Today on November 1^st 2019, General Operations Commander of TPNPB-OPM Major General Lekagak Telenggen has officially issued a general appeal addressed to all parties, and especially to the United Nations.

To Supporting Countries of Free Papua throughout the World and to the United Nations

With respect,
Since the struggle for Papua independence from 1961 to 1971 and up to the present year 2019 we are still in the wilderness, in the territory of West Papua.

While the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia controlled and took over our customary lands, our hamlet which is our hometown, was all controlled by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia through sending Indonesian Military and Police Forces throughout Papua.

And we were all killed, and this murder Indonesian has been doing since May 1^st 1963 until now. Indonesians still kills us like wild animals.

Therefore, we convey to the native Papuans that it is time for us to continue to fight until Papua is fully independent, if the UN and Indonesia do not recognize the Papuan Nation's Independence Rights, then we call on all native Papuans that we remain and will continue to carry out perfect resistance when even.

By looking at such conditions, we convey to supporters of Free Papua throughout the World, and also especially to Australia, New Zealand, and all Pacific Countries and to the United Nations a number of important matters that must be a concern, namely:

1. We are leaders of TPNPB-OPM throughout Papua under the leadership of Gen. Goliath Tabuni and General Operations Commander of TPNPB-OPM in West Papua Major General Lekagak Telenggen together with 33th TPNPB-OPM Regional Commanders in Chief hope that the Supporting States will immediately help us with Military Logistics equipments. In this case, don't hesitate to help us TPNPB-OPM;

2. We are TPNPB-OPM Military Leaders from Sorong to Samari calling on the Free Papua Supporting Countries and the Pacific Islands to immediately help us the people of West Papua who are now suffering, and in 2019 and 2020 is a moment for the people of Papua, then the war will continue until Full Free Papua from the hands of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia;

3. We are the Leaders and all of the TPNPB-OPM Forces in 33th Region Commanders in Chief of TPNPB-OPM Calling for the entire Papuan supporters of independent both Internationaly, Nationaly and also Local Papua, to immediately support the current TPNPB-OPM Movement, because the TPNPB-OPM is ready to lead to a Total Revolution for the determination of one's own destiny for the people of West Papua;

4. That We TPNPB-OPM leaders hope that which countries support us in this Total Revolutionary War are the Countries that will Collaborate with the State of West Papua, after Papua got Independence. Therefore, we TPNPB-OPM     Leaders hopes that the Supporting State helps us with military logistics equipments, because of us TPNPB troops from Sorong to Samarai are ready to fight with the Indonesian Military and Police Forces until Papua is independent;

Why did we choose this title in the case of the abduction and sadistic killing of five Papuan civilians in Ndugama by the Indonesian Security Forces?

We chose this title because almost all Indonesian medias proclaimed that the kidnapping and sadistic killing of Papuan Indigenous civilians in Ndugama was allegedly carried out by the Indonesian Militarys and Polices (TNI/)POLRI) troops, therefore we firmly conveyed to the world that this was a facts and not a suspect.

In this case TPNPB-OPM criticized all Indonesian medias and also international medias that said alleged. Why? Because this is no longer suspected, but rather the fact that those who have carried out kidnappings and killings are members of the Indonesian Militarys and Polices who have and are conducting Military Operations in Ndugama territories, of Papua.

Remember that the TPNPBB-OPM Ndugama report that was updated by the Management of the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters on 7^th of October 2019 was very clear and responsible, where the TPNPB-OPM had an accurate report that the perpetrators were Indonesian Militarys and Police Forces.

The TPNPB-OPM Ndugama report in the form of a press release has been sent to all journalists from various media throughout Indonesia, and also we have sent it to international medias journalists but never published.

However, after the discovery of the corpse that was buried by the Ndugama volunteer team, Indonesian medias and also local Papuan media were published under the title "allegedly done by the TNI / POLRI".

The Central Headquarters of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters has received an official report from Yahukimo regarding the attack on Trans Papua Workers in the Dekai Yahukimo Region on October 25^th, 2019 and in the report sent by email it states that the attack was carried out by the TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo And TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo is responsible for this attack.

TPNPBNews: The National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Management Received a direct report from Intan Jaya Regency, Papua today Friday, 25^th of October 2019 regarding the Shooting of three TNI / POLRI member.

This report was reported directly by the Commander of  Sonak Defense Region Commander of TPNPB Sinak Bridgen Militer Murib via his cellphone, and the shooting was carried out at 9:24am, at Intan Jaya time.

It was reported that during the crossfire between the Indonesian Military and the TPNPB-OPM forces in Intan Jaya Regency on Friday today, October 25^th, 2019, TPNPB-OPM troops had successfully shot dead 3 members of the TNI/ POLRI.

In its report said that the corpse of the victims had just evacuated, which is around 3:23 pm by the Intan Jaya Regency Government.

TPNPB-OPM troops in the shooting location saw a Government officer from one of the District heads who came to evacuate the victims.

Furthermore, the bodies of members of the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) were evacuated at the center of Intan Jaya Regency, and taken to the TNI/POLRI headquarters.

Please note that the TPNPB-OPM Military forces are already in Intan Jaya Regency for the War Against the Indonesian Colonial Military and Police.

In this shooting, TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen and Bridgen Militer Murib said that they were responsible, and that the war would continue on PT. Freeport Indonesia must close and the UN immediately regulates the right to Self-determination for the People of West Papua.
