National Command of the National Liberation Army of West Papua-Free Papua Organization of the Central Headquarters issued an appeal and a statement, in commemoration of the anniversary of the National Liberation Army of West Papua to 43 (26 March 1973-26 March 2016).

First call

1. Appealing to all Region Defen Command (Kodap) of TPNPB-OPM under the National Command that shall commemorate the founding of TPN, in the form of prayer, fasting and official ceremony;

2. Appealing to all components of society and all elements of the liberation struggle of West Papua remain struggle countinue, do not panic of an terror and provocation affected by the Indonesian occupiers;

3. Urges to Papuans whoms are becoming an members of the TNI / police to be careful, because you all will be the Colonial Government mortar Homeland;

Second, Statement

1. The West Papua National Liberation Army firmly stated that Indonesia immediately stop military operations in West Papua, more specially in the central mountainous region of Papua namely Puncak Jaya, Lany Jaya and Puncak Ilaga;

2. The National Liberation Army of West Papua urgent and declare to the world that the problem in Papua is a political problem, not a welfare problem;

3. Whereas therefore, immediately do the negotiations for the completion of the three party issue in terms of the political status of West Papua which Indonesian invaded illegally.

Himbauan dan Pernyataan TPNPB-OPM

Komando Nasional Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat-Organisasi Papua Merdeka dari Markas Pusat mengeluarkan seruan dan pernyataan, dalam rangka memperingati hari jadinya Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat yang ke 43 (26 Maret 1973-26 Maret 2016).

Pertama Seruan

1. Menghimbau kepada seluruh KODAP TPNPB dibawah Komando Nasional bahwa wajib memperingati hari berdirinya TPN, dalam bentuk doa, puasa dan upcara resmi;

2. Menghimbau kepada seluruh komponen Masyarakat dan seluruh elemen perjuangan pembebasan Papua Barat tetap janjutkan perjuangan, jangan panik dan terpengaruh dengan teror dan provokasi penjajah Indonesia;

3. M kepada orang asli Papua yang menjadi anggota TNI/POLRI agar hati-hati, karena anda sekalian akan menjadi mortir Pemerintah Colonial NKRI;

Kedua, Pernyataan

1. Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat dengan tegas menyatakan bahwa Indonesia segera hentikan operasi militer di Papua Barat, lebih khusus di wilayah pegunungan tengah Papua yaitu Puncak Jaya, Lany Jaya dan Puncak Ilaga;

2. Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat mendesak dan menyatakan kepada dunia bahwa masalah Papua adalah Masalah Politik, bukan masalah kesejahteraan;

3. Bahwa oleh karena itu, segera lakukan perundingan segi tiga untuk menjelesaikan masalah status Politik Papua Barat yang Indonesia jajah secara ilegal.
