"We convey a message to Mr. Ockto Mote, Mr. Benny Wenda, Mr. Reks Rumaikek, three of them, we order. The OPM was the beginning of this struggle, raising the self-esteem of the Papuan Nation which had been taken away by the colonial Government of Indonesia, the Dutch  Government, the American Government and the United Nations because of the interests above the Land of Papua.
So to free the suffering of the people of West Papua from their land, from their own country, the Free Papua Organization was born, OPM  and to fight the occupation of this Nation".

TPNPB Leader H.W: "Well, from there, OPM it’s has been running but, OPM it’s was born purely from indigenous civilians above West Papua itself";

OPM itu adalah awal dari pada perjuangan ini, mengangkat harga diri Bangsa Papua yang telah direnggut oleh Pemerintah colonial Indonesia, Pemerintah Belanda, Pemerintah Amerika, dan PBB karena kepentingan diatas Tanah Papua.

Pimpinan TPN: Bkin gerakan tambahan diluar sana. Bikin pecah belah itu juga jangan. Bila perlu Anda diplomat-dilomat sana juga harus bersatu dan maju. TPN disini tinggal bertahun-tahun. Tahun demi tahun. Enak sekali kamu dilomasi sana tu bermain, bermain, bermain”;

Pimpinan TPN: “Lalu untuk TRWP dan TNP jangan coba-coba saling klaim mengklain. Mengklaim-mengklain TPN. Jangan coba-coba untuk menyampaikan suatu sikap-sikap yang berusaha untuk menaklukan TPN. Awas!”…

Jadi Tuan Hengky, semua komandan disitu, Tuan Militer Murib, Tuan Ayub Waker, Lekagak Telenggeng, kemudian Tuan Titus Murib, semua orang-orang tua yang ada disitu, Okiman Wenda, Tuan Goliat Tabuni dengan Anton Tabuni, Tabuni, Rambo Waker, aee kena onak wa wa wa.

Sikap yang sama itu kami ada bertahan. Tidak akan pernah satu kutu busuk pun, tidak akan pernah satu orang Papua Barat pun yang akan Indonesia pakai atau orang kulit putih pakai untuk rubah OPM-TPN, itu komitmen kami semua yang ada di luar.

Kami yang ada kerja ini, kami semua punya komitmen sama karena itu, apapun yang terjadi kami sudah mulai tahan keras jadi statement yang tuan-tuan sudah sampaikan dalam telepon ini kami sudah rekam.

Dan Kami akan kasih ke semua tuan-tuan diplomat OPM-TPN yang sekarang ada kerja di luar, di dalam. Ini semua akan menjadi bahan dasar penguatan untuk kita karena kami sudah maju.

Jadi, kami tidak akan pernah mundur karena kami tahu bahwa orang tua ada di belakang. Kami tahu bahwa kami punya pasukan TPN ada terus berperang. Itu yang bikin sekarang dunia ada tau bahwa perjuangan ini masih hidup. Tidak ada itu TRPB kah, TNPB kah, ULMWP kah, apa segala macam.

Kami tahu bahwa hanya ada OPM-TPN yang bikin kuat perjuangan ini sehingga dunia tahu. Jadi sikap kita sama”.
