, or the Morning Star had been raised among thousands of Bougainville Flags, and all Bougainville Leaders namely the Bougainville Revolutionary Army (BRA) and the Bougainville Politicians, and the majority of the Bougainville People said welcom to the Papuan Nation delegation.

Today, December 11^th, 2019, the Bougainville referendum committee announced its results, and in its declaration stated that 79% of the votes could vote for the Independent option.

Thus, starting today December 11^th, 2019 the Bougainville Nation has become fully independent and has become a member of the United Nations.

On the results of this victory, we OPM, TPNPB and KNPB on behalf of the people of Papua convey to Congratulation to Bougainvilleans. God bless the people of Bougainvillea.

Future information, we have received the Victory Report directly from Buka Island by OPM-TPNPB and KNPB Delegates located in Buka, the capital city of Bougainville Autonomous or the place of vote counting results of the referendum.

The Free Papua Organization with its military wing, TPNPB, has sent a delegation led directly by OPM chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak, according to an official invitation by the BRA leadership.

The Bougainville referendum began on November 23th, 2019 and ends on December 7^th, 2019 today, according to the schedule agreed upon by the PNG Government and the Bougainville Autonomous Government.

The Bougainville Referendum Committee has worked hard, that is sure polling has been carried out in all Bougainville countries and also in all Regions in Papua New Guinea.

The official degeneration on behalf of the Papuan people, namely from the OPM and the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) and also KNPB (West Papua National Committee) has witnessed the last Referendum on Saturday, December 7^th, 2019 in Buka, Capital of Autonomous Bougainville Administration.

This is an award and upholds the value of solidarity among fellow nations who have and are struggling for the Political Rights of Self-Determination.

OPM Chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak and his Delegation Team from KNPB and TPNPB, have shown solidarity and togetherness in accordance with the previous cooperation agreement between the OPM and TPNPB with BRA.

This shows that the two nations have friendly and harmonious family ties, and this friendship will grow as long as the two nations live.

Today Tuesday December 3th  2019 On behalf of the Papuan people, We OPM and TPNPB Leaders conveying thanks to the Supporters of Free Papua in Australia in general, and more specifically to the Indigenous Australia United Organization for a Free West Papua.

We would like to say thanks you for your contribution, which we have received, which is a Papuan Nation Flag (Morning Star) measuring 4mX2.5m.

This Morning Star flag was received on November 30^th 2019, and this flag also was first raised by us in front of the PNG National Parliament House in Port Moresby, during the Celebration of the Papuan National Day on 1^st December 2019, or Anniversary of 58^th years (December 1^st 1961 to December 1^st 2019).

We greatly appreciate the support of solidarity from all over the world, in the struggle of the Papuan people to determine their own destiny. Therefore, we thank you very much again.
