According to him statement issued by the police chief of Papua (Irjend Pol. Paul Waterpauw on March 22th, 2016 is not an adult, but the statement is childish and very wrong.
That is, not only shooting incident occurred at Lanni Jaya, Puncak and Puncak Jaya. Activis Papua
Hal ini disampaikan oleh seorang Activis Hak Asai
Manusia di Papua (J.Yare), dimana dia telah menulis di profile Facebook-nya
pada hari Jumat tanggal 1 April 2016 pada pukul 6:58 PM.
Menurutnya. pernyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kapolda
Papua (Irjend Pol. Paulus Waterpauw pada tanggal 22 Maret 2016 adalah tidak
dewasa, namun pernyataan itu adalah kekanak-kanakan dan sangat keliru.
Artinya, kejadian penembakan bukan saja terjadi di Lanni
Jaya, Puncak dan Puncak Jaya. Dan Markas
atau Keberadaan TPNPB-OPM bukan saja ada di 3 tempat ini, melainkan di seluruh
Tanah Papua, sehingga oprasi seharusnya di seluruh tanah Papua, baik dalam kota
dan hutan2 sehingga itu menjadi catatan penting bagi orang Papua dan Generasi
yang akan datang.
Menurut Kapolda Papua target dan Nama - nama sudah di
kantong, namun hal ini adalah lagu lama atau cara lama yang sudah basi,
sehingga perlu diantisipasi di seluruh daerah pertahanan baik dalam kota dan
luar kota.
Target pertama adalah kedatangan MENKOPOLHUKAM ke
papua membahas beberapa hal, yang antara lain:
1. Target wilayah operasi;
2. Operasi akan dilakukan adalah dalam kota yaitu pimpinan
sipil, sehingga perlu waspada secara pribadi;
3. Dan menurut kapolda Papua mengarahkan perhatian
masyarakat sipil di tiga wilayah, yaitu Kabupaten Puncak, Kabupaten
Puncak Jaya, dan Kabupaten Lanni Jaya-Papua, tetapi target yang sesunggunya
adalah Operasi dalam kota.
Ini adalah
taktik aparat Polisi Indonesia dibawah Komando Paulus Waterpauw. Hal ini tidak
terbuka di publik, namun perlu diketahui oleh seluruh rakyat Papua bahwa operasi
akan dilakukan pertama adalah wilayah gunung dan dalam kota, hal ini adalah
