Why did we choose this title in the case of the abduction and sadistic killing of five Papuan civilians in Ndugama by the Indonesian Security Forces?

We chose this title because almost all Indonesian medias proclaimed that the kidnapping and sadistic killing of Papuan Indigenous civilians in Ndugama was allegedly carried out by the Indonesian Militarys and Polices (TNI/)POLRI) troops, therefore we firmly conveyed to the world that this was a facts and not a suspect.

In this case TPNPB-OPM criticized all Indonesian medias and also international medias that said alleged. Why? Because this is no longer suspected, but rather the fact that those who have carried out kidnappings and killings are members of the Indonesian Militarys and Polices who have and are conducting Military Operations in Ndugama territories, of Papua.

Remember that the TPNPBB-OPM Ndugama report that was updated by the Management of the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters on 7^th of October 2019 was very clear and responsible, where the TPNPB-OPM had an accurate report that the perpetrators were Indonesian Militarys and Police Forces.

The TPNPB-OPM Ndugama report in the form of a press release has been sent to all journalists from various media throughout Indonesia, and also we have sent it to international medias journalists but never published.

However, after the discovery of the corpse that was buried by the Ndugama volunteer team, Indonesian medias and also local Papuan media were published under the title "allegedly done by the TNI / POLRI".

To the Leaders of "Customary" Church, Prominent "Leaders, in Biak and Supiori Regencies and Serui and Its Surroundings, or Specifically in the SAIRERI Indigenous territories that:

The Central Headquarters of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters has received an official report from Yahukimo regarding the attack on Trans Papua Workers in the Dekai Yahukimo Region on October 25^th, 2019 and in the report sent by email it states that the attack was carried out by the TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo And TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo is responsible for this attack.

TPNPBNews: The National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Management Received a direct report from Intan Jaya Regency, Papua today Friday, 25^th of October 2019 regarding the Shooting of three TNI / POLRI member.

This report was reported directly by the Commander of  Sonak Defense Region Commander of TPNPB Sinak Bridgen Militer Murib via his cellphone, and the shooting was carried out at 9:24am, at Intan Jaya time.

It was reported that during the crossfire between the Indonesian Military and the TPNPB-OPM forces in Intan Jaya Regency on Friday today, October 25^th, 2019, TPNPB-OPM troops had successfully shot dead 3 members of the TNI/ POLRI.

In its report said that the corpse of the victims had just evacuated, which is around 3:23 pm by the Intan Jaya Regency Government.

TPNPB-OPM troops in the shooting location saw a Government officer from one of the District heads who came to evacuate the victims.

Furthermore, the bodies of members of the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) were evacuated at the center of Intan Jaya Regency, and taken to the TNI/POLRI headquarters.

Please note that the TPNPB-OPM Military forces are already in Intan Jaya Regency for the War Against the Indonesian Colonial Military and Police.

In this shooting, TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen and Bridgen Militer Murib said that they were responsible, and that the war would continue on PT. Freeport Indonesia must close and the UN immediately regulates the right to Self-determination for the People of West Papua.

REVIEW: COMPOSITION OF CABINET II INDONESIA WHICH DOES NOT INVOLVE THE PAPUANS POLITICAL ELITE (NKRI KOMPERADOR).

Based on the above, we as the chairman of the OPM TPN would like to convey a number of important things to the government and the people of Indonesia that:

1). OPM-TPNPB as the parent organization of the struggle of the Papuan people and the political party responsible for the struggle of the Papuan people who have the highest legitimacy and authority towards the struggle of the Papuan people and who maintain the existence and dignity of the Papuan people, said that the division of the second cabinet of the JOKOWI president which did not involve Papuans is clear evidence that Papua is not part of the Indonesian colonial state. 

Therefore, the Indonesian colonial president JOKOWI had to admit that the West Papua state had an embryo on December 1^st, 1961 by the Dutch government based on UN resolution NO 1514 and it was declared by OPM-TPNPB on July 1^st1971 and West Papua is a country that is DE VACTO and DE JURE has independent.

2). To the people of the Papuan people Particularly the political elite or PAPINDO group or Komperador NKRI group in West Papua that aware of your colonial occupation by the Republic of Indonesia for 58 years!!!

TPNPBNEWS: Berita Duka, Panglima TPNPB KODAP Yalige telah meninggal Dunia pada tanggal 16 October 2019, pada usia yang ke 75 tahun. 

TENTARA PEMBEBASAN NASIONAL PAPUA BARAT  (TPNPB-OPM)  Dari KODAP  YALIGEM  telah melakukan Pemakaman dengan upacara Militer TPNPB-OPM, pada tanggal 18 October 2019. 

Berdasarkan berita duka ini, maka Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Umumkan Duka nasional atas meninggalnya seorang Pimpinan militer TPNPB-OPM. 

Acara pemakaman Panglima Komando Daerah Pertahanan Wilayah Yali dan Gem  telah dilakukan pukul 12:53 Waktu Papua sampai selesai, dan dari 6 Batalyon  telah hadir untuk melakukan pemakaman secara resmi di sertai dengan upacara kemiliteran  TPNPB-OPM.
