The National Liberation War by the West Papua National Liberation Army will be countinues and fight against Indonesian Rabbers or Thieves Forces throughout West Papua's territory, and the War will cease after Full Free Papua from the Illegal Occupation of the Indonesian Military on the ancestral lands of the Papuan people.

West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management has received a report from the OPM and TPNPB Headquarters of Victoria that on February 29^th 2020, the West Papua National Liberation Army successfully shot three TNI members in Kibai Village, Kerom Regency or in the Border Region of Papua New Guinea.

On this incident the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), Victoria Headquarters Chief Commander Lieutenant General Yikwanak Orelek And commander of Operation Elyas Bomay along with their troops this morning at 09:16am,  were successfully shot three TNI members, who were heading for Kibai via Kampung Yeti, in the KEROM region bordering between West Papua and Papua New Guinea.

TNI troops carrying these trucks have long been targeted by TPNPB troops, and today is the right moment to shot these three members of the Military of Indonesian.

The Central Headquarters Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) has Received an official report by Tembagapura PIS that the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces under the Leadership of Operations Commander of the Kemabu Intan Jaya Defense Regional Command 8VIII based "Gusby Waker," has successfully shot dead a member of the Indonesian National Police in the Village of Arowanop, Tembagapura District on February 29^th, 2020.

Before the shooting, Center Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army also received a report on Friday, February 28^th  2020, where the PIS reported that the Leaders and Troops of the West Papua National Liberation Army were ready to take action against the Indonesian Security Forces which were a group Robbers, who came to Papua to steal the results of the wealth of the Papuan people.

Based on this report, the Central Headquarters management of West Papua National Liberation Army under Leadership of General Goliath Naaman Tabuni and the General Operations Commander of TPNPB Major General Lekagak Telenggen are fully responsible in terms of the structure of the National Command of West Papua National Liberation Army.

Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah dan sedang melakukan aksi brutal, yang mana melakukan penyisiran di Keneyam Ibu Kota Kabupaten Nduga dari jeak Tanggal 27 Februari 2020 sampai hari ini Tanggal 28 February 2020 masih operasi Militer. 

Hari ini tanggal 28 Februari 2020, Managemen Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan langusng dari Keneyam, Ibu Kota Kabupaten Nduga, yang mana telah dilaporkan langsung oleh Komandan operasi TPNPB Ndugama “Pemne Kogeya”.

Dalam laporannya Pemne Kogeya melaporkan bahwa Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah menembak lima warga civil orang asli Papua, dari Suku Nduga, dan salah Satunya yaitu Nyonya Wislina Tabuni telah meninggal dunia akibat terkena tembakan Peluru Api Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia. 

Terkait Kontak Senjata antara Pasukan TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama dan Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia di Keneyam Ibu Kota Kabupaten Nduga  pada tanggal 26 Februari 2020,  maka pada tanggal 27 Februari 2020 Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah melakukan Operasi militer didalam Kota di Keneyam Ibu kota Kabupaten Nduga.

Dalam Operasi Militer ini, Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah menyiksa puluhan Warga Civil dan telah menembak 5 orang dan salah satunya meninggal dunia sedangkan 4  orang lagi Masih dalam kondisi kritis.

The Indonesian Security Forces have been and are carrying out brutal actions, which are conducting searches in Keneyam, the Capital Town of Nduga Regency, from the date of February 27^th, 2020 to today, on February 28^th, 2020 still in military operations.

Today on February 28^th 2020, Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received a direct report from Keneyam, the Capital Town of Nduga Regency, which has been reported directly by the Ndugama operation Commander of TPNPB "Pemne Kogeya".

In its report Pemne Kogeya reported that the Indonesian Security Forces had shot five native Papuan civilians, from the Nduga Tribe, and one of them, Mrs. Wislina Tabuni, had died as a result of being shot by the Indonesian Security Forces Fire Bullets.

Regarding the shootout between the TPNPB Ndugama region and the Indonesian Security Forces in Keneyam, the Capital Town of Nduga Regency on February 26^th 2020, then on February 27^th 2020, the Indonesian Security Forces conducted military operations within the Town of Keneyam, the Capital of Nduga Regency.

In this Military Operation, the Indonesian Security Forces tortured dozens of Papuan Civilians and shot 5^th people and one of them died while 4^th others were still in critical condition.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received a second report on the shootout in Keneyam, the Capital Town of Nduga Regency, Papua Province.

This report is a continuation from before which we announced on February 26^th, 2020, where the attack was carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army under the leadership of Pemne Kogeya an Operations Commander.

At 14:18pm when Keneyam time was in shootout with the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Troops in Ndugama Region and the Indonesian Security Forces in the capital Town of Nduga Regency, in Ndugakule Village near the old Disel Power Plant (PLTD).

During the shootout, 2 members of the Indonesian Security Forces (TNI-POLRI) were killed and one of them suffered a gunshot wound, namely in the thigh and still wounded.

Pemne Kogeya also reported that others could not yet be identified, and for the time being members of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) had not been victims.

The War of National Liberation by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM), for the sake of realizing an independence for the Papuan Nation, continues until Papua is fully independent from the illegal occupation by the Indonesian Colonial Military.

The Central Headquarters management of the West Papua  National Liberation Army has received a direct report from Ndugama on February 26^th 2020 which has been reported directly by the Operation Commander of Ndugama Regional Defense Command "Pemne Kogeya", and in this report he said that the West Papua National Liberation Army has carried out attacks on the Indonesian Security Forces Post in Keneyam, the Capital Town of Nduga Regency.

The leaders of the Abenaho and Apahabsili Districts along with the Red and White militias Group and the Nusantara Militia Group want to create bloodshed in the Abenaho and Apahabsili District areas later.

Why do you want to create conflict? Because the military presence in an area is intended to protect its people from various threats, the facts have proven that in general in all areas of Papua and in particular in the Central Highlands of Papua that the presence of the Indonesian military and police always creates conflict.

Confiscating Weapons from the Indonesian Security Forces and the War of  National Liberation of West Papua ... !!!

West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management received a report on Friday 21th February 2020 that the West Papua National Liberation Army Members on behalf of Bensin Jikwa have successfully seized an SS1 type weapon belonging to members of the Indonesian Military, and this report has been confirmed by OPM Chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak through telp and declared correct.

Therefore, on this day, February 22th, 2020, the leadership of the West Papua National Liberation Army, and also the Leadership of the Free Papua Movement, is officially conveyed to the public nationally and internationally that all weapons were seized by the West Papua National Liberation Army, both in Puncak Jaya , Puncak Papua, Ndugama, Intan Jaya, Ngalum Kupel and also the entire Regional Defense Command in the Land of Papua have been registered and all booty has become an asset of the Papuan Nation Struggle in the OPM Organization and it military wing namely the West Papua National Liberation Army.

And the weapons that have become the property of the West Papua National Liberation Army, will not be returned to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

Why can't to return the booty? Because in the law of the National Liberation War on revolution and also the International Law on War there is no word for the return of the Spoiled weapons, but instead the spoils add to the weapons of the West Papua National Liberation Army and it is a victory for the West Papua National Liberation Army on the battlefield.

And these weapons will be used to carry out the West Papua National Liberation War, until Papua is fully independent from the hands of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesian.

West Papua National Liberation Army, Free Papua Movement managed to taken all the weapons belonging to the Indonesian Military Forces in the MI-17 helicopter that crashed On June 28^th 2019.

The, Ngalum Kupel Regional Command of West Papua National Liberation Army succeeded in shooting down the MI-17 helicopter And they also know where the helicopter was shot down.

And then after 5^th months later the Commander of Ngalum Kupel Defense Reginal Command of West Papua National Liberation Army Commander in Pegunungan Bintang Regency  silenceds schedule to pick up the weapons.

In this case, after the West Papuan National Liberation Army succeeded in taken the weapons in December 2019, there were instructions that may be allowed for the publicly announced.

Today, February 19^th, 2020, Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army TPNPB KOMNAS Headquarters Management has received an official report from the General Operations Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Major General Lekagak Telenggen directly from Intan Jaya that the Military and Police Leaders are conducting Public Fraud, which they claim that on February 18^th, 2020 Indonesian Security Forces successfully shot dead Two member of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB).

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received a report from the Ngalum Kupel Regional Defense Command (KODAP) on February 16^th 2020, where the report contains official statements which was issued by the Commander in Chief and Deputy Commander in Chief and the entire West Papua National Liberation Army troops from the Ngalum Kupel Headquarters.

On this day the Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters, the Free Papua Movement received a direct report from the Star Mountains that the Indonesian Security Forces drop was continuing to the Star Mountains Regency from Jayapura, West Papua.

This was reported by Special Staff of the West Papua National Liberation Army, directly from the Ngalum Kupel Regional Command Headquarters to the Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters on Tuesday, February 11^th 2020.

And in this report said that the Indonesian Security Forces using helicopters had successfully arrived at the crashed site of the helicopter, but the helicopters could not land so they sent down the troops using a Selling Wire Rope.

There is another report we have received by Papua Intelligents Services saying that the Indonesian Military and Police Leaders in collaboration with the Regent of Star Mountains Regency are still negotiating with Indigenous Elders from Oksibil, the Star Mountains for bidding to the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) under the leadership of Bridgen Lamek A Taplo.

The PIS report also mentions that the aim of the negotiations is for the West Papua National Liberation Army not to resist, because they want the Freedom of Papua struggle to go through peace through the Indigenous Forum at the UN or WPIA.

And after the coordination, We, the West Papua National Liberation Army rejected the efforts of the Regent of the Star Mountains Regency together with community leaders from the West Papua Iindigenous Association (WPIA) Group in Oksibil.

In this matter also officially the West Papua National Liberation Army, the Free Papua Organization states that the "War of  National Liberation" which has been and is being fought by the West Papua National Liberation Army will not cease, but the National Liberation War will continue until the full Papuan independence from the Hand of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia

The West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management have Received a direct report from the Ngalum Gupel Regional Defense Command, of West Papua National Liberation Army that MI 17 Helicopter belonging to the Indonesian Army that we once West Papua National Liberation Army shot down on June 28^th, 2019 had found, and all the weapons that have been owned by the West Papua National Liberation Army of the Regional Defense Command (KODAP) Ngalum Gupel.

In his report the Commander of the Regional Defense Command, of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Ngalum Gupel namely “Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” said that they were responsible for this, and the MI 17 Military Helicopter that we had shot down was carried out by the MEME Battalion Commander namely SNOW FORCES on behalf of NASON MIMIN.

On February 4^th, 2020, the Commander of the Ngalum Gupel Defense Area “Bridgen Lamek Alipky Taplo” via telephone reported to the Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army that the MI 17 Helicopter belonging to the Indonesian Army which we were shot down last year, we have found.

And all weapons belonging to the Indonesian Army that at the crash site of the MI17 helicopter was taken by the West Papua National Liberation Army, and all these weapons has became belong to the West Papua National Liberation Army, of Ngalum Gupel Regional Defense Command.
