TPNPB SHOT DEAD THE THREE INDONESIAN MILITARY MEMBERS IN YAIMO PAPUA

At 12^:00pm there was a shootout between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) and the Indonesian National Army (TNI) in the Killer Village of Wara, Elelim District, Yalimo Regency, Papua on Monday jnuary 28^th  2019.

TPNPB courier from Elelim, the capital city of Yalimo Regency, reported that three Indonesian Military members were killed and one member fled, after being shot in the fighting. While those who run away do not know life or death.

The Indonesian Military Members who were killed were then secured by a joint Indonesian Miiter and Police Team sent from Battalion 756 and Kodim 1702 Wamena, using two Strada cars arriving at the scene of the attack.

The results of our coordination with the TPNPB Courier in Yalimo reported that the situation was still on standby, and the possibility of sweeping would occur because both parties were still on standby, said TPNPB Courier.

In the incident there were no victims in the TPNPB-OPM Party assigned to monitor along the Trans Jayapura-Wamena road.

Indonesian Military Member Who Was Shot Dead by TPNPB in Mapenduma, Nduga-Papua on January 28st 2019

TPNPB was responsible for the attack accompanied by the shooting of members of the TNI who carried out the deployment of military forces in the District of Mapenduma, Nduga Regency, Papua Province.

Today Monday, January 28^th, 2019 the TPNPB-OPM courier reported directly from Ndugama that at the Nduga Regency pioneer airfield, I witnessed itself the Indonesian military carrying out the most sophisticated Military Warfare Supporting Equipment.

The Indonesian military dispatched war equipment in Mapenduma district-Nduga, which also engulfed two helicopters belonging to the police. Delivery of this war equipments through the Timika route to Ndugama.

We said that the round trip helicopter was twice this morning on January 28^th, 2019. To prove it, see the photo below.

Then this afternoon Mr. Regent Nduga with the delegation took down the street in Mapnduma District, Nduga-Papua Regency, it turns out that from morning until noon at around 11:00am in Mapnduma it was already on standby One be it TNI or TPNPB.

On Sunday, January 27^th, 2019, PNG Union For Free West Papua and the Chairperson of the OPM & TPNPB held a meeting with the West Papua Community in Port Moresby, PNG.

This meeting is a general mobilization and Awarreness about the upcoming Press Conference by OPM and TPNPB which is facilitated by PNG Union For Free West Papua and the PNG Council of Churches.

In this case we emphasize that the OPM and TPNPB are not included in the ULMWP, because the ULMWP is only for three different ideological factions.

Then the TPNPB-OPM spokesman Mr. Sebby Sambom explained about the TPNPB Revolutionary War as well as the update on the Nduga situation.

Direct reports from the Ndugama region that were conveyed to all parties, and which were mainly to the TPNPB-OPM Diplomators in Overseas.
This report is a direct report from Ndugama via cellular telephone around 06:31a.m Papua time on January 16^th, 2019.
In this case the West Papuan National Liberation Army (TPNPB) courier reported that the last situation until this moment was the funding of the Indonesian military and police forces in the Mbua, Yigi and surrounding areas using 30^th Strada cars with complete war equipments.
The Indonesian military and police forces headed for the Nduga region from 09:00am Papua time, but we cannot confirm that whether TPNPB can be blocked or not is unclear.

And the civilians who have fled out have not yet reached to Wamena, so what is the condition of the people in refugee camps in the jungle, he said via cell phone.

Good morning, Nduga and non Nduga tribes

I want to say or tell about my experience in 2005 at the UN Human Rights Commission office in Geneva.

At that time, I and brother Peneas Lokbere were given the opportunity to tell about the Abepura bloodly violations in 2000 in Papua, and when I began to tell about the new violations, there was a case of the 2000 blooded Abepura, but from the time the Dutch state prepared Papuans in 1961.

The Indonesian state took over Papua and was forced to become part of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia colled NKRI. Starting from there, Papuans were killed without looking, and until now there are many cases that I cannot express one by one.

But the sudden arrival of Indonesian military members stood up and helped me by saying we Indonesian state never killed Papuans, Papuans lived comfortably with Indonesia, so sister Raga Kogeya, public deception.

And at that time I just cried and shouted as I said only God the Papuans knew who was deceitful and who spoke correctly, I cried.

Finally Mr. Victor Kaisepo and Father Mandowen below us to the Protestant Christian General Secretariat building, we met with Mr. Benny (I forgot the clan name) he was a former lecturer at STT GKI Jayapura and also the founder of the campus and at that time he worked for the GKI synod in Papua.

At that time I was still crying, he saw that, Mr. Benny gave me a seat in the chair and persuaded me not to cry then he told me:

1. Hi Raga, I order you must tell the Papuans, you must be free, but after the natural wealth, and the skin's hair will run out you will be released, meanwhile various countries including Indonesia are competing to explore gold and oil in Papua.

2. Papuans must unite from the government officers up to the lower community.

3. You Papuans are sick, so the father of the same message Raga is looking for a doctor and the medicine must be a variety of ways so that the Papuans will suffer from this suffering.

After that we returned from the place to the inn, at that time I did not want to see the name of the Indonesian people even though they were my instructors and I could chase away Miss Iche who accompanied me until that night I slept alone.

Starting from the story or story of my experience, I want to say a few things to West Papuan below:

1. I represent West Papuan National Liberation Army (TPNPB) from shoving myself up and offering bones from 1961-2019 firmly that diplomat friends who are abroad and domestic are competing with (I am really right - I was wrong and wrongly wrong) please stop, and difference of opinion is one bullet because the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) who eats does not eat the sign of hot and rain is betting on life for the land of Papua;

3. I am very pleading with various organs that are struggling with full and half full begging to unite and also please stop dropping each other

4. As a helpless woman, I only hope for the God of the Papuans and the Holy Spirit and the angels who come to help us, because we want to believe who else will keep dropping each other;

5. The last one, begging the Nduga tribe not to be rich in other tribes but let us unite and fight and trust each other, I as a mother was very hopeful because my childrens were cold in the forest, in prisons and in Indonesian Military and Police cells, who do you expect all of you to be if you don't.

Saya mau sampaikan atau ceritakan pengalaman saya tahun 2005 Di gedung PBB, komisi HAM di Jenewa.

Saat itu saya dan kaka Peneas Lokbere di kasih kesempatan untuk menceritakan pelanggaran Ham abe dalam tahun 2000 di papua, dan saat saya mulai ceritakan pelanggaram ham bukan baru terjadi kasus Abepura berdarah 2000 ini, tetapi dari sejak negara belanda mempersiapkan orang papua merdeka pada tahun 1961.

Negara Indonesia ambil alih Papua di paksakan menjadi bagian dari NKRI, Mulai dari situlah orang Papua di bunuh tanpa memandang, dan sampai saat ini banyak kasus yang saya tidak bisa ungkap satu persatu.

We from the TPNPB-OPM inform all parties and especially all Journalists around the world that the Press Conference which will be held on January 25^th, 2019 will be postponed again to January 31^th 2019, with fundamental reasons. The Mapenduma community are fled to the forest and their condition is currently at risk of death. They have difficulty in foods ingredients and other needs including medicines.

They live in the forest by eating wild foods, namely leaves and wild fruits that grow in the forest.

The number of refugees is more childrens and womens. They survive in the forest and only consume the foods in the form of wild leaves.

Nduga's Latest Report by TPNPB Courier on December 20^th, 2018

New Evident Documents on Indonesian Joined Security Forces Military Opertions in Nduga Regency, West Papua. 

On this day, December 21th, 2018, the TPNPB in National Command Headquarters issued a Press Release for violations of Human Rights (HAM) which have been and are being carried out by the Indonesian Military and Police Members in Mbua, Yigi, Ndal and surrounding areas from December 4^th, 2018 to now.

In this case, the TPNPB courier that we haved sent to Mbua to collect the data or conduct an investigation just arrived this morning on December 20^th, 2018 in Wamena. And from Wamena, TPNPB couriers updated all complete and responsible reports. This report is the result of our own investigation by TPNPB Courier, and not through other people.
