The World Council of Churches Humanitarian Team had Visited Ndugama War Conflict refugee in Wamena West Papua |

The World Council of Churches has visited the Ndugama, Papua conflict Refugees. Evacuation has occurred because of the military operations that have been and are being carried out by the Indonesian military in the Ndugama Territory, West Papua.
The Humanitarian Team of the World Council of Churches (WCC) has
also held meetings with all parties, including refugees, who are mostly the School childrens.
The
meeting was held at the emergency school place for childrens who had taken refugee in
Wamena, Central Highlands of West
Papua.

The
meeting between Refugees and the Envoys of the World Council
of Churches
on the courtyard of the Church of Kingmi Weneroma, Wamena-Papua.
In delivering
to the World Council of Churches team that as a result of
Indonesian Military Operations, we Victims had to flee a great distance through
the wilderness until someone died on the way. This is unacceptable
condition.
They mentioned that to WCC Mission Team, we just want to be free, free garden, walk freely on our ancestors lands, and free School activities.
They mentioned again, we just want independence on our land, that's the message conveyed by school childrens in the refugee camps in Wamena, Papua.
During the meeting also the childrens of victims of the Indonesian Military crime, namely the late Rev. Mr. Gemin Nirigi who also delivered a statement about the events of the deceased or his father who was burned to death in Mapenduma, Papua yesterday on Maonday 18th of February 2019.
All the problems are already at the UN desk and they come to make sure through the World Council of Churches that true or not the events and suffering that is happening in West Papua especially in the Ndugama area, Papua.

Dewan Gereja Dunia (The World Council of Churches)
telah mengunjungi para Pengungsi konflik perang Ndugama, Papua. Pengungsian
telah terjadi karena akibat operasi militer yang telah dan sedang dilakukan
oleh militer Indonesia di Weilayah Teritori Ndugama, West Papua.
Tim Kemanusian dari Dewan Gereja Dunia (WCC) juga
telah melakukan pertemuan dengan semua pihak, termasuk para pengungsi, yang lebih
banya anak-anak Sekolah. Pertemuan dilakukan di tempat Sekolah darurat bagi
anak-anak yang telah mengunsi di Wamena.

Pertemuan tadi
antara Pengungsi dengan Para Utusan Gereja-Gereja Se-dunia di halaman Gereja
Kingmi Jemaat Weneroma - Wamena.
Dalam penyampaian kepada tim Dewan Gereja Dunia bahwa akibat dari Operasi Militer indonesia, kami Para
Korban harus mengungsi menempuh jarak yang sangat jauh melewati hutan belantara
sampai ada yang meninggal dalam perjalanan.
kami hanya ingin sekolah bebas, berkebun bebas, jalan
dengan bebas diatas tanah moyang dan leluhur kami.
kami hanya ingin kemerdekaan diatas tanah kami, itu
pesan yang disampaikan oleh anak anak sekolah di tempat pengungsian di Wamena, Papua.
Dalam pertemuan
itu juga anak dari korban kejatan Militer Indonesia yaitu, almarhum Pendeta Tuan Gemin Nirigi yang juga menyampaikan pernyataan tentang peristiwa
almarhum atau bapaknya yang dibakar sampai
meninggal di mapenduma, Papua kemarin.
Semua masalah
sudah ada di meja PBB dan mereka datang untuk pastikan melalui Dewan Gereja Dunia bahwa benar atau tidak peristiwa dan penderitaan yang sedang
terjadi di West Papua khususnya di daerah Ndugama, Papua.
