Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the Leaders of the Ngalum Kupel Headquarters of TPNPB on March 24^th, 2020, whose contents "reported that the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces in the Ngalum Kupel Region had successfully shot 3 members of the Indonesian Military Forces in Oksibil, Pegunungan Bintang Regency ".

In its report the Leadership of the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Region reported that on March 23th, 2020, in the afternoon the TPNPB Troops successfully shot three members of the Indonesian Military in Oksibil. And the Leaders of Ngalum Kupel said that they were responsible.

Central Headquarters Manajemen of the West Papua National Liberation Army have received this report on March 23th, 2020 at 9:00 pm Papua time, but Central Headquarters Management of TPNPB has been awaiting Confirmation from PIS on duty in the Town of Oksibil.

And the results have been confirmed that one of TNI member was died, and two others suffered gunshot wounds from TPNPB Troops.

The War of National Liberation, Perang Pembebasan Nasional Oleh Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat akan dilakukan di seluruh territory Papua  Barat, dan Perang akan berhenti setelah Papua Merdeka Penuh dari Pendudukan Ilegal  Militer Indonesia di atas tanah leluhur bangsa Papua.

Manajement Markas Pusat, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan Resmi dari Pimpinan TPNPB Markas Ngalum Kupel pada tanggal 24 Maret 2020, yang isinya “melaporkan bahwa Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat Wilayah Ngalum Kupel telah berhasil tembak 3 anggota Pasukan Militer Indonesai d Oksibil, Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang”.   

Dalam laporannya Pimpinan TPNPB Wilayah Ngalum Kupel melaporkan bahwa pada Tanggal 23 Maret 2020, pada sore hari Pasukan TPNPB berhasil tembak tiga anggota Militer Indonesi di Oksibil. Dan Pimpinan TPNPB Ngalum Kupel mengatakan bahwa mereka bertanggungjawab.

Management Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional telah terima laporan ini pada tanggal 23 Maret 2020 pukul 9:00 malam waktu Papua, namun Manajemen Markas Pusat TPNPB-OPM telah tunggu Konfirmasi dari PIS yang bertugas di Kota Oksibil.

Dan hasilnya telah dikonfirmasi bahwa Satu anggota TNI sudah meninggal, dan dua lainnya menderita akibat luka tembak senjata Pasukan TPNPB.

Tingkat kematian Coronavirus COVID-19 di Indonesia adalah yang tertinggi di dunia. Para ahli mengatakan itu karena jumlah kasus yang dilaporkan terlalu rendah.

Para ahli menyarankan penjelasan untuk tingkat kematian yang tinggi di Indonesia adalah bahwa ada lebih banyak kasus daripada yang terdeteksi.

Seorang ahli menyarankan satu kematian sesuai dengan setidaknya 1.000 kasus di masyarakat, dengan asumsi tingkat kematian sekitar 1 persen.

Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia di Jakarta pekan lalu memperkirakan kemungkinan 700.000 kasus sepintas memang angka yang sangat mencolok, tetapi angka kematiannya merupakan persentase kasar berdasarkan jumlah kasus yang diketahui, sebagaimana dilaporkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia.

Para ahli mengatakan virus secara keseluruhan diperkirakan memiliki tingkat kematian sekitar 1 persen dan penjelasan untuk tingkat kematian yang tinggi di Indonesia adalah bahwa ada lebih banyak kasus daripada yang telah terdeteksi, karena mereka belum diuji.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the Commander of the Nglum Kupel Defense Regional Brigadier General Lamek Alipky Tablo and his Troops on March 23th 2020, whose contents "reported that the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel troops had fired at Hercules Aircraft belonging to the Indonesian Military, when passing through the TPNPB Defense Headquarters area, in the Regency of Pegunungan Bintang, Papua Province.

In this case, the West Papuan National Liberation Army Leaders and Troops of Naglum Kupel from their Defense Headquarters reported that we were firing the Hercules aircraft of the Indonesian Military today on Monday, March 23th, 2020, because they have been carrying out dropping lage numbers of Indonesian Military Forces to the Oksibil the Capital Town of Pegunungan Bintang Regency, Papua Provice.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the General Operations Commander of TPNPB Major General Lekagak Telenggen on March 20^th 2020, which contents "reported that the Indonesian Military Forces had carried out airstrikes using helicopters in which they rocketed 14^th rockets into the areas of TPNPB-OPM Defense Forces ", in Opitawak Village, Tembagapura Sub District of West Papua.

In this case, the General Operations Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) "Major General Lekagak Telenggen" reported that the Indonesian Military airstrikes had been carried out consecutively for three days, namely from 18^th of March 2020 to 20^th of March 2020.

Management Markas Pusat, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan Resmi dari Komandan Operasi Umum Major General Lekagak Telenggen pada Tanggal 20 Maret 2020, yang isinya “melaporkan bahwa Pasukan Militer Indonesia telah melakukan serangan udara dengan menggunakan helicopter yang mana mereka luncukan 14 Roket ke daerah Pertahanan Pasukan TPNPB-OPM”,  di Kampung Opitawak, District Tembagapura-West Papua.

Dalam hal ini, Komandan Operasi Umum TPNPB-OPM “Major General Lekagak Telenggen” melaporkan bahwa serangan udara Militer Indonesia telah dilakukan berturut-turut selama tiga hari yaitu dari Tanggal 18 Maret 2020 hingga tanggl 20 Maret 2020.

Dan dalam serangan Udara Militer Indonesia ini 14 Roket telah mereka tembakan ke wilayah pertahanan Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, namun Pasukan TPNPB tidak Ada yang korban.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an Official Statement from the General Operations Commander of  TPNPB-OPM “Major General Lekagak Telenggen on March 18^th 2020, which "Refusing Indonesian Military Allegations of Burning the Papua Kingmi Church Building", in Opitawak Village, Tembagapura District West Papua.

In this regard, we, the Leaders of the West Papua National Liberation Army, told the public nationaly and internationaly that what had been alleged to us by the Indonesian Military and Police was not true.

Therefore, we once again convey to all parties that we TPNPB-OPM are fighting not for to burn houses of Indigenous Papuans, and also we are fighting not for to burn church buildings, but we are fighting only for the Right to Independence for the Papuan Nation.

In accordance with the basis and ideology of our struggle, we are the Leaders of the West Papua National Liberation Army through the General Operations Commander, Major General Lekagak Telenggen "firmly rejecting the Allegations", which have been issued by the Indonesian National Police namely "the official statement of Public Relations of the Papua Police Headquarters" on March 17^th 2020.
