National Command of the National Liberation Army of West Papua an Free Papua Organization

First, the Basic Law of Establishment of the National Liberation Army of West Papua of the Free Papua Organization in the NATIONAL COMMAND 2012

Based on the Constitution or the Interim Constitution of the Republic of West Papua on July 1rd, 1971, consisting of VIII Chapters and 129 Articles, then in Chapter V On Defense and Security, and in Article 105, Paragraph 1, which states that the Establishment of Armed Forces West Papua will consist of voluntary military service and the military shall be established by Law, and in Section 2, which states that it is a Forces of the Republic of West Papua is the army, Navy and Air Forces.

Under Article 105, on the date March 26rd, 1973 have formed the National Liberation Army abbreviated TPN, which consists of the High Commander, Commander of Regional and staff as well as soldiers who still survive to this day in the headquarters of their respective areas.

Based on Chapter VIII On Rules, Transition, Amendment, Supplement and Cover, then on Article 121, which states, "As a result of the proclamation of July 1rd, 1971, the Government of the preceding legislation referred to in article 106 immediately formed an army for the liberation of the country with the President's decision ".

Based on Chapter VIII of Article 123 On Amended, then on Article 123 Paragraph 1, which states that "In order to change this Constitution should be clearly pointed letter, paragraph, article, paragraph or section which was about to be changed or added as well as informing the reasons for change in writing, and in Section 2, which states that "Amended draft Constitution submitted to senate ever necessary senate 2/3 the number of members present.

Important Note in the implementation of TPN-OPM Summit 2012 in Biak West Papua

1. All Defence Headquarters have been given the opportunity to participate in the Summit of TPN-OPM, as a form of appreciation for the services in the struggle for last 50^th years;

2. In this case, almost all defence of TPN-OPM from Sorong to Merauke has delegated their envoy to the success of the summit of TPN-OPM at Prewomi Headquarted in Biak on May 2012;

3. Unless the Chief of Defence only three who did not participate or did not sent a delegation or not give recommendation on the grounds that their defence based Management Command, namely Chief Gen. Mathias Wenda, Late Bridgen Richard Joweny, and Bridgen Herman Abubakar Wenda;

Mathias Wenda been sent a delegation to the summit Pre of  TPN-OPM under the leadership of Mr. Simson Yikwa, and stated that "Gen. Mathias Wenda will not participate in the Summit of TPN-OPM in Biak, because Gen. Mathias Wenda has made his own organization, namely the Revolutionary Army of West Papua. Therefore, anyone who wants to join TRWP please, constitution and organizational structure is ready ". This statement be delivered directly by envoy of Gen. Mathias Wenda in the pre summit of TPN-OPM in Maribu on February 15^th, 2012;

Why are the Indonesian Military  and Police Leaders unwilling to recognize the names of TPNPB-OPM and Papua Separatist?

  

This they do because according to the Indonesian Military and Police leadership that if they call Separatist or West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) or West Papuans Freedom Fighters, then the international community will recognize the groups of Papuans who are struggling with armed resistance and even the Government of UN member states will support them.

Woow ... .this is very paranoid, and the viewpoint of a very primitive Indonesian military and police leaders. 

These Indonesian military leaders are not ancient, today is a global era and a technological era. You will not hide from modernization.

Is it true that the Indonesian Military and Police Chiefs are afraid of the Separatist and TPNPB-OPM?

This can be seen from the actions of Military and Indonesian Police Forces which have evacuated the indigenous Papuans from Banti, Kembeli, Waa and surrounding areas by force through intimidation and excessive terror.

The act of the Indonesian Military and Police Force is a crime against humanity, which actually violates the human rights of indigenous Papuans.

Indonesian Military and Police Forces have pursued International Law, with their actions of which has forced indigenous Papuans in Banti, and beyond.

Indonesian military and police forces have also violated human rights of indigenous Papuans as internationally legalized, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People adopted on September 13^th 2007.

We convey to the people of the world that the loyalty of the indigenous people is guaranteed by the UN declaration we mentioned above.

Therefore, who you are the Papuans human rights devotees please your concern and take urgent on humanitarian action to save the indigenous Papuans from brutally acts by the Indonesian Military and Police Forces.

TPNPB Statement: Ready to War Against Indonesian Military Until the Mission of UN Peacekeeping Force to West Papua

Tembagapura West Papua: The National Liberation Army of West Papua (TPNPB) formally issued a declaration on November 18^th 2017 that they will not stop guerrilla warfare, for opponents of the colonial military occupation of the Republic of Indonesia in West Papua.

The statement of the West Papua National Liberation Army was delivered directly from Tembagapura, West Papua by Field Operations Commander of Tembagapura Defense Region Command of TPNPB Mr. Gusby Waker to the management of the National Command Headquarters of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), via cell phone.

The National Liberation Army of West Papua from the battlefield, from Tembagapura West Papua notify the Government of Indonesia and also to the Governments of the Member States of the United Nations, as well as to the United Nations, as well as to the international community, as well as to the Indonesian Community and more specifically to all indigenous people of West Papua that West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) guerrilla warfare against the Indonesian Military Occupation in West Papua with the sole purpose of claiming the Rights of the Nation of Papua. Reported directly from Tembagapura west Papua, to TPNPB spokesman Mr. Sebby Sambom on Friday, November 17^th 2017. And this Report is a version of West Papuans who a member of TPNPB, which is a fact of truth for Indonesian military attack by using Rocket Launcher Land.

It was reported that in the villages of Utikini, Banti and Kembeli Tembagapura district were showered with rocket fire, which had been fired by Indonesian military forces.

The brutal Indonesian military forces caused two civilians who were indigenous Papuans killed on the spot, and six others were injured.

Furthermore, it was reported that "brutal assault by Indonesian Military forces actually occurred in the village of Banti, Kembeli and Utikini in Tembagapura District, West Papua.

And this attack also resulted in deep trauma to indigenous Papuans.
By seeing the terror by the Indonesian military forces, indigenous Papuans in Tembagapura region feel seriously threatened by the Colonial Republic of Indonesia troops.

Field  Operation Commander of the National Liberation Army of West Papua (TPNPB) Mr. Gusby Hunggi Waker from Tembagapura, West Papua reported that, this morning the Indonesian Military & Police attacked TPNPB Defense Headquarters using rocket weapons. 

This land rocket attack is not balanced with the enemy weapons force for the Indonesian Military and Police, rather than West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) weapons only have the type of ordinary weapons. 

Indonesian troops has begun an attack using a rocket lighter. It was reported by Field Operation Commander of TPNPB in Tembagapura (Gusby Waker).

The rocket attack from the Indonesian Military and Police was waged in the target position of TPNPB, but temporarily there were no casualties for the TPNPB soldiers. "started from 8 am to 9 am they (Indonesian Military and Police) red, shoot a rocket bomb, to where we live, and we have a war now", he said, this morning on November 17^th 2017 via telephone call.
