The West Papua National Liberation Army of Free West Papua Orgabization (TPNPB-OPM) Military Chief is the Commander in Chief Gen. Goliath Tabuni and TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen said that they were responsible for the shooting of 8 Indonesian Military (TNI) members in Intan Jaya Regency, and this report had been sent directly to the Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Headquarters by the TPNPB-OPM special staff who had authority in war reporting.

The TPNPB-OPM Management Report is an audio recording of Major General Lekagak Telenggen, where he explains all the events in Intan Jaya crisis.

This means that the TPNPB-OPM is shooting because the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) troops has been shooting blindly in civil society settlements, and as a result of the arrogance of the Indonesian Military and Police, the civil society is fleeing to safe places in the Intan Jaya Regency, Highlands of West Papua.

On Saturday, December 14^th, 2019 at exactly 9:32am the Indonesian Military and the Polices (TNI/POLRI) dropped combat troops to one point, Beoga village, using 4 helicopters.

And on the same day, Saturday, December 14^th, 2019, the TNI POLRI conducted combat troops from Timika to Intan Jaya, using 7 helicopters and (3) three passenger planes. 

And the combat troops belonging to the TNI/POLRI after arriving in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency were directed on directly to one of the villages, namely the Bulapa village.

Then on Sunday, December 15^th, 2019, the TNI/POLRI also conducted the Helicopter  using 10^th helicopters to the capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency 10^th times to the village of Beoga, and 6^th times the flight of the TNI/POLRI proponent flight route from Nabire to Intan Jaya Regency and also the following route from Timika Regency to Intan Jaya Regency conducted a large number of troops in the process of advancing.

On Monday December 16^th, 2019, at exactly 9:23am Papua time, the Indonesian National Police and the Military conducted a demonstration of combat troops at several points in Intan Jaya Regency, namely, the first point in the capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency and the second point in Beoga village and the third point in Bulapa village.

During the military and police deployment from Saturday to Sunday, TPNPB-OPM troops, namely several Defense Region Command (KODAP)s in Intan Jaya Regency, prepared their respective troops for the purpose of resistance, but on Saturday and Sunday did not carry out attacks or crossfire, both from the Indonesian Military and Police and also by the TPNPB-OPM itself.

The National Liberation Army of West Papua of the Free Papua Organization with the Papuan People in Intan Jaya Regency on Monday, December 16^th, 2019 was preparing for the Christmas celebration, but in the midst of the atmosphere, the sound of left and right gunfire, both from the air and from the ground so that people in Intan Jaya Regency are looking for shelter, respectively each to save themselves from attacks that have been carried out by the enemy namely the Indonesian Military and Police. This brutally attacked and barbaric. 

At that time there was a brutal attack which had been carried out by the Indonesian Military and Polices and the TNI/Polri succeeded in arresting one of the priests and one of the youths, but the TPNPB-OPM forces managed to save them from the hands of the enemy namely the Indonesian Military and Police.

In this case, the leadership of the TPNPB-OPM is under the command of Gen. Goliath Tabuni instructed to Maj. Gen. Lekagak Telenggen as the Commander of TPNPB-OPM General Operations with the aim to counterattack the enemy, namely the Indonesian Military and Police.

At that time the General Operations Commander Maj. Gen. Lekagak Telenggen ordered several Defense Regon Comands (KODAPs) in Intan Jaya Regency, namely Sinak KODAP, Yambi KODAP, Ilaga KODAP and KODAP Kemabu Intan Jaya host, to attack Indonesian Military and Police forces and TPNPB-OPM Forces successfully managed to shoot 8 members of the Indonesian Military and Police.

And two of the 8 members of the Indonesian Military who died in the battle were snipers with the rank of one star had been killed.

And also 2 bodies while not yet evacuated, the rest of the 8 members have been evacuated. And their bodies were evacuated at the regional government-owned public hospital in Timika or RSUD in SP 4 Timika.

Corpse Evacuation was carried out on Tuesday  December 18^th 2019, using (3) TNI helicopters. And then the TNI/Polri returned to evacuate (2) corpses, but TPNPB-OPM forces shot (3) helicopters and in the end the helicopter body was also targeted by TPN PB bullets or had been shot, so on Tuesday December 18^th 2019 yesterday the Indonesians Military and Police failed to evacuate and the bodies (2) members of the Indonesian Military were still in the hands of the TPNPB-OPM.

And furthermore, dropped members of the Indonesian Military and Police alustita began to carry out dropping, and this is increasingly day by day in Intan Jaya Regency of Papua, but we TPNPB-OPM in National Command are ready to face the Indonesian Military and Police anytime and anywhere, both during the day or even at night until PAPUA FULL FREE.

If PAPUA has not been INDEPENDENT, we TPNPB-OPM will not stop the War, but the War will continue until Papua is fully independent from the hands of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

TPNPB-OPM Military Leaders Message that December is a special month for Christians in all layers of the earth, so we from TPNPB-OPM in National Command together with the people in Intan Jaya Regency, Nduga Regency, Lani Jaya Regency and all of Papua are preparing to welcome the coming of JESUS ​​CHRIST is the Savior of mankind on this earth, especially in the land of PAPUA.

Then the PERESIDEN INDONESIA and the MILITARY Leaders OF INDONESIA and also GOVERNOR of PAPUA and WEST PAPUA Governor officials immediately STOP the MILITARY Dropped IN PAPUA and PAPUA BARAT PROVINCES.

And today is Wednesday, December 19^th, 2019, Indonesian Military Forces and TPNPB-OPM Forces are in a crossfire in Ugimba mura, Italipa and its surroundings.

And the war goes on, so we ask for attention from all parties, namely by:
1. All Churches Leaders throughout the World;
2. All human rights NGOs throughout the World;
3. United Nations;
4. and also by all Churches Leaders in Papua.

TPNPB-OPM Bertanggungjawab atas Penembakan 8 Anggota TNI Di Intan Jaya Papua

Pimpinan Militer TPNPB-OPM yaitu Panglima Tinggi Gen. Goliath Tabuni dan Komandan Operasi Umum TPNPB-OPM Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen mengatakan bertanggungjawab atas peristiwa Penembakan terhadap 8 Anggota TNI di Kabupaten Intan Jaya, dan laporan ini telah dikirim langsung kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Oleh staff khusus TPNPB-OPM yang memiliki kewenangan dalam pelaporan perang. 

Laporan Pimpinan TPNPB-OPM adalah rekaman suara audio Mayor Jenderal Lekagak Telengge, dimana beliau menjelaskan semua kejadian di Intan Jaya. 

Artinya bahwa TPNPB-OPM lakukan Penembakan karena TNI/POLRI telah lakukan penembakan membabi buta di perkampuangan masyarakat civil, Dan akibat dari arogansi Militer dan Polisi Indonesia ini maka masyarakat civil mengungsi ke tempat-tempat Aman wilayah Kabupaten Intan Jaya, Papua. 

Dan dalam laporannya mengatakan bahwa Sekarang ini suasana Natal, tapi kehadiran Militer dan Polisi Indonesia yang berlebihan ini mengacaukan situasi di Kabupaten Intan Jaya, Papua. 

Untuk lebih jelas nya silakan ikuti laporan Komandan Operasi Umum TPNPB-OPM Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen dibawah ini: 

Hari sabtu pada tanggal 14 Desember 2019 tepat pukul 9:32 TNI/POLRI drop pasukan tempur ke salah satu titik yaitu kampung Beoga menggunakan 4 helikopter. 

Dan pada hari Hari yang sama yaitu sabtu tangal 14 Desember 2019 TNI/POLRI lakukan pendoropan pasukan tempur dari Timika ke Intan Jaya, mengunakan 7 Helikopter dan 3 tiga pesawat penumpang. Dan pasukan tempur milik TNI/POLRI setelah tiba di Ibu Kota Kabupaten Intan Jaya di arahkan langsung ke salah satu kampung, yaitu kampung Bulapa. 

Selanjutnya pada hari minggu tangal 15 Desember 2019, TNI/POLRI lakukan pendoropan menggunakan Helikopter ke Ibu Kota Kabupaten Intan Jaya sebanyak 10 kali ke kampung Beoga, Dan 6 kali penerbangan pendoropan TNI/POLRI rute penerbangan dari Nabire ke Kabupaten Intan Jaya dan juga rute berikut dari Kabupaten Timika ke Kabupaten Intan Jaya lakukan pendoropan Pasukan dalam jumlah besar. 

Hari Senin pada tangal 16 Desember 2019, tepat pukul 09:23 waktu Papua,  TNI POLRI lakukan pendoropan pasukan tempur di beberapa titik di kabupaten Intan Jaya yaitu, titik pertama di Ibu Kota Kabupaten Intan Jaya dan titik kedua di kampung Beoga dan titik ke tiga di kampung Bulapa. 

Pada saat pendoropan TNI/Polri dari hari Sabtu sampai dengan hari minggu, Pasukan TPNPB-OPM yaitu beberapa KODAP yang ada di Kabupaten Intan Jaya siapkan pasukan masing masing dengan tujuan untuk lakukan perlawanan namun, hari sabtu dan hari minggu tidak lakukan serangan atau baku tembak, baik dari pihak Militer dan Polisi Indonesia maupun  oleh TPNPB-OPM sendiri. 

Tentara pembebasn Nasional Papua Barat-Organisasi Papua Merdeka Bersama Rakyat Papua di Kabupaten Intan Jaya pada hari Senin tangal 16 Desember 2019 sedang melakukan persiapan perayaan natal, namun di tengah-tengah suasana itu, terdengar bunyi tembakan kiri kanan, baik dari udara maupun dari darat sehingga rakyat di Kabupaten Intan Jaya cari tempat perlindungan masing-masing untuk selamatkan diri dari serangan yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak musuh yaitu Militer dan Polisi Indonesia.

Saat itu terjadi serangan brutal yang telah dilakukan oleh Militer dan Polisi Indonesai dan TNI/Polri berhasil menangkap salah satu pendeta dan salah satu pemuda, namun Pasukan TPNPB-OPM berhasil selamatkan mereka dari tangan musuh yaitu Militer dan Polisi Indonesia. 

Dalam hal ini, Pimpinan TPNPB-OPM dibawah komando Gen. Goliath Tabuni perintahkan kepada Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen selaku Komandan Operasi Umum TPNPB-OPM dengan tujuan untuk lakukan serangan balik ke pihak musuh yaitu Militer dan Polisi Indonesia.

Saat itu juga Komandan Operasi Umum Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen perintahkan beberapa KODAP yang sudah ada di Kabupaten Intan Jaya, yaitu KODAP Sinak, KODAP Yambi, KODAP Ilaga dan tuan rumah KODAP Kemabu Intan Jaya, lakukan serangan terhadap pasukan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia dan Pasukan TPNPB-OPM telah berhasil menembak 8 anggota Militer dan Polisi Indonesia. 

Dan dua diantara 8 anggota Militer Indoensia yang gugur dalam pertempuran itu adalah penembak jitu berpangkat bintang satu telah gugur.

Dan juga 2 mayat sementara belum di evakuasi sisa dari 8 anggota itu sudah devakuasi. Dan mayat  mereka di evakuasi di Rumah sakit umum milik pemerintah daerah di Timika atau  RSUD di SP 4 timika. 

Evakuasi Mayat telah dilakukan pada hari Selasa tanggal 18 Desember 2019 2019, mengunakan (3) helikopter milik TNI. 

Dan selanjutnya TNI/Polri  kembali melakukan evakuasi (2) mayat, namun Pasukan TPNPB-OPM lakukan penembakan terhadap (3) helicopter dan pada akhirnya bodi helikopter pun sasaran peluru milik TPN PB atau telah tertembak, sehingga hari selasa 18 Desember 2019 kemarin Militer dan Polisi Indonesia tidak berhasil melakukan evakuasi dan mayat (2) anggota Militer Indonesia masih ada di tangan TPNPB-OPM. 

Dan selanjutnya, pendoropan anggota Militer dan Polisi Indonesia alustita mulai melalukan pendoropan, dan hal ini  semakin hari semakin banyak di Kabupaten Intan Jaya, Papua namun kami TPNPB-OPM Komando Nasional siap hadapi Militer dan Polisi Indonesia kapan pun dan di mana saja, baik siang hari atau pun pada malam hari sampai dengan PAPUA MERDEKA. 

Kalau PAPUA belum MERDEKA, kami TPNPB-OPM tidak akan berhenti Perang, namun Perang terus sampai Papua Merdeka Penuh dari Tangan Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia.  

Pesan Pimpinan Militer TPNPB-OPM bahwa Bulan Desember adalah bulan yang istimewa bagi umat Kristiani di seluruh lapisan muka bumi ini, maka kami dari TPNPB-OPM Komando Nasional bersama rakyat di Kabupaten Intan Jaya, Kabupaten Nduga, Kabupaten Lani Jaya dan seluruh Papua sedang persiapan menyambut kedatangan YESUS KRISTUS adalah sang Juru selamat umat manusia di muka bumi ini, terlebih khusus di tanah PAPUA. 

Maka PERESIDEN INDONESIA dan petinggi MILITER INDONESIA GUBERNUR PAPUA dan PAPUA BARAT segera STOP PENDOROPAN MILITER DI PROPINSI PAPUA dan PAPUA BARAT. 

Dan hari ini adalah hari Rabu tangal 19 Desember 2019, Pasukan Militer Indonesian dan Pasukan TPNPB-OPM sedang lakuan baku tembak di Ugimba mura, Italipa dan sekitar nya. 

Dan perang terus berjalan, maka kami mohon pantauan dari semua pihak, yaitu oleh: 

1.     Semua Pimpinan Gereja di seluruh Dunia;

2.     Semua LSM HAM di seluruh Dunia;

3.     PBB;

4.      dan juga oleh semua Pimpinan Gereja di papua.
