Press Release by the Central Headquarters of National Command of TPNPB Per March 22th 2019

On Friday, March 22th 2019, the Headquarters of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) issued a press release to formally announce the shooting of three Indonesian Police Personel in Mugi District, Ndugama Papua, which were occurred on March 20^th, 2019.

In this Perss Conference, the TPNPB Headquarters stated that we underlined the statement of the Defense Regional Command (KODAP) III Commander of Ndugama Bridgen EKianus Kogeya and the Operation Commander Pemnne Kogeya, which had been sent to Central Headquarters of TPNPB on March 22th, 2019 by TPNPB courier from Ndugama, Papua.

The National Command  Headquarters of TPNPB also acknowledged the report of the TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Commander Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya about the responsibility for the shooting of three  members of the Indonesian Police in Mugi District that we attached below.

Today March 22th 2019 KODAP III TPNPB-OPM Ndugama formally issued a statement regarding the shooting of three Indonesian Police officers in Mugi District, Nduga Regency of Papua.

Statement of TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Commander as follows:
1. I am the Regional Commander of the KODAP III TPNPB-OPM  Ndugama Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya and the PEMNE KOGEYA as Operations Commander are ready to be responsible for shooting at the Derakma District Mugi Aircraft Field in command of the TPNPB military REVOLUTION;
2. We, the TPNPB Commander and the TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama Forces were able to channel 7,000 Indonesian Miiter Personnel and Police that President Jokowi and the Indonesian Armed Forces Chief Wiranto sent their troops to Ndugama after us, the TPNPB leadership;
3. The Indonesian government immediately recognized our war. Why? Because we are no longer a KKSB group, but we are the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM);
4. We have begun to struggle with the use of 1 weapon and now we have 4 referrals for automatic weapons, so with 4 weapons we are ready to fight against Indonesian Military and Police. The Indonesian President sent 7,000 Indonesian Military and Police personnel to Ndugama, please come, because our principle is that Indonesian Military and Police Personnel are Kodap III Ndugama Armory;
5. Urge the Indonesian Government to immediately allow the UN Team to Find Facts immediately Enter Ndugama, Papua.

Thus the Press Conference of the Perspective of the TPNPB-OPM was issued from the Headquarters of KOMNAS TPNPB to be a concern by all parties. Thank you for the good coorporation.

Siaran Perss Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB Per 22 Maret 2019

Pada hari ini Jumat tanggal 22 Maret 2019, Markas Pusat Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB) mengeluarkan siaran perss untuk mengumumkan secara resmi atas penembakan terhadap tiga Aggota Polisi Indonesia di Distrik Mugi, Ndugama Papua, yang telah terjadi tanggal 20 Maret 2019 yang lalu.

Dalam siaran Perss ini Markas Pusat TPNPB menyatakan bahwa kami menggarisbawahi pernyataan Panglima KODAP III KOMNAS TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen EKianus Kogeya dan Komandan Operasi Pemne Kogoya, yang telah dikirim ke Markas Pusat pada tanggal 22 Maret 2019 oleh kurir TPNPB dari Ndugama, Papua.

Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB juga mengakui laporan Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya tentang pertanggungjawaban atas penembakan terhadap tiga anggota Polisi di Distrik Mugi yang kami lampirkan dibawah ini.

Hari ini 22 Maret 2019 TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama secara resmi mengeluarkan pernyataan atas Penembakan tiga anggota Polisi Indonesia di Distrik Mugi, Kabupaten Nduga Papua.

Pernyataan Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama sebagai berikut:

1.    Saya selaku Panglima Daerah TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya dan Komadan Operasi PEMNE KOGEYA siap bertanggungjawab atas penembakan di Lapangan Terbang Derakma  distrik Mugi secara komando REVOLUSI militer TPNPB;

2.    Kami Pimpinan TPNPB bersama Pasukan TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama mampu mengalakan 7.000 Personil Miiter dan Polisi Indonesia yang Presiden Jokowi dan Panglima Tentara Nasional Indonesia Wiranto Mengirim pasukannya ke Ndugama mengejar kami pimpinan TPNPB;

3.    Pemerintah Indonesia segera mengakui perang kami. Mengapa? Karena kami bukan lagi kelompok KKSB, melainkan kami adalah Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat (TPNPB-OPM);

4.    Kami telah mulai berjuang dengan menggunaan 1 pujuk senjata dan kini kami sudah memiliki 4 pujuk senjata otomat, maka dengan 4 pucuk senjata kami siap lawan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia. Presiden Indonesia kirim 7,000 personil Militer dan Polisi Indonesia ke Ndugama silakan datang, karena prinsip kami bahwa Personil Militer dan Polisi Indonesia adalah Gudang Senjata Kodap III Ndugama;

5.    Mendesak Pemerintah Indonesia segera ijinkan Tim PBB Pencari Fakta segera Masuk ke Ndugama, Papua.
