TPNPB-OPM Rejects All Development Programs in Papua Land By the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Issues a Strong Warning

Regarding: Warning by National Command of TPNPB to all Regents and Governors in Two Provinces in Papua Lands

Based on the subject mentioned above, the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) issued a strong warning to all Regents and two Indonesian Colonial Governors in all West Papua territories that immediately stop your malicious intentions to carry out the expansion of the New Province in the Papuan customary Lands.

In this case, we, TPNPB-OPM have a record and we hear that all the Regents in Papua are pushing up to expand the New Province. This we consider that it is a secret agenda for destroying communal rights and living rights of indigenous Papuans that are regulated by Jakarta.

Therefore the TPNPB-OPM rejects all forms of New Provinces in our customary lands, because the expansion of New Provinces in Papua Lands is not for Papuan Natives, but it is the aim of the domination of immigrants from Jawa Island and other areas in our Lands.

We also send this warning more specifically to the Regents in the Mepago Region , who are very ambitious without considering the rights and safety of the living rights of indigenous Papuans.

Again, do not make the Provinces Expansion in Mepago Region, if you do not heed our warning, we will look for you before or after Papua becomes independent.

And also we give a strong warning to all the other Regents in the whole Lands of Papua, including the Mayor of Jayapura, we give strong warnings. Jayapura Mayor Tomi Mano stopped the ambition to make the Tabi Province.

Papua Province Governor Lukas Enembe and Colonial Governor in Manokwari Mantacan did not conduct a New Provinces on our customary lands.

Inportant Note:

1. Remember that Papua is bound to be independent, because of the awakening of the National awakening through the young generation of Papua and the struggle that teeth in their era of globalization will not be able to reduce it;
2. Remember also that the experience of Timor Leste is a valuable lesson, because after Papua is independent we will look for indigenous Papuans who make a new Provincial Expansion that actually benefits only Colonial Indonesia;
3. You may work with the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia to make ends meet, but remember that do not sacrifice the living rights of indigenous Papuans;
4. And please follow the struggle of young Papuans, where they struggle with their teeth and become consciously extinct in order to win the independence of the Papuan people. This will not be blocked by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Papua will definitely will be Free. We believe and struggle with firm faith.

This is the statement of the National Command of TPNPB from Central Headquarters, and the statement of this warning that we issued can be considered by all indigenous Papuans throughout the Lands of Papua. Thank you for your attention.

TPNPB-OPM Menolak Semua Program Pembangunan di Tanah Papua Oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia dan Mengeluarkan Peringatan Keras

Perihal            : Peringatan Keras KOMNAS TPNPB Kepada Semua Bupati dan Gubernur di Dua Provinsi di Tanah Papua

Dengan hormat, 

Berdasarkan hal tersebut di atas, maka Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB-OPM) mengeluarkan peringatan keras kepada Semu Bupati dan dua Gubernur Kolonial Indonesia di seluruh wilayah teritori West Papua bahwa segera hentikan niat jahat anda untuk melakukan Pemekaran Provinsi Baru di Tanah adat Bangsa Papua. 

Dalam hal ini kami, TPNPB-OPM mempunyai catatan dan kami dengar bahwa Semua Bupati di Papua berlompa untuk melakukan pemekaran Provinsi Baru. 

Hal ini kami menilai bahwa itu adalah agenda rahasia untuk menghancurkan hak ulayat dan hak hidup Rakyat orang asli Papua yang di atur oleh Jakarta. 

Oleh karena itu TPNPB-OPM menolak semua bentuk Pemerkaran Provinis Baru di Tanah adat kami, karena Pemekaran Provinsi Baru di Tanah Papua bukan untuk Orang Asli Papua, tapi itu merupakan tujuan dominasi penduduk imigran dari Pulau Jawan dan daerah lainnya  di Tanah kami.

Dan Peringatan ini juga kami kirim lebih khusus kepada Bupati-Bupati di Wilayah Mepago, yang sangat ambisius tanpa mempertimbangkan Hak-hak dan keselamatan hak hidup orang asli Papua. 

Sekali lagi jangan buat Pemekaran Provinsi di Wilayah Mepago, jika anda tidak mengindahkan peringataan kami maka kami akan cari anda sebelum atau pun setelah Papua merdeka. 

Dan juga kami berikan peringatan Keras kepada semua Bupati-Bupati lain di Seluruh Tanah Papua, Termasuk Walikota Jayapura kami  berikan bperingatan keras. Wali Kota Jayapura Tomi Mano stop ambisi untuk bikin Provinsi Tabi. 

Gubernur Provinsi Papua Lukas Enembe dan Gubernur Kolonial di Manokwari Mantacan untuk tidak melakukan Provinsi Baru di tanah adat kami. 

Catatan Penting:

1.      Ingat bahwa Papua pasti akan merdeka, karena kebangkitan Nasional yang telah bangkit melalui Generasi muda Papua dan melakukan perjuangan yang gigi di era globalisasi ini Indonesia tidak akan mampu meredamkannya;

2.      Ingat juga bahwa Pengalaman Timor Leste adalah Pelajaran yang berharga, karena setelah Papua merdeka kami akan cari orang asli Papua yang bikin Pemekaran Provinsi baru yang sebenarnya memberikan keuntungan hanya bagi Kolonial Indonesia;

3.      Anda boleh kerja dengan Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, namun ingat bahwa jangan korbankan hak hidup orang asli Papua;

4.      Dan silakan ikuti perjuang anak-anak muda Papua, dimana berjuang dengan gigi  dan dengan punuh sadar demi merebut kemerdekaan bangsa Papua. Hal ini tidak akan di block oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia dan Papua pasti akan MERDEKA. Kami percaya dan berjuangan dengan iman teguh.
