During the five months we were involved in the committee with Jonah Wenda and Menaseh Tabuni and the results we concluded were the ULMWP Extraordinary Congress (KLB) not for the benefit of Free Papua, but for the interests of the NKRI and also the interests of theis groups of organizations who were always looking for food on behalf of OPM and TPNPB or the Free Papua struggle.

And the performance of the ULMWP version of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) is very unclear. This is the report of the OW young officer on behalf of the TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama.

In his official report to the Chairman of OPM Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak that today is April 29^th, 2019 at 14:00pm Vanimo-PNG Time, we are on behalf of TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama who is currently still at War in Ndugama saying he  resigned on a grounds based or walked out.

The reason for the resignation was that since the beginning of the administration for five months its performance, which we learned politically, and the Military way was very bad even in a very conflicting manner.

From the results of our observations for five months we concluded that they were not working for Free Papua, but they were used to destroy the power of OPM and TPNPB in West Papua.

In this case, one example of several important examples is the presence of the ULMWP Extraordinary Congress (KLB), Mr. Jonah Wenda and Mr. Menaseh Tabuni CS, who always say that "WAR ACTION IN NDUGA IS A TERRORIST OR SEPARATIST MOVEMENT OF ARMED or CRIMINAL, therefore ULMWP does not support the war that has been and is being carried out by the TPNPB or OPM Military.

And there are many other insults that are conveyed to us, I am a living witness to these words. After that I concluded that the ULMWP who wanted to make the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) was for the benefit of the Republic of Indonesia, not for the interests of Free Papua.

Today we have officially said that we will prove it in the field, because our person in charge has already existed and has made a statement to the World that the war until independence is our Dream of TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama and all KODAP in all of Papua territory.

Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya: We Have Shot 6th People of Indonesia Military Members But The Other Bodies Have Not Been Evacuated

TPNPBNEWS: Today, April 26^th, 2019, the last report of the Ndugama War condition was started from 23th to 24 of April 2019 TPNPB forces were killed 6 members of the TNI or Indonesian Military Personnel, including 2 women members of the TNI killed in Yal District and 4 people were injured in the Nitkuri District and one Hellicopter Unit type of Bell 421 helped were hit 3 bullets.

Meanwhile two injured members were reported evacuating to Timika and the others were still confined by the KODAP III Ndugama TPNPB-OPM Forces.

To evacuate through inaccessible roads because the roads are buried by landslides, two points in the Mbua Districts and Helli are damaged, especially when the natural weather is temporarily not permitted.

Therefore, how many members of the Indonesian Military died their bodies have not been evacuated.

By looking at this condition, we TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama conveyed to the TNI/POLRI better to give up, rather than many members of the Indonesian military and police being victims of the TPNPB shooting.

Indonesian Military Leaders and Police in Papua Hide Their Members Who Are Shot by TPNPB-OPM Forces

Press Release by the National Command Headquarters of TPNPB On April 26^th, 2019

TPNPBNEWS: Today is April 25^th, 2019 the National Command Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM has received an official report from the Regional Commander of Defense (Kodap III) Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya that the Ndugama warfare from December 2th, 2018 to April 25^th, 2019, the Indonesian Army has never admitted shooting victims its members are on the battlefield in Ndugama, Papua.

Furthermore, Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya said that the State of Indonesia was not honest in telling the public about the shooting victims of  the Military Personnel or Polices (TNI/Polri) members who we were shot for last 5 months.

In this case, the TPNPB-OPM shot Indonesian Military and Police Members clearly, but the Indonesian Military and Police Leaders in Papua kept the facts hidden and announced only the shooting victims who had been shot but were not yet dead.

Even though our TPNPB-OPM always shoots that amount, we make sure, and we TPNPB always make true and responsible reports.

By means of public fraud that has been and is being carried out by the Indonesian Military and Police Leaders in Papua, it is very clear that the Indonesian Military Leaders and Police in Papua panic and shame.

Because We TPNPB-OPM is a Guerrilla Military, but we are able to recruit members of the Indonesian Special Forces namely KOPASUS and Special Forces of Police, namely Detachment 88^th.

TPNPBNEWS: Official report from Regional Commander of West Papua National Liberation Army Bridjen Ekianus Kogeya regarding activities on April 17^th 2019.

We have succeeded in destroying 32st Districts in the Papua Nduda Regency with no elections in the Indonesian Election on April 17^th, 2019.

Ekianus reported that today on 17^th of April 2019 during the Indonesian Election TNI / Polri first issued fire on displaced civilians in Derakma District, Nduga rgencey, so I, as the Regional Military Commander of the TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama, was confronted with the Indonesian Military, and there was a shooting.

And 32st districts in Nduga Regency did not participate in the Indonesian elections on April 17^th, 2019, and this was the result of our Revolution of TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama, said Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya in his report via satelite phone was received by KOMNAS TPNPB on Thursday, April 18^th, 20119.

Meanwhile one civilian was injured on the General Election Day of Indonesia on 17^th of April 2019 is the failure of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia through its military.

Seeing this fact, Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya appealed to the Indonesian Government with the question "Did the YOKOWI send Indonesian military forces to Ndugama to maintain election security or slaughter civilians ...?

If the NKRI is able to fight with opponents with the TPNPB For the world to see, and don't shoot innocent people.

On the 17^th of April 2019 we had a war and a shootout with the TNI in Derakma District, Nduga Regency, Papua, said Brigen Ekianus Kogeya through his satellite phone.

Written report by Defense Region Command III Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Brigadier General Egianus Kogeya via SMS from TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Headquarters in Darakma District, Nduga Regency Papua.

The TPNPB Ndugama KODAP III Commander Brigen Ekianus Kogeya has sent this report to the Management of KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters on April 15^th, 2019.

And this report has been sent before the day of the Indonesian Election 2019, in order to be known by all parties.

Earlier Brigen Egianus Kogeya had announced that he would be ready to boycott the election. Not long ago, he had obeyed the promise of a revolutionary commander at Ndugama Papua. For the promissed two days of armed contact occurred until one of TNI members were killed and one is injured.

From the message received by KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters on April 14^th, 2019, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya claimed to have shot two TNI soldiers and others injured.

The claim is submitted by short message to the KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters which has been sent by TPNPB courier.

The Statement by TPNPB-OPM on Boycott of the 2019 General Electon of Indonesian

In this case the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) officially from the Central Headquarters issued a statement that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia Election in 2019 must be Boycot, because in principle that the TPNPB-OPM never recognized the existence of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia in Papuans Customary Lands.

And it should be known by all parties that from the date of 1th July 1971 the TPNPB-OPM has rejected the illegal occupation of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia in the Indigenous People lands of Papua.

This rejection was carried out by conducting a unilateral Proclamation, which announced the Provisional Constitution of the Republic of West Papua by OPM leaders at that time.

The other leaders of the proclamators have pased, and others are still alive. The main figure is the late Seth Jafet Rumkorem, Jacob H Prai still living in the State of Sweden and all the Figures we did not mention their names here.

On this basis, the TPNPB-OPM has never been involved in the democratic feast of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia from 1971 until now, and its very clear.

And remember that the indigenous people of Papuans who participated in the Indonesian ELECTIONs were those who became CiVil Servants as Colonial agents as well as prospective Papuan indigenous legislators who were ambitious to occupy positions in the Parliament of the Republic of Indonesia throughout the Lands of Papuans, including Papuans Representatives in Jakarta.

TPNPB-OPM Rejects All Development Programs in Papua Land By the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Issues a Strong Warning

Regarding: Warning by National Command of TPNPB to all Regents and Governors in Two Provinces in Papua Lands

Based on the subject mentioned above, the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) issued a strong warning to all Regents and two Indonesian Colonial Governors in all West Papua territories that immediately stop your malicious intentions to carry out the expansion of the New Province in the Papuan customary Lands.

In this case, we, TPNPB-OPM have a record and we hear that all the Regents in Papua are pushing up to expand the New Province. This we consider that it is a secret agenda for destroying communal rights and living rights of indigenous Papuans that are regulated by Jakarta.

Therefore the TPNPB-OPM rejects all forms of New Provinces in our customary lands, because the expansion of New Provinces in Papua Lands is not for Papuan Natives, but it is the aim of the domination of immigrants from Jawa Island and other areas in our Lands.

We also send this warning more specifically to the Regents in the Mepago Region , who are very ambitious without considering the rights and safety of the living rights of indigenous Papuans.

Again, do not make the Provinces Expansion in Mepago Region, if you do not heed our warning, we will look for you before or after Papua becomes independent.

And also we give a strong warning to all the other Regents in the whole Lands of Papua, including the Mayor of Jayapura, we give strong warnings. Jayapura Mayor Tomi Mano stopped the ambition to make the Tabi Province.
