Appointed To: West Papua Indigenous People media (KNPB, in the Interior Papua, and to National Parliament of West Papua, as well as the Provincial Parliament and also to IPWP, ILWP and OPM offices especially in the Pacific region countries and also members of ULMWP, as well as MSG, s in international world.

That on this occasion, I Gen. Goliath Naaman Tabuni (High Commander of the National Liberation Army of West-Papua-Free Papua Organization) report on the situation faced by the people of West Papuans in Sinak, Puncak Jaya and Puncak Papua, where we face a situation of crisis as a result of this military operation that has been and is being done by joint forces in the area that we mentioned above.

Therefore, we ask for prayer support of all parties in order for us to survive and fight on. For Indonessia have done and are doing military droping in bulk, and then conduct military operations, which by burning houses, shooting Pig cattle and seized our wealth in the rural areas of Tingginambut, Papua Province.

Indonesian security forces, both army/police, Densus-88, KOPASUS, send to Papua

from Jakarta with the aim to conduct counterinsurgency operations throughout Papua, be it from Sorong to Merauke or more particularly in Puncak Jaya, Papua Province.

Then, two days ago droping the Security Forces in large numbers to perform an operation annihilated. This droping can be done through three channels, namely through Nabire-Mulia, Jayapura-Mulia and Wamena Mulia, Puncak Jaya Papua Province.

Therefore, we hope that the KNPB as media people immediately give the report to the international community and institutions of human rights defenders around the world as well as to the Executive ULMWP to continue to the Leader of the MSG Member States and also to the Chairman of the MSG (Hon. Manase Sogavare MP).

I Gen. Goliath Naaman Tabuni (Commander in Chief) of the National Liberation Army of West Papua along with all members of TPNPB-OPM, we are ready and prepared to face an opponent TNI / police who came to Puncak Jaya-Papua Province.

We are also pleased with the presence of TNI / Polri in our area, because of the presence of TNI / police who came to the area we will contribute and add weapons and ammunition to TPNPB-OPM.

We are ready to kill members of the TNI / police and took their weapons, but we also warned the Indonesian Government and the Security Forces that if we kill members of the TNI / police and took their weapons, the army / police do not chase people then capture, torture and kill, and do not shoot society pigs.

If you want to fight or war, enough with TPNPB-OPM only. Why? Because there is a report from the Field Operations commander of TPNPB-OPM (Brigen Lekagak Telenggen) that starting from the date of January 26^th 2016, the Indonesian Security Forces have done and are doing Military operation in Jambi and Tingginambut, Puncak Jaya=Papua Province.

In this operation the Indonesia Security Forces had burned house of civil Society and shoot pigs belonged to the local civilians population.

As for the amount of losses suffered by local people is:

Shot and killed 27 pigs belonging to the community and have burned 26 houses belonging to local residents and set fire to a church building in Danabaga, and also many other property were burned and looted by the Indonesian Security Forces. As a result people were displaced and fled to the forests, and distress in need of food and medicine. Therefore, we TPNPB-OPM declared ready for war with the Army / Police.

We know our area and we are ready opponent TNI / police who came to Puncak Jaya, Papua Province. Our struggle has clear that to divide people and safe our own country as well as our traditional lands of West Papua.

Bahwa dalam kesempatan ini, saya Gen. Goliath Naaman Tabuni (Pangglima Tinggi Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat-Organisasi Papua Merdeka) memberikan laporan atas situasi yang dihadapi oleh Rakyat Bangsa Papua Barat di Sinak, Puncak Jaya dan Puncak Papua, dimana kami menghadapi situasi yang krisis akibat operasi Militer yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh Aparat gabungan di daerah yang kami sebutkan atas.

Oleh karena itu, kami mohon dukungan doa dari semua pihak agar kami tetap bertahan dan berjuang terus. Sebab Indonessia telah dan sedang melakukan pendoropan paukan dalam jumlah besar, dan kemudian melakukan operasi militer, dimana dengan jalan membakar rumah penduduk, menembak ternak Babi serta merampas kekayaan kami di daerah pedalaman Papua.

Aparat Keamanan Indonesia, baik TNI/POLRI, DENSUS-88, KOPAUS, kirim ke Papua

dari jakarta dengan tujuan untuk melakukan operasi tumpas di seluruh tanah Papua, baik itu dari Sorong hingga Merauke atau lebih khususnya di Puncak Jaya, Papua.

Kemudian, dua hari yang lalu pendoropan Aparat Keamanan dalam jumlah besar untuk melakukan OPERASIH TUMPAS. Pendoropan ini dapat dilakukan melalui tiga jalur, yaitu melalui Nabire- Mulia, Jayapura-Mulia dan Wamena, Mulia.

Oleh karena itu, kami harap bahwa KNPB sebagai media Rakyat segera memberikan laporan ini kepada Masyarakat Internasional dan lembaga-lembaga pembela HAM di seluruh dunia serta kepada Executive ULMWP untuk melanjutkan kepada Pemimpin Negara anggota MSG dan kepada Ketua MSG (Tuan Manase Sogavare).

Saya Gen. Goliath Naaman Tabuni (Panglima Tinggi) Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat berama anggota saya, kami siap menghadapi dan siap lawan TNI/POLRI yang datang ke Puncak Jaya dan Puncak Papua.

Kami juga senang dengan kehadiran TNI/pOLRI di daerah kami, karena kehadiran anggota TNI/POLRI yang datang ke daerah kami akan menyumbangkan dan menambah bersenjataan serta amunisi kepada TPNPB-OPM.

Kami siap bunuh anggota TNI/POLRI dan ambil senjata mereka, tetapi kami juga memperingatkan kepada Pemerintah Indonesia dan Aparat Keamanan bahwa apabila kami bunuh anggota TNI/POLRI dan ambil senjata mereka, maka TNI/POLRI jangan kejar masyarakat lalu tangkap, siksa dan bunuh serta jangan menembak ternak babi masyarakat.

Kalau mau lawan atau perang, cukup dengan TPNPB-OPM saja. Mengapa? Karena ada laporan dari Komandan Operasi Lapangan (Brigen Lekagak Telenggen) bahwa mulai dari sejak tanggal 26 Januari 2016, Aparat Keamanan Indonesia telah dan sedang melakukan OPERASI Militer di Jambi dan Tingginambut Puncak Jaya, Papua.

Dalam operasi ini Aparat Keamanan Indoneia telah membakar Rumah Masyarakat dan menembak ternak babi milik penduduk civil setempat.

Adapun jumlah kerugian yang dialami oleh masyarakat setempat adalah:

Tembak mati 27 ekor babi milik masyarakat dan telah membakar 26 rumah milik penduduk setempat serta membakar satu Gedung Gereja di Danabaga, dan juga banyak harta benda lain di bakar dan dijarah oleh Aparat Keamanan Indonesia

Akibatnya masyarakat mengungsi dan lari ke hutan-hutan rimbah, dan mengalami kesusahan dalam hal kebutuhan makanan dan obat-obatan. Oleh karena itu, kami TPNPB-OPM menyatakan siap perang dengan TNI/POLRI.

Kami tahu daerah kami dan kami siap lawan anggota TNI/POLRI yang datang ke Puncak Jaya. Perjuangan kami telah jela bahwa untuk membelah Rakyat dan menjelamatkan negeri serta tanah adat kami, Papua Barat.

Sebby Sambon is originally from Yalimo, and was aged 30 when he was arrested in 2008. He is an independent human rights defender, and a pro-independence campaigner.

On 16 October 2008, Mr Sambom took part in a peaceful demonstration to support the launch of the International Parliamentarians for West Papua (IPWP) in London.

Following the demonstration, the Chair of the organising Committee, Buchtar Tabuni, was detained. According to the Asian Human Rights Commission, on 17 December 2008 Mr Sambom spoke at a press conference calling for Mr Tabuni’s release, which took place in the Theys Eluay Memorial Park in Sentani, Jayapura. At this event Mr Sambom himself was then arrested, although the arresting officers reportedly failed to produce an arrest warrant or inform him of the charges against him. Mr Sambom was later charged with treason (article 106 of the Indonesian criminal code), conspiracy (110) and public incitement to commit a violent or disobedient act against the public authorities (160), in connection with the October demonstration.

In January 2009, one month after his arrest, Mr Sambom gave a tape-recorded interview in which he stated that he had been mistreated in detention. According to his statement, whilst in detention Mr Sambom was denied water, not allowed to see his lawyer, threatened with batons and verbally abused.

The trial began on 6 May 2009, and on 10 September 2009 Mr Sambom was sentenced to two years imprisonment for incitement (article 160). During the statement for the defence in September 2009, Mr Sambom reportedly read out a 113-page document detailing all the ways the prosecution and police had misapplied the law. Mr Sambom was released on parole on 14 December 2009, before the end of his sentence.

According to independent human rights activist Yasons Sambom, a few months after his release, Sebby Sambom and his family were forced into hiding in the forest. Mr Sambom had reportedly been followed by a car with tinted windows and had received death threats against his family.

On 4 December 2010, almost a year after his release, Mr Sambom was re-arrested in Jayapura while trying to board a plane to Jakarta for an onward flight to Hong Kong, in order to attend a training of the Asian Human Rights Commission. After this surprise arrest his lawyer explained that although Mr Sambom had previously been released because papers authorising his detention had expired, the Supreme Court had now ordered his re-arrest. In January 2011 Mr Sambom issued a statement describing the circumstances of the arrest. He notes that when he asked the police intelligence agents carrying out the arrest why they chose to arrest him in this manner, rather than writing to notify him of the arrest warrant, they stated that while they received the command to arrest him in September 2010, they had not yet had chance to send him the letter. Police claimed that at the time of this second arrest, Mr Sambom was carrying a ‘Morning Star’ flag in his laptop case, which is listed in the items seized from him during the arrest. Mr Sambom denies that the flag was his, saying that it was planted by intelligence agents after they seized his belongings. The Morning Star flag is a symbol of Papuan identity, and while it is allowed under Indonesia’s 2001 Special Autonomy laws relating to the governance of Papua, it was subsequently banned by Presidential Regulation 77/2007.

On 22 February 2011, Mr Sambom went before a parole board, and was found to have satisfied the conditions for parole. However, by June 2011 he was still in detention. On 1 June 2011 the Sambom family, together with independent human rights activist Yasons Sambom filed a complaint with the Law and Human Rights Ministry, stating that while Mr Sambom had already satisfied the conditions for parole and the correct administrative fees had been paid, he still remained in detention, whereas other detainees satisfying conditions for parole had been released.

Mr Sambom was then re-released on parole on 26 July 2011. On his release he complained to Tabloid Jubi that the letter from the regional office of the Department of Law and Human Rights authorising his release had been signed and dated almost four months earlier, on 31 March 2011. According to Tabloid Jubi he also stated that “I am not free from prison yet. I will only be free when all Papuans are free from colonial oppression.”

West Papua Freedom Fighters children are become victims, because their parents are hunted by the enemy colonial. Who are them the Enemy Colonial? They are Indoneian. The children have lost their rights of Education and Health Care Services. Their lives move, either from one place to another, following their parents. They have lost their rights to education and health services.

It can be experienced also by Wimane Sambom, where Wimane was born when his father (Sebby Sambom) along one uncle (Buchtar Tabuni) in the prison of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia (Polda Papua police cells) in Jayapura on 20^th December 2008.

Then Wimane with his father hid in the forest outskirts of the mountain of Cycloop started from January in 2010 until 4^th December 2010.

After that, his father (Sebby Sambom) re-arrested against by the Indonesian security forces on 4^th December 2010, when he were depatured at Sentani airport with the purpose of the Hong-Kong to attend the Workshop on Asian Human Rights Commission office and then Sebby haved imprison against by the Indoneian Autority.

Furthermore, his father hava released from the prison of Indoneia by the parole of law in July 2011. After that in the year of 2012, with his father Wimane move to Forest again, namely in the regional command headquarters of the TPNPB-OPM (Tabi region).

From the forests in the teritory of Tabi tribe, Wimane Sambom with his father Sebby Sambom leaved West Papua and moved in the eastern part of the island of New Guinea. Wimane with his parents remained in the forest, in the eastern part of the island of New Guinea.

From here we both continue to fighting at the Internaional level, which joined with the Mr. Benny Wenda and other West Papuan fighters.

Wimane stay in a place that does not exist School (away from the school), so that forced and Wimane must be learn on their own in the cottage where we have stayed. This is the loss of the right to education for children of the Free Papua fighters, hopefully this suffering will end as soon. we believe that all children of the Free Papua fighters experienced the same thing, as like what is experienced by wimane Sambom.

Arrested reports of his father (Sebby Sambom) along uncle of Wimane (Bucthar Tabuni) should learn the bottom of this.

Dear friends,

The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) regrets to inform you that another activist has been arrested and charged with subversion over his role in organizing a peaceful protest two months ago. His arrest took place as he and his colleagues had just concluded a press conference calling for the release of an activist whom the police had earlier arrested in connection with the protest.

UPDATED INFORMATION:

As mentioned in our previous appeal (AHRC-UAC-262-2008), activist Mr. Buchtar Tabuni had been arrested on 3 December 2008. He has been charged with treason and his arrest was in connection with the peaceful protest he and his colleagues have helped organized two months ago, October 16.

A few days after Tabuni's arrest, activist Mr. Seblom Sambom, was also arrested at around 11:30am on 17 December 2008 in Sentani – Jayapura in the Theys Eluay Memorial park. At the time of his arrest, Sambom had just concluded a press conference they had conducted which calls for the release of Tabuni.

The arresting policemen, the Papuan Police Criminal Investigation Division (CID), had taken him into their custody without showing to him any arrest warrants. It was learned later though that he has been charge with subversion in connection with the October 16 protest.

At the time of his arrest, the Papuan Police CID arrived on the scene and had immediately proceeded to arrest Sambom. No explanation was given to him as to the nature of charges laid on him nor was he informed why he is being arrested. The police, too, did not provide him any answer to questions he and others have asked.

Sambom is a human rights activist and is also a member of the committee of International Parliamentarians for West Papua in Papua. He has since been an outspoken supporter of the Papuan's struggle for self determination and independence.

On October 16, 2008, both Tabuni and Sambom helped organize a peaceful demonstration supporting the International Parliamentarians for West Papua (IPWP) in London. He had organized the said protest in cooperation with Tabuni. After his arrest, Sambom was taken to the police headquarters. They had arrived there at about 1:20 pm.

He was immediately taken to the investigation room where he was subjected for questioning for more than four hours consecutively. The investigation of Sambom was closed to the public and the police as well had refused to answer any inquiries about the arrest.

They also did not disclose any information to any media organizations there. According to the information given by Sambom’s lawyers Iwan Niode and Latifah Anum Siregar, the arrest was due to his role in organizing the October 16 protest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

The International Parliamentarians for West Papua (IPWP) was launched at the Houses of Commons, London on 15 October 2008.  The event was a historical international gathering of Parliamentarians, in support of self determination for the native people of West Papua.

The launch in Parliament was co-hosted by Andrew Smith MP and Lord Harries. The aim of the group is to coordinate international parliamentary action on West Papua and to generate support for the self determination of the now Indonesian province.

The demonstration held in support of the IPWP on October 16 in Papua was peaceful, and in accordance with domestic Indonesian law Law No. 9/1998 on freedom of expression, nevertheless the Indonesian security forces had used the said occasion in filing questionable charges of treason and subversion against those who organized the protest. It eventually resulted to the arrest of the activists there.

Prior to the arrest of these two activists though, on October 17, 2008, an activist Yosias Syet has also been murdered in his own home in Waibron, Jayapura Regency, Papua. For further details please read: AHRC-UAC-261-2008. Indicators suggest that the perpetrators were from the Indonesian security forces.

The alleged involvement of the Indonesian security forces into arrest, harassment, murder and torture of activists in Papua has been taking place in a systematic and in an alarming scale. The arrests are sanctioned by domestic Indonesian law, which criminalizes any "attempt to bring the territory of the state wholly or partially under foreign domination or to separate part thereof" (from article 106 of the Indonesian Penal Code) In past cases of detention of rights activists in Papua, torture has been frequently used during interrogation and detention. It is hence plausible that Sambom could have had suffered from the same treatment during his current detention.

SUGGESTED ACTION:

Please write a letter to the concerned authorities below requesting for their appropriate intervention promptly. These activists should be released unconditionally and that charges laid on them are withdrawn. The AHRC has also written to the UN Working Group on Arbitrary Detention and the Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Defenders calling for intervention in this case.

I am appalled to learn of the arrest of Mr. Seblom Sambom on 17 December 2008. According to the information that I have received, Sambom was taken into custody on charges of subversion. He was arrested by personnel from the Criminal Investigation Division of the Papuan police.

No arrest warrant was presented at the time of the arrest, and Sambom is currently being held in detention. Sambom is a devoted rights activist, and a member of the committee of International Parliamentarians for West Papua in Papua. In that capacity he has helped organize a demonstration in support of the International Parliamentarians for West Papua in London, on 16 October 2008.

The demonstration on October 16 was conducted in a peaceful manner, and was in accordance with the regulations found in domestic Indonesian law No. 9/1998 on freedom of expression. Despite this though, the said occasion had been used by the security forces of filing questionable charges of treason and subversion on activist which also resulted to Sambom arrest and detention since 17 December 2008.

First, I urge you to ensure that Sambom be immediately and unconditionally released from custody. I am deeply concerned that unless he is released and charges withdrawn, there is likelihood that he would be subjected to torture. Further, the charges against him should be dropped, since he was acting in accordance with domestic Indonesian law when organizing the demonstration on October 16, 2008.

Further I want to draw your attention to the pressing need for a reform of the Indonesian Penal Code, especially with regards to article 106. This article is clearly conflicting with fundamental freedoms of the individual, such as the freedom of expression. Additionally, the article is in contradiction with domestic Indonesian law.

Voicing one's political opinion is a fundamental freedom, but one which is frequently denied the indigenous population of Papua. This is a very serious concern, which I trust that you take seriously.

Anak-anak Pejuang Papua Merdeka selalu menjadi korban HAM

Anak-anak Pejuang Papua Merdeka selalu menjadi korban, karena orang tua mereka diburuh musuh Kolonial. Siapakah mereka musuh kolonial? Mereka adalah orang Indonesia. Hidup mereka berpindah-pindah, baik dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain, mengikuti orang tua mereka. Mereka mengalami kehilangan hak-hak mereka untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelayanan kesehatan.

Hal ini dapat di alami juga oleh Wimane Sambom, dimana Wimane lahir ketika ayahnya (Sebby Sambom) bersama salah satu omnya (Buchtar Tabuni) di Tahanan Pemerintah Colonial republik indonesia (sel Polda Papua) di Jayapura pada tanggal 20 December 2008.

Kemudian Wimane bersama ayahnya sembunyi di hutan pinggiran gunung cycloop dari Bulan Januari 2010 hingga 4 December 2010.

Setelah itu, Ayahnya Wimane Sambom di tangkap lagi oleh aparat keamanan Indonesia pada tanggal 4 December 2010, ketika naik peawat di Bandara Sentani dengan tujuan Hong-Kong untuk mengikuti Workshop di kantor AHRC dan di penjara lagi oleh aparat Pemerintah kolonial Indoneia.

Selanjutnya, ayahnya Wimane Sambom bebas syarat pada bulan Juli tahun 2011. Setelah itu dalam tahun 2012, Wimane dengan ayahnya pintah di Hutan lagi, yaitu di Markas Kodap satu TPNPB-OPM (wilayah TABI).

Dari hutan di wilayah TABI, Wimane Sambom dengan ayahnya Sebby Sambom tinggalkan Papua Barat dan pindah di bagian Timur Pulau New Guinea. Dan Wimane bersama orang tuannya masih bertahan di hutan, di wilayah bagian Timur pulau New guinea.

Dari sini kami berdua melanjutkan berjuangan di tingkat Internaional, dimana bergabung dengan tuan Benny Wenda dan pejuang-pejuang lain.

Wimane tinggal di tempat yang tidak ada Sekolah (jauh dari Sekolah), sehingga terpaksa Wimane harus belajar sendiri di pondok tempat dimana kami tinggal. Inilah kehilangan hak pendidikan bagi anak-anak pejuang Papua Merdeka, semoga penderitaan ini akan segera berakhir.

Saya percaya bahwa semua anak-anak pejuang Papua Merdeka mengalami hal yang sama, seperti apa yang di alami oleh wimane Sambom.

Papuan everyone who participated in the education at the Indonesia Schools had studied the history of Indonesia as well, where the Indonesian history books contained the name "RISE OF THE NATIONAL".

What is the nationalism resurgence? National awakening of the people in a nation, where the familiar clumps of nation and identity or their identity and nationalism. If a nation can recognize the true identity and it becomes cristal, then sooner or later the people will rise up with their ideology to do something positive for their own interests.

It has been apparent and evident from the Nationalism Awakening of nation of Papua, in all regions of West Papua now. If, Indonesian could destroy the national awakening of nation of West Papua? I strongly believe that Indonesia can not break the nationalism of West Papuans now, because the result identification by an independent Activists of West Papua was concluded that the nation has risen to the ideology of nationalism with anti-colonial sentiment. Thus, the waiting time to realize the noble ideals of the nation of Papua.

Rooted ideology is to establish the state of Papua, where all components of the nation of Papua have been and are being fought. The struggle has been and is being done everywhere, it is the so-called national revival. Indonesia needs to know that there are architectures by pundits can successfully provide an understanding to the people of the nation of Papua to fight, and it is evident from this national revival. Indonesia late to block resurgence of nationalism of West Papua, because the struggle has to be understood by all components of the nation of Papua throughout Papua.

I am proud of the revival of Papuan nationalism, and it gives its own energy and high morale. What's more with the resurgence of Melanesia solidarity huge clumps now, where all the nations of Melanesian began to recognize their identity and commit that all Melanesian region should be united in a single national body of Melanesian, including West Papua. Indonesia also will not block, wan tok system (one-talk system) or Melanesian-way. It is called Awakening Melanesian nations. And in fact Indonesia has no right to join the forum of Melanesian nations, but because the Indonesian people who do not know thus forced themselves into the MSG forum.

Indonesia tidak akan blok Kebangkitan Nasional Bangsa Papua

Semua orang Asli Papua yang ikut pendidikan di Sekolah-Sekolah Indonesia pernah belajar sejarah nasinal Indonesia, dimana dalam buku sejarah Indonesia terdapat yang namanya “KEBANGKITAN NASIONAL”.

Apa itu kebankitan nasional? Kebangkitan nasional adalah bangkitnya kesadaran rakyat dalam suatu bangsa, dimana mengenal rumpun bangsanya dan jati diri atau identita mereka serta paham nasionalisme. Apabila suatu bangsa dapat mengenali identitas yang sebenarnya dan hal itu menjadi cristal, maka lambat atau cepat bangsa itu akan bangkit dengan ideologinya untuk melakukan sesuatu yang positif bagi kepentingan mereka sendiri.

Hal ini telah nyata dan terbukti dari Kebangkitan Nasional bangsa Papua, di seluruh wilayah Papua Barat sekarang. Jika demikian, sanggupkah Indonesia hancurkan kebangkitan nasional bangsa Papua Barat? Saya sangat percaya bahwa Indonesia tidak sanggup mematahkan kebangkitan nasionalisme Bangsa Papua Barat sekarang, karena hasil identifikasi activis Papua merdeka menyimpulkan bahwa bangsa Papua telah bangkit dengan ideologi nasionalisme disertai sentimen anti penjajahan. Dengan demikian, maka tunggu waktu untuk mewujudkan cita-cita luhur dari bangsa Papua. Ideologi yang berakar adalah mendirikan negara Papua, dimana seluruh komponen bangsa Papua telah dan sedang berjuang.

Perjuangan telah dan sedang dilakukan dimana-mana, itu yang disebut kebangkitan nasional. Indonesia perlu ketahui bahwa ada arsitektur-arsitektur dari kalangan terpelajar dapat berhasil memberikan pemahaman kepada rakyat bangsa Papua untuk berjuang, dan hal itu terbukti dari kebangkitan nasional ini. Indonesia terlambat blok kebangkitan nasionalisme bangsa Papua Barat, karena perjuangan telah dapat dipahami oleh semua komponen bangsa Papua di seluruh wilayah Papua.

Saya bangga dengan kebangkitan nasionalisme bangsa Papua, dan hal ini memberikan energi tersendiri dan semangat juang yang tinggi. Apa lagi dengan adanya kebangkitan solidaritas rumpun Melanesia yang sangat besar sekarang, dimana segenap bangsa-bangsa Melanesia mulai mengenal identitasnya dan berkomitmen bahwa semua wilayah Melanesia harus disatukan dalam satu badan nasional melanesia, termasuk Papua barat.

Indonesia juga tidak akan blok sistem wan tok (one-talk-system) atau melanesian-way. Itu yang namanya Kebangkitan bangsa-bangsa Melanesia. Dan sebenarnya Indonesia tidak punya hak untuk bergabung dalam forum bangsa-bangsa Melanesia, tapi karena memang orang Indonesia yang tidak tahu maluh sehingga paksa diri masuk dalam forum MSG.

Pesan pertama, Saya harap kepada orang Melayu Indonesia yang mencari nafkah di Papua, agar bersikap sopan terhadap orang Asli Papua. Karena waktu untuk pembersihan virus akan datang segera;
