KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Press Release on July 26^th, 2019 Regarding Arms Contact in Ndugama, Papua on July 20^th, 2019 Between the Indonesian Military Vs TPNPB-OPM Forces

On Friday, July 26^th, 2019, KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Management officially issued a press release on the Contact Weapon Between the Indonesian Military Forces and TPNPB in Ndugama Papua, which occurred on Saturday July 20^th, 2019.

This press release by Management of the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters  is issued based on the official report were received by the Leaders of TPNPB-OPM, which was reported directly by the Defense Regional  Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya through the TPNPB-OPM courier from Ndugama, Papua.

In this Press Release, the management of KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters will issue or update reports from July 20^th, 2019 to July 23th, 2019, therefore we hope that all parties can study them carefully.

To prove it, we submit to all parties to be able to study the case reports that have been reported directly from Ndugama below:

TPNPBNEWS: on July 20^th, 2019 there has been armed contact on Trans Wamena Road to Nduga in the Paro District of Nduga Regency, Papua and as a result two TNI Members were killed.

TPNPBNews: Follow-up report from Ndugama, Papua:
TPNPBNews: Whereas the official report today on July 22th, 2019 there has been a shootout at the mouth of the Yuguru River and Pulpa District of Paro, Nduga Regency, Papua on July 20^th, 2019.

The shootout took place at 4 pm between the TPNPB Forces and TNI Forces on the Nowem river bridge, and as a result of this armed contact two TNI members were killed 1 person injured and For the time being TPNPB troops have not been victimized said Bridgen Egianus Kogeya via his cellphone were Received the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters through the TPNPB-OPM Courier directly from Ndugama.

Bridge Egianus Kogeya also said that there was a joint colonial Indonesian military vs TPNPB Troops were arms contact, namely TNI, POLRI & Detachment-88, and special Force (KOPASUS) with thousands of Indonesian troops not in YUGURU, but in the border area between the times of  Yuguru and Gul River.

Arms contact between the TPNPB and the Indonesian Military We were shot death 3 members of the Indonesian Military coupled with 1 son of the Papua region or indigenous Papuan as a member of the Indonesian military  so completed are 4 all.

Egianus also said that in Indonesian National Medias a few months ago, the Indonesian version stated that various military with full weapons equipment sent to Ndugama, Papua to fight with the TPNPB-OPM, but in reality the fighting was controlled by the TPNPB troops, and until now TPNPB troops under the  leadership of Bridgen Egianus Kogeya is still guarding the area, but the Indonesian military has not been able to enter the evacuation of victims of the fours Indonesian military members that we shot death.

Another report is that massive Indonesian Military Operations have been and are being carried out in the Ndugama region of Papua by Indonesian Forces.

The KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters has also received reports that the Military Operations by the Indonesian join Forces are still being carried out in Ndugama, Papua.

TPNPBNEWS: The next report, on July 23th, 2019 Ndugama Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM  Bridgen EGIANUS KOGEYA and WAR OPERATIONS Commander PEMNE KOGEYA released their STATEMENT That:
1. Shooting at Nowem times the estuary of Yuguru and Pulpa killing were fours (4) TNI Members is Pure from Us TPNPB NDUGAMA, Papua then ready to be responsible;
2. We have rejected the Development of any Form from Sorong to Merauke in the Land of Papua, so we still shoot any models in the Ndugama Region;
3. The territory of the Ndugama from the entrance of the lake Habema to the Port of Momugu, Keneyam the district of Nduga, namely the Ndugama Tribe. The TNI forces to build with a muzzle of weapons, therefore we agree that it is good to stop and go out of business, we are tired of killing you;
4. We don't need development, but we only need independence for the people of West Papua;
5. If not, then we will continue the war until the Last Hour.

TPNPBNEWS: On the same on July 23th, 2019 there was an attack on the TPNPB Headquarters by Indonesian Military forces which resulted in 2 TPNPB soldiers being injured and one of TPNPB member missing. The missing member is in search.

CHRONOLOGICAL: 37^th of TPNPB soldiers were sleeping at Ol's village headquarters, Derakma District and at 4:30am in the morning of Papua, the Indonesian Military Forces (TNI) attacked and fired indiscriminately on TPNPB-OPM's houses, and as a result they was injured by TPNPB members and one person missing.

Of the 34^th members of the TPNPB-OPM who escaped will be reported later, after the evacuation.

 Attack by Indonesian Military to NDUGAMA Defense Region Command of TPNPB Headquarters on Tuesday July 23th, 2019 at around 4:30 am, injuring two members of the TPNPB-OPM and one more person missing.

In this case Bridgen Egianus Kogeya reported that one small type of weapon (pistol) and two dosages of TPNPB Ndugama Defense Region Command bullets were captured by Indonesian Security forces.

But we will not retreat at all and we will continue to fight until we win the right of self-determination for the Papuan Nation.

Pada hari ini Jumat Tanggal 26 Juli 2019, Management Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM secara resmi mengeluarkan siaran pers atas Kontak Senjata Antara TPNPB Vs Pasukan Militer Indonesia di Ndugama Papua, yang telah terjadi pada hari Sabtu Tanggal 20 Juli 2019. 

Siaran pers ini Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM keluarkan berdasarkan laporan resmi yang diterima Pimpinan TPNPB-OPM, yang mana telah dilaporkan langsung oleh Panglima Daerah KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya melalui kurir TPNPB-OPM dari Ndugama, Papua.  

Dalam Siaran Pers ini juga management Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM keluarkan atau update laporan dari Tanggal 20 Juli 2019 sampai Tanggal 23 Juli 2019, oleh karena itu Kami harap bahwa semua pihak dapat mempelajarinya secara seksama.

Laporan lanjutan TPNPBNews dari Ndugama, Papua:

TPNPBNews: Bahwa laporan Resmi hari ini tanggal 22  Juli 2019 telah terjadi baku tembak di muara sungai Yuguru dan Pulpa Distrik Paro  Kabupaten Nduga, Papua pada tanggal 20 Juli 2019. 

Baku tembak terjadi pukul 4 sore dari Pasukan TPNPB dan Pasukan TNI di jembatan Kali Nowem, dan akibat dari kontak senjata ini dua anggota TNI tewas  1 orang luka-luka  dan Untuk sementara pasukan TPNPB belum ada yang korban kata Bridgen  Egianus Kogeya melalui telp selulernya yang telah di Terima Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM melalui Kurir TPNPB-OPM langsung dari Ndugama. 

Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama Bridgen  Egianus Kogeya menyatakan bahwa Kami Tolak pembangunan, tapi kenapa Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia memaksa membangun Jalan Trans Wamena ke Nduga dengan kekuatan Senjata...? 

Tawaran bentuk apapun di wilayah ini Kami akan Tembak tuturnya. Kami Hanya menuntuk Hak Kemerdekaan Kami, Oleh Karena itu sebaiknya Indonesia harus akui hak Kami bangsa Papua untuk Merdeka Penuh seperti bangsa-bangsa lain di muka bumi. 

Bridge Egianus Kogeya juga mengatakan bahwa terjadi kontak senjata TPNPB vs Militer gabungan  Kolonial  indonesia, yaitu TNI, POLRI & DENSUS 88, KOPASUS dengan ribuan pasukan Indonesia itu bukan di YUGURU, tetapi di daerah perbatasan antara kali yuguru dan kali Gul. 

Kontak senjata antara TPNPB dan Militer  Indonesia itu Kami tembak mati 3 orang anggota Militer Indonesia ditambah  dengan 1 putra daerah  Papua sebagai anggota militer indonesia menjadi  4 orang semua. 

Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, via telp selulernya.

Egianus juga mengatakan bahwa dalam Media Nasional Indonesia beberapa bulan yang lalu,  versi indonesia nyatakan bahwa berbagai militer dengan peralatan senjata lengkap Kirim ke Ndugama, Papua untuk bertempur dengan TPNPB-OPM, namun pada realitanya lapagan di kuasai oleh militer TPNPB, dan sampai detik ini pasukan TPNPB dibawah Pimpinan Bridgen Egianus Kogeya masih menjaga wilayah tersebut, namun militer indonesia belum bisa dapat masuk mengefakuasi korban dari pada  keempat anggota militer indonesia yang Kami tembak. 

Laporan lain adalah Operasi Militer Indonesia yang massif telah dan sedang dilakukan di wilayah Ndugama, Papua.

Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM juga telah terima laporan bahwa Operasi Militer oleh Pasukan Gabung Indonesia masih dilakukan di Ndugama, Papua. 

Dalam laporannya Bridgen Egianus Kogeya mengatakan bahwa Operasi Militer telah terjadi di kampung Gemlema Desa Arugia, Distrik Mbua  Kabupaten Nduga Papua, dan Operasi Militer ini mereka lakukan dari pukul 7:25 pagi wkatu Papua Barat sampai selesai pukul 10:52 pagi.  

Dan bentuk Operasi Militer adalah periksa Rumah-rumah  warga satu persatu, dan pemilik rumah dipaksa  keluar dan periksa se-isi rumah sampai alat kekayaan Masyarakat berantakan  dan tindakkan yang tidak manusiawi  telah dilakukan Oleh Militer Indonesia di kampung Gemlema, kampung Gimo, kampung  wamsibak.

Sasaran Operisi adalah warga masyarakat, dan akibatnya pemilik Rumah hanya menangis ketika melihat barang-barang milik mereka terampuran. 

Dalam akasinya, militer Indonesia merampas harta kekayaan Masyarakat dengan Paksa yaitu Kasur, selimut,  lampu balon semuanya diambil oleh  Pasukan Militer Indonesia.

Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Bridgen Egianus Kogeya juga melaporkan bahwa selama 8 Bulan Operasi militer di Ndugama sangat menyakiti hati masyarakat setempat.

Dan juga tindakan brutal militer Indonesia yang mana telah terjadi pembakaran rumah-rumah Masyarakat, barang-barang kekayaan milik masyarakat dirampas, kebun-kebun dihancurkan dengan cara sekop semua tanaman-tanaman di Kebun milik warga Masyarakat di Ndugama, Papua namun semua pihak diam saja.  

Kondisi ini dilaporkan langsung oleh Panglima TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya kepada management Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM, melalui Kurir TPNPB-OPM dari Ndugama langsung. 

TPNPBNEWS: laporan selanjutnya, pada tanggal 23 Juli 2019 PERNYATAAN dari Panglima Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen EGIANUS KOGEYA  dan KOMADAN OPERASI PERANG PEMNE KOGEYA, Bahwa: 

1.     Penembakan di kali Nowem muara kali Yuguru dan Pulpa menewaskan 4 Anggota TNI   adalah Murni dari Kami TPNPB kodap III NDUGAMA maka siap bertanggung jawab;

2.     Kami sudah menolak Pembangunan Bentuk apapun dari sorong sampai  Merauke di Tanah Papua,  maka pembangunan model apapun di Wilayah Ndugama  tetap kami tembak;

3.     Wilayah tritori Ndugama dari pintu masuk danau Habema sampai Pelabuhan Momugu keneyam  Kabupaten Nduga yaitu Suku Ndugama Pihak TNI yang memaksa membangun dengan moncong senjata, Oleh Karena itu Kami sampikan bahwa  alangkah baiknya  berhenti dan Pulang gulung tikar saja, kami bosan bunuh kamu terus;

4.     Kami tidak butuh Pembangunan, namun kami Butuh kemerdekaan bangsa Papua Barat;

5.     Jika tidak, maka kami perang terus sampai Duni kiamat.

TPNPBNEWS: pada hari yang sama yaitu tanggal 23th Juli 2019 telah terjadi   penyerangan Markas TPNPB oleh pasukan Militer Indonesia yang akibatnya 2  prajurit TPNPB luka-luka dan satu orang anggota TPNPB hilang. Anggota yang hilang sedang dalam pencarian. 

KRONOLOGIS: 37 orang anggota prajurit TPNPB sedang tidur di markas kampung Ol, Distrik Derakma  dan pada pukul 5:30 pagi waktu Papua,  Pasukan Militer Indonesia (TNI) menjerang dan melakukan tembakan membabibuta terhadap rumah milik  TPNPB-OPM,   dan akibatnya dia anggota TPNPB terluka dan satu orang hilang. 

Dari 34 orang anggota TPNPB-OPM yang lolos akan dilaporkan kemudian, setelah evakuasi. 

Demikian laporan Resmi dari Ndugama oleh Panglima Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM, yang telah dilaporkan melalui Kurir TPNPB-OPM. 

Serangan dari Militer Indonesia ke Markas  TPNPB KODAP III NDUGAMA pada hari Selasa Tanggal 23 Juli 2019 sekitar pukul 4:30 pagi, melukai dua orang anggota TPNPB-OPM dan Satu orang lagi hilang. 

Dalam hal ini Bridgen Egianus Kogeya melaporkan bahwa satu pucuk senjata jenis kecil (pistol) dan dua dos peluru milik TPNPB  KODAP III Ndugama berhasil direbut oleh pasukan TNI/POLRI INDONESIA.

Namun kami tidak akan mundur sedikitpun dan kami tetap akan berperang sampe kami merebut hak penentuan nasib sendiri bagi Bangsa Papua.
