Papua Regional Police Chief "Irjen Paulus Waterpauw" has committed public fraud on the pretext that the Indonesian Security Forces had shot two members of the West Papua National Liberation Army on January 26^th, 2020, in the event that the Indonesian Security Forces had shot dead a Papuan civilian and two others suffered gunshot wounds from Indonesian Military weapons, and one of them is 8^th year old Little Boy.

This is truly barbaric, a Police Leader who is immature in the Humanitarian Law of War, and has committed public outright fraud.

In this case, the Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) have received a direct report from Intan Jaya on January 29^th, 2020 at exactly 8:35am, when Intan Jaya time.

In this report the General Operations Commander of the West Papua National Liberation Army, Major General Lekagak Telenggen and the War Commander  of the Sinak Defense Region Commander of TPNPB "Murib Militer", reported the situation and facts that had taken place in Intan Jaya on Weapon Contact Between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) and the Indonesian Security Forces.

Verification of the report of the intan Jaya War is related to the Contact of Weapons Between the Indonesian Security Forces and the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) on January 26^th, 2020, in which Papuans civilians had also been shot by the Indonesian Security Forces.

We need to convey this because after the Central Headquarters Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) conducted confirmation with the TPNPB War Leaders in Intan Jaya, it turned out that two Papuan Civilians had been shot by the Indonesian military, and there other were also 3 members of the Indonesian security forces who had been shot dead by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) troops and then 3 others were injured.

This TPNPB leadership report was justified by the Commanders in responsible of the War at Kemabu Headquarters, in Intan Jaya-Papua, namely Deputy Commander Sabinus Waker and Gili Waker via satellite telephone directly from Intan Jaya.

They were the people who led the War directly on the Revolution Square in Intan Jaya, where they were fiercely opposed to the Indonesian Security Forces complete with modern Warfare equipment on January 26^th, 2020.

Deputy Commander of Intan Jaya Defense Region Command VIII of TPNPB Sabinus Waker and Gili Waker reported that on January 26^th 2020 Indonesian Military Members shot Papuans civilians inside the city, not at the TPNPB headquarters or not at the TPNPB-OPM area boundary.

The TPNPB headquarters itself is in Gulapa, not in the Town of Intan Jaya Regency. However, the Indonesian Security Forces shot randomly in the Civil settlements in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya, Papua.

Kepala Kepolisian Daerah Papua “Paulus Waterpauw” telah melakukan penipuan public dengan Dalih bahwa Pasukan Kemanan Indonesia telah tembak Dua anggota Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat pada Tanggal 26 Januari 2020, pada hal Pasukan Kemanan Indonesia telah Tembak Mati seorang warga civil dan dua lainnya mengalami luka tembak dari senjata, dan salah satunya adalah anak Kecil yang berusia 8 tahun. 

Ini benar-benar biadab, seorang Piminan Polisi yang belum dewasa dalam hukum Humaniter Perang, dan telah melakukan Penipuan Publik yang terang-terangan.  

Dalam hal ini Management Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM telah terima laporan langsung dari Intan Jaya pada tanggal 29 Januari 2020  tepat pukul 8:35, waktu Intan Jaya Papua.

Dalam laporan ini Komandan Operasi Umum Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen dan Pimpinan Perang sementara Panglima Daerah Pertahanan TPNPB sinak “Militer Murib”, melaporkan situasi dan fakta-fakta yang telah terjadi di intan Jaya Paska Kontak Senjata Antara Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB) dan Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia. 

Verifikasi laporan Perang Intan jaya adalah yang berhubungan dengan Kontak Senjata Antara Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia dan Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB-OPM) pada Tanggal 26 Januari 2020, dimana masyarakat civil juga telah ditembak Oleh Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia. 

Hal ini Perlu kami sampaikan karena setelah Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB melakuakn konfirmasi dengan Pimpinan Perang TPNPB di Intan Jaya, ternyata dua Masyarakat Civil telah ditembak Oleh Militer Indonesia, Dan Ada pula 3 Anggota Pasukan kemanan Indonesia telah ditembak Mati Oleh Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB) dan 3 lain nya mengalami  luka-Luka.

Emergency Situations in West Papua and indigenous Papuans are in the Threat of Extinction, due to massive military operations by the Indonesian Security Forces throughout West Papua's territory is underway.

Therefore, on behalf of the Papuan people, we are the Chief of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) asking for attention by the United Nations, and we also urge to the Secretary General of the United Nations so that the UN Peacekeeping Force intervention can be carried out immediately and may enter Papua.

In this case, the Central Headquarters management of the  West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) received an official report from Intan Jaya that on January 26^th, 2020, at 11:00 am in the morning the shooting had occurred in Intan Jaya Regency of Papua Province, between the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces (TPNPB) vs Indonesian security forces (TNI/POLRI) in three places, in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency, Papua.

The location of the armed contact on January 26^th, 2020 in Intan Jaya Regency was in Tanah Merah and Holomama. And in this clash, the Indonesian Security Forces had shot dead a civilian and two other people had gunshot wounds.

This contact situation was reported directly by the General Operations Commander of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) “Major General Lekagak Telenggen” from the location of the War, namely from the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency, Papua Province.

In his report Major General Lekagak Telenggen reported that the War began at 11:00 a.m. to at 19:00 pm.

Major General Lekagak Telenggen added that during this clash, the Indonesian Security Forces had shot Dead Bulaken Kobogau, a Papuan Civilian and also shot two other people.

The victims of the gunshot wounds were two people, KAYUS SANNI, a Chief of the Moni Tribe and another one, a 18-year-old young man “Jekson Sondogau”.

Major General Lekagak Telenggen also said that in this War the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces (TPNPB) had not been killed, so on this occasion we denied the statement of the Papua Regional Police Chief Paul Waterpauw who said that three TPNPB Members were shot.

Opening Notes of TPNPB-OPM Press Release: Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army just acive work, after two weeks of busy on emergency meetings to respond of the humanitarian crisis situation in Papua and the Armed War Conflict between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Forces and the Indonesian Security Forces.

Today on January 24^th, 2020 at 8:15 am the General Operations Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) in Papua Land, namely Major General Lekagak Telenggen Refutes the Shooting of Civilians in Nabire with the initial NM.

This rebuttal was issued by the GENERAL OPERATIONAL COMMANDER of TPNPB, because information from the Indonesian Government through the TNI-POLRI circulated through various media, namely print medias and electronic medias that the TNI-POLRI Joint Forces were shot death or killed the Operation Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) of region 29, as the Papua Police Regional Chief Inspector General Paulus Waterpauw statement.

TPNPB-OPM Central Headquarters Management Received a direct report from Ndugama on January 23th, 2020, and in this report Bridgen Eginaus Kogeya said that Mispo Gwijangge who was arrested by the Indonesian Security Forces in Wamena and now on trial in Jakarta was not a Member of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM)  Ndugama region.

We, the leaders of the TPNPB Region III of Ndugama, have just received a report that one member of the TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama has been arrested by the police and is currently in the legal process in Jakarta.

On this issue, we are the leaders and special West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) troops of Ndugama Region have checked our members, but this is not true.

TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Attack Brimob Post in Keneyam: Shoot Dead One Brimob Member and Injured Another

The war against to the Occupation of the Indonesian Colonial Government Security Forces throughout the territory of West Papua was the "War of National Liberation" only to reclaim West Papua's Independence namely the State Embryo Manifesto on 1 December 1961 and the Proclamation on 1 July 1971.

Today Saturday January 11^th 2020 at 11:00 AM Papua Time, the Management of the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters has received a telephone directly from the Ndugama Region Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army   Bridgen Egianus Kogeya that morning at 6:54am Ndugama Time, West  Papua National Liberation Army Troops led by Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, carried out an attack on Keneyam Airport,   which is in the capital of Nduga Regency.

In his report Bridgen Egianus Kogeya had reported that the Papuan National Liberation Army had shot two Brimob members, and had fired more bullets at the Brimob Post.

And it is possible that there were injuries, but what was certain were two Brimob members whom we managed to shoot.

Bridgen Egianus Kogeya also reported that the West Papua National Liberation Army troops were still fighting in Keneyam, the capital city of Nduga Regency, Papua Province.

Bridgen Egianus Kogeya also added that we would not be afraid of air strikes by the security forces of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, but we would continue to take the Resistance.

Another report by KODAP III Spokesperson Ndugama "Rek Clear Kogeya" that they had taken the first position in the Mobile Brigade Post, then the first 2 people who came out of the Mobile Brigade Post were shot dead on the spot.

One member of Indonesian Security Forces who was shot dead by West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM)  forces is rotting and the Indonesian government is not evacuating the bodies of the victims and this is very barbaric because the Indonesian government is not responsible for the corpses of victims of their troops.

On Saturday, January 4^th, 2020, the Management of the West Papua nationalLiberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Headquarters has received a report sent directly by the West Papua National Liberation Army, which has been enclosed in all reports, photos and videos of  TPNPB Troops war activities VS Indonesian Security Forces in Intan Jaya-Papua.

This report is a report of the War that has been and is being carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) VS Indonesian Security Forces in Intan Jaya Regency of Papua Province, where the war has begun from 17^th of  December 2019 to the present 5^th of January 2020 .
