Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an Official report which has been confirmed that Two Members of TPNPB and One High School Grade 1 Student were shot dead by the Indonesian Security Forces on April 10^th, 2020 in Iwaka Village, Timika Regency of Papua province.

In this morning attack, the Indonesian Security Forces have also arrested a Freeport employee on behalf of Ivan Sambom, and Ivan Sambom is still being detained and is carrying out an examination without the legal counsel. Probably Examination by intimidation, because of the savagery of the Indonesian Police and Army in Papua, that's how it is.

This report has been sent directly by TPNPB leaders Gusby Waker and Yunus Kobogau. Gusby Waker is the Operation Commander of TPNPB at Kemabu Region VIII Headquarters, in Intan Jaya Regency including the Tembagapura Region of Papua.

Tidak Peduli Entah Karyawan Freeport Kah  TPNPB Sudah Sampaikan Bahwa Freeport  Segera Tutup Operasi Kerja, karyawan mestinya harus tinggalkan kerja.

Manajement Markas Pusat, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan Resmi yang mana telah dikonfirmasi bahwa Penembakan  di Kuala Kencana, Kabupaten Timika telah dilakukan Oleh TPNPB dibawah Pimpinan Gusby Waker dan Jhony Beanal. Gusby Waker adalah Komanda Operasi TPNPB KODAP XVIII Kemabu, Intan Jaya termasuk Wilayah Tembagapura, Papua. 

Dalam laporannya via telp seluler Gusby Waker mengatakan bahwa aksi Penembakan itu mereka yang lakukan, dan aksi itu merupakan pelaksanaa Perintah Operasi sesuai Deklarasi Perang TPNPB yang mana telah ditetapkan bahwa TPNPB akan lakukan serangan ke areal Perusahaan Emas Freeport, yaitu dari PortSite sampai di Grasberg. 

Dalam hal ini kami telah lakukan serangan terhadap Karyawan Freeport,  karena Kami sudah Minta kepada Manajemen Freeport untuk hentikan Operasi Penambangan namun mereka masih kerja terus maka kami serang. 

Dan kami adalah pemilik Emas di Gunung Nemangkawi, oleh karena itu kami anggap bahwa PT. Freeport dan Orang-Orang yang kerja di Perusahaan Freeport di Tembagapura adalah Perampok yang mana telah dan sedang mencuri hasil kekayaaan alam kami. Jadi apa salahnya kami bunuh karyawan Freeport? Katanya.

Mereka harus Mati sebgai Perampok dan pencuri yang jahat, karena 58 tahun mereka telah merampok dan mencuri  emas kami di Tembagapura, West Papua. Dan ini Pemikil Emas yang bertindak, Jadi mau slahkan siapa? 

Dan ini adalah tindakan nyata Pemilik Emas di Gunung Nemangkawi, di areal operasi PT. Freeport Indonesia di Tembagapura, dengan tujuan Hanya Satu yaitu Tutup Operasi PT.Freeport Indonesia di Tembagapura dan kami harus bicara Hak Penentuan Nasib Sendiri bagi Bangsa Papua. Mengapa? 

Karena akar masalah Papua adalah PT. Freeport Indonesia, yaitu demi kepentingan Emas di Tembagapura, maka Amerika serikat telah tekan PBB dan Belanda untuk Serahkan Administrasi Pemerintahan Papua Barat di serahkan kepada Indonesia.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report which has been confirmed that the shooting in Kuala Kencana, Timika Regency was carried out by the West Papua National Liberation Army under the Leadership of Gusby Waker and Jhony Beanal. Gusby Waker is the Operation Commander of TPNPB Kemabu region XVIII, in Intan Jaya including the Tembagapura Region of Papua.

In his report via cell phone Gusby Waker said that the shooting was carried out by them, and that the action was carried out in accordance with the TPNPB War Declaration which stipulated that the TPNPB would carry out attacks on the Freeport Gold Company area, from PortSite to Grasberg.

In this case we have carried out an attack on the Freeport Employees, because we have asked Freeport Management to stop the Mining Operations but they are still working so we attack.

And we are the owner of Gold in Mount Nemangkawi, therefore we consider that PT. Freeport and the people who work at the Freeport Company in Tembagapura are Rabbers who have stolen our natural resources. So what's wrong with killing Freeport employees? He said.

They must die as robbers and evil thieves, because 58^th years they have robbed and stolen our golds in Tembagapura, West Papua. And this is the Golden Owner who is acting, So who are you going to give it to?

Manajement Markas Pusat, Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat telah terima laporan Resmi dari Pimpinan TPNPB Markas Ngalum Kupel pada tanggal 30 Maret 2020, yang isinya “melaporkan bahwa Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah melakukan serangan Udara di Wilayah Pertahanan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat di Markas Ngalum Kupel  di Oksibil, Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang”, dan serangan udara Militer Indonesia ini tidak melukai Pasukan TPNPB-OPM.   

Dalam laporannya Pimpinan TPNPB Wilayah Ngalum Kupel melaporkan bahwa pada Tanggal 29 Maret 2020, sekitar pukul 14:00 Pasukan Militer Indonesia telah lakukan serangan Udara dengan menggunakan dua helicopter.

Dan dalam serangan Udara ini Militer Indonesia telah menjatuhkan 4 buah Bom, tapi Bom-bom itu tidak menghancurkan Markas TPNPB di Wilayah Pertahanan Ngalum Kupel, justrru Pasukan TPNPB telah tangkap sebuah BOM dengan bantuan kekuatan Tuhan melalui alam.

Pimpinan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di Papua tidak mengakui Baku tembak Antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Militer Indonesia, tapi fakta di lapangan membenarkan adanya pertempuran sengit telah terjadi di Distrik Oksop Kaupaten Pegunungan Bintang, Papua.

Dalam laporannya Pimpinan TPNPB Wilayah Ngalum Kupel melaporkan bahwa pada Tanggal 29 Maret 2020, pada pagi atau subuh sekita pukul 04:00 Pasukan TPNPB telah Baku tembak dengan Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia dan dalm Baku tembak ini Pasukan TPNPB berhasil tembak 5 anggota Militer Indonesi di Oksibil.

Dalam hal ini, Pimpinan TPNPB-OPM Ngalum Kupel yang bermarkas di Wilayah Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang mengatakan bahwa mereka bertanggungjawab atas Penembakan lima anggota TNI ini.

Laporan yang telah di Terima Manajemen Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat dari Oksibil via SMS pada tanggal 29 Maret 2020 boleh ikuti dibawah ini:  

Tadi malam sekitar pukul 12:00, Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia telah didrop ke Wilayah Pertahanan TPNPB Ngalum Kupel dengan menggunakan 4 mobil Strada dan satu truk.

Setelah Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia tiba di daerah Pertahanan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, terjadi kontak senjata antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia.

Pimpinan TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Melaporkan lagi bahwa baku tembak telah berlangsung tadi pagi, dan Pasukan TPNPB-OPM tembak satu anggota TNI tewas dan 4 lainya mengalami luka tembak.

Dan mayat anggota TNI yang telah ditembak Pasukan TPNPB sedang otopsi di rumah sakit Oksibil saat in. Sementara perang berlangsung, dan laporan selanjutnya akan menyusul.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the Leaders of the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Headquarters on March 29^th, 2020, which contents "reported that the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces in the Ngalum Kupel Region had succeeded in firing 5 members of the Indonesian Military Forces in Oksibil, Pegunungan Bintang Regency ", and one of them was killed by a TPNPB-OPM forces bullet.

In its report by the West Papua National Liberation Army Leadership of the Ngalum Kupel Region reported that on March 29^th, 2020, at 4:00 am in the morning the TPNPB had exchanged fires with the Indonesian Security Forces and in this firefighting the TPNPB had succeeded were shot 5 members of the Indonesian Military in Oksibil.

In this case, the Leaders of the Ngalum Kupel TPNPB-OPM which is based in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency said that they were responsible for the shooting of these five members of Indonesian Military.

Were shootout location in Oksibil, Papua

Last night around 12:00, the Indonesian Security Forces had been dropped into the Ngalum Kupel TPNPB Defense Area by using 4 Strada cars and one truck.

After the Indonesian Security Forces arrived in the West Papua National Liberation Army Defense area, there was an armed clash between the TPNPB Forces and the Indonesian Security Forces.

TPNPB leaders Ngalum Kupel Reported again that the shootout had taken place this morning, and the TPNPB-OPM forces shot one TNI member dead and 4 others had gunshots wounds.

And the dead body of a member of the Indonesian Military  who had been shot by the TPNPB forces was conducting an autopsy at the Oksibil hospital at this time. While the war is in progress, and subsequent reports will follow.

Establishment History of West Papua National Liberation Army (WPNLA) of OPM

National Command of the National Liberation Army of West Papua an Free Papua Organization Headquarters inform the public about the establishment history of the West Papua National Liberation Army (WPNLA) TPN OPM and later in commemoration of the 47^th anniversary of the National Liberation Army of West Papua on March 26^th 1973 to March 26^th 2020).

First, the Basic Law of Establishment of the National Liberation Army of West Papua of the Free Papua Organization in the NATIONAL COMMAND 2012.

Based on the Constitution or the Interim Constitution of the Republic of West Papua on July 1^st 1971, consisting of VIII Chapters and 129 Articles, then in Chapter V On Defense and Security Affair, and in Article 105, Paragraph 1, which states that the Establishment of Security Forces of West Papua will consist of voluntary military service and the military shall be established by Law, and in Section 2, which states that it is a Forces of the Republic of West Papua is the army, Navy and Air Forces.

Under Article 105, on the date March 26rd, 1973 have formed the National Liberation Army abbreviated TPN, which consists of the High Commander I Chief, Commander of Regional and staff as well as soldiers who still survive to this day in the headquarters of their respective areas.

Based on Chapter VIII On Rules, Transition, Amendment, Supplement and Cover, then on Article 121, which states, "As a result of the proclamation of July 1^st 1971, the Government of the preceding legislation referred to in article 106 immediately formed an army for the liberation of the country with the President's decision ".
