Lasted Condition Report in July 2019 concerning Indonesian Military Operations in Ndugama Territory of Papua

KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Press Release on July 31th, 2019
Based on the report of the Ndugama Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM on July 28^th, 2019 regarding the emergency situation, so the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Management issued a press release today on July 31th, 2019.

In this press release, the Management of Central Headquarters of KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM stated that Ndugama had the status of an emergency and Humanitarian crisis which wouldn’t be considered by all parties.

The massive Militre operation by the Indonesian Security Forces in Ndugama for 8^th months has passed, but there has been no attention by all parties, both the United Nations just keep quiet and can't push the Indonesian Government to do humanitarian actions, the UN surrenders to Indonesian Government, this is strange.

Therefore the KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Headquarters announced that Ndugama was an emergency status of human rights. Therefore we request attention by all parties, especially those of the United Nations.

Thus, we invite all parties to follow the last report in July 2019 below.

TPNPBNews: Report of the most recent condition on Indonesian Military Operations in Ndugama Region, Papua today on July 28^th 2019 we as West Papua Military Leaders of TPNPB Ndugama said that this area Military strength and Use of Weapons was very brutal and inhumane by Indonesian Security forces.

The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has sent 7,000 military personnel, both organic and non-organic in the Ndugama area, only chasing one (1) Referring to the TPNPB-OPM weapon was violating international law, because with this excessive military presence destroyed the wealth of the Ndugama community, and also killed Very brutal and inhumane on military operations.

And as a result of the brutal and inhumane actions of the Indonesian Military and Police, the residents at Ndugama also left their hometowns and sought refuge in other places they felt safe.

And reports that we accept that in refugee camps Many people also died, and some experienced difficulties in all their necessities of life.

There are still a lot of people also choosing to live in the forest, because of the fear of the presence of the military in large numbers in their villages.

And the people who fled to the Forest were very difficult for foods and health care needs for last 8^th months running in the Ndugam forest, and some residents had died.

The Ndugama Operation Commander of TPNPB-OPM told to the TPNPB-OPM Courier from Ndugama, Papua.

And the community also wanted to return to their villages, but their traditional house had been burned by the military Indonesian and police and the permanent house was filled or seized by Indonesian military and polish forces for they use.

This condition is very real, but all Parties are silent. We hope that the United Nations Fact Finding Team will immediately go to Ndugama and in particular 11^th Districts in Nduga Regency, Papua and international journalists, must be enter in  Ndugama immediately.

The Ndugama Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM  Bridgen Egianus Kogeya and the Operation Commander Pemne Kogeya stated that all our people were victims, schools were not running, health services were not running, the Red Cross Team was not functioned in the war conflict area, and more specifically for 8^th month. Because of human health services not functioned so that many of our communities die.

By looking at the situation, the TPNPB-OPM Ndugama warned to Indonesia that we would shoot any color from the door of Lake Habema to Paro, juguru, Geselema.

Therefore, all activities of the Indonesian Government immediately cease, no longer carry the Development Program by Indonesia in the Ndugama region of Papua.

And do not have local people who force themselves into our territory, on behalf of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) State Development program, we are prohibited.

We have intelligence that in the Mbua District there are Community members who work with the Military to build the Mbua River Bridge that we already know, namely their identity from our intelligence of TPNPB-OPM, and just wait a moment.

Therefore all forms of development by the Indonesian colonial government immediately stopped.

In this case the Management of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Received a report that excessive Intimidation and terror was being carried out by the Indonesian Military in Ndugama, Papua and against Papuans people in Ndugama territory.

TPNPBNews: MILITARY Pressure report in Ndugama Region today on  July 29^th 2019 or OFFICIAL REPORT from Ndugama Defense Region Commander of TPNPB-OPM Bridgen Egianus Kogeya.

TNI troops have socialized to Local Residents in Mbua District, namely in Churches there will be activities on August 17^th, 2019 centered on the Mbua Airport, Because TNI Forces invites all communities to be present in the field.

Laporan Kodisi Akhir Bulan Juli 2019 Tentang Operasi Militer Indonesia di Wilayah Ndugama Papua

Siaran Pers KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Per 31 Juli 2019

Berdasarkan laporan Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama pada Tanggal 28 Juli 2019 tentang situasi emergency, maka Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM mengeluarkan siaran pers pada hari ini Tanggal 31 Juli 2019. 

Dalam siran pers ini, Management Markas pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM sampaikan bahwa Ndugama berstatus emergency dan krisis Kemanusian yang tidak dapat diperhatikan Oleh semua pihak. 

Operasi Militre yang massif oleh Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia di Ndugama selama 8 Bulan telah berlalu, namun tidak Ada perhatian Oleh semua pihak, baik PBB pun bumgkam seribu Bahasa.  

Oleh Karena itu Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM mengumumkan bahwa Ndugama adalah Status darurat HAM. Oleh Karena itu Kami mohon perhatian Oleh semua pihak, yang terutama Oleh PBB. 

Dengan demikian, maka Kami ajak semua pihak boleh ikuti laporan akhir pada Bulan Juli dibawah ini. 

TPNPBNews:  Laporan Kodisi terakir tentang Operasi Militer Indonesia di Wilayah Ndugama, Papua hari ini tanggal 28 Juli 2019 kami sebagai Pimpinan Militer West Papua   TPNPB Kodap III  Ndugama  bahwa   daerah ini kekuatan Militer dan Penggunaan Senjata sangat brutal dan tidak manusiaawi. 

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia mengirim 7,000  personil  militer baik organik maupun Non organik di Daerah Ndugama hanya Mengejar 1 pujuk senjata TPNPB-OPM adalah  melanggar Hukum Internasional, karena dengan kehadiran militer yang berlebihan ini menghancurkan kekayaan masyarakat Ndugama, dan juga membunuh masyarakat sipil yang tidak bersenjata dengan cara Operasi militer yang sangat brutal dan tidak manusiawai.  

Dan akibat dari tindakan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia yang sangat brutal dan tidak manusiawi ini, maka penduduk also di Ndugama meninggalkan kampung halaman mereka dan mengungsi ke tempat lain yang mereka rasa Aman. 

Dan laporan yang Kami treima bahwa di tempat-tempat pengungsian Banyak masyrakat Nduga meninggal dunia, dan Ada yang mengalami kesulitan dalam semua kebutuhan hidup. 

Masih Banyak masyarkat orang also Nduga memilih tinggal di hutan, Karen aketakutan atas kehadiran Militer dalam jumlah besar di Kampung-kampung mereka. 

Dan Masyarakat yang mengungsi ke Hutan sangat kesulitan atas kebutuhan makan dan pelayanan kesehatan selama 8 Bulan berjalan di hutan Ndugam, Papua, dan sebagian warga sudah meninggal Dunia Kata Komadan Operasi PEMNE KOGEYA kepada Kurir TPNPB-OPM dari Ndugama, Papua.

Dan masyarakat also Nduga mau kembali ke Kampumg halaman mereka, namun Rumah Tradisional mereka sudah dibakar Oleh Militre dan Polisi Indonesia dan Rumah Permanen diisi atau dirampas oleh Pasukan Militer dan polish Indonesia.

Kodisi ini sangat nyata, namun semua Pihak terdiam maka Kami harap bahwa Tim pencari Fakta PBB segera ke Ndugama dan khususnya 11 Distrik  di Kabupaten Nduga, Papua dan jurnalis Internasional segera Ke Ndugama. 

Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya dan Komandan Operasi Pemne Kogeya menyatakan bahwa  semua masyarakat Kami korban, sekolah-sekolah tidak berjalan, pelayanan kesehatan tidak berjalan, Tim Palang Merah pun tidak difungsikan di daerah konflik Perang, dan lebih khusus pelayanan kesehatan selama 8 human tidak difungsikan sehingga banyak msayarakat Kami meninggal. 

Dengan melihat keadaan situasi ini, maka TPNPB-OPM Ndugama memberikan peringatan kepada Indonesia bahwa kami  akan tembak warna apapun dari pintu Danau Habema sampai Paro juguru Geselema. 

Oleh Karena itu semua aktifitas Pemerintah Indonesia segera hentikan, jangan lagi bawa program Pembangunan Oleh Indonesia di wilayah Ndugama, Papua. 

Dan jangan Ada orang-orang local yang memaksakan diri masuk di wilayah Kami ini, atas Nama program pembangunan Negara Kesastuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) pun Kami larang.

Kami punya data intelejen bahwa  di Wilayah Distrik Mbua ada anggota Masyarakat yang kerja sama Dengan Militer bangun Jembatan kali Mbua itu kami sudah ketahui, yaitu  indentitasnya  dari intelejen Kami TPNPB-OPM, dan tunggu waktu saja.

 

Oleh Karena itu semua bentuk pembangunan Oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Indonesia segera berhenti.

TPNPBNews: laporan Tekanan MILITER di Wilayah Ndugama hari ini tanggal 29 Juli 2019 atau LAPORAN RESMI dari Panglima KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama, Papua Bridgen Egianus Kogeya.

Pasukan TNI telah sosialisa kepada Warga Lokal di Distrik Mbua yaitu di Gereja -Gereja akan ada kegiatan 17 Agustus 2019 di pusatkan di Lapangan terbang Mbua, Oleh Karena Pasukan TNI mengajak Seluruh masyarakat wajib hadir di lapangan. 

Dalam hal ini tidak terkecuali dan Bulan Agustus tanggal 1 Adalah pembukaan kegiatan, apabila ada masyarakat yang tidak hadir dan bekeliharan di hutan-hutan, maka akan tembak mati (Kata Militer Indonesia).

Tekanan ini disampaikan oleh komadan pos Mbua kepada warga masyarakat,  maka hal ini masyarakat se-tempat merasa di intimidasi. 

Dan salah seorang Amsyarakat asal district Mbua mengatakan kepada kami bahwa “Kami Bukan Merah puti, melainkan Kami adalah orang Papua. Untuk apa dipaksa? Katanya. 

Dan hal ini dilaporkan agen Rahasia kami TPNPB-OPM dari Distrik Mbua kepada Panglima Kodap III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya dan Bridgen Egianus Kogeya teruskan kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM via Kurir TPNPB-OPM.
