TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Denies Indonesian Military Leadership Statements and Ask To Indonesian Military Commanders as Soon to Stop the Public Fraud

Press Release by the National Command of WPNLA Central Headquaters Per  March 10^th 2019

TPNPBNEWS: Official report by the Regional Defense Commander III Ndugama of  West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Bridgen Egianus Kogoya, on Saturday 9^th of  March 2019.

In his report, the Commander of KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Issued an Official Statement on the Attack and Shot killed  of the members of  Indonesian Military in Derakma District, which was carried out on March 7^th 2019.

In an official statement by the Commander of KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya and Operasi Commander Pemne Kogeya regarding the fight  and the referring 4 Weapons and Shooting of 5 Indonesian Military Members in the village of Windi, Derakma  District Nduga Regency of Papua  Province is True and fact.

Thus, the Defense Regional Commander III of TPNPB Ndugama issued a statement as follows:

1. Our TPNPB military leadership Kodap III Ndugama stated that he was ready to be responsible for the events of the 5 members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) who were killed and to the referred  4st weapons we seized from the hands of members of the Indonesian Military;

2. Therefore we strongly deny the statement of the government of the Republic of Indonesia and also the statement of the Indonesian Military Leaders in Papua who said that 10^th members of the TPNPB were killed and members of the Indonesian Military succeeded in seizing 7^th weapons from the TPNPB-OPM is who were overdue;

3. That, therefore, to prove it, we will send physical videos and photos this month so that everyone can be known throughout the world;

4. Thus, TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama conveyed to all parties who supported the Free Papua Struggle throughout the world to know that the war in Ndugama and Military Operations which had been and was being carried out by the Indonesian Security Forces, "they burned 27^th custom houses (honai) belonging Residents of the Yal and Derakma Districts from March 1st to March 7^th 2019. And this is a fact;

5. As long as we carry out Guerrilla Warfare, TPNPB Ndugama only used one weapon, but now it has become 5^th weapon. On this basis, we are ready and will be as swim both at the Baliem River in Wamena, Highlands of West Papua.

This is the statement of KODAP III Ndugama Military Leader, and this Statement is true and responsible.

Based on the official statement of the TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Military Leaders above, so the National Command of TPNPB Central Headquarters issued a support statement today on March 10^th2019.
 
Statement of support by the National Command of TPNPB Central Headquarters as follows:
 
1. The National Command of TPNPB-OPM from the Central Headquarters fully supports the five points in the Statement of  KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Commander;

2. The National Command of TPNPB from the Central Headquarters rejects the statement of the Indonesian Military Regional Commander in Papua, because the statements of the Indonesian Military and Police Leaders in Papua are public entertainment, especially the Victim's family. This means that the Indonesian Military Leadership scenario that as if the Indonesian Military was capable of firing 10^th TPNPB members and recapturing 7^th weapons, even though in reality they were not at all. The attitude of the Indonesian Military and Police in Papua shows the panic of the Indonesian Military Leadership, because it is sad to be insulted by the Indonesian people as a result of more trained military members becoming victims;

3. That, therefore, the Indonesian Government immediately withdraws the Military Forces and accepts the offer of TPNPB and OPM demand for us to sit on the Negotiating Table mediated by the United Nations. Don't allergic to negotiations, because negotitations is a UN mechanism to resolve the war  conflict areas;

4. Affirms that the Indonesian Military and Police Leaders in Papua do not sacrifice your Soldiers for Promotion of yourself  rank promotion to the Cenrtal Government of Jakarta.

SIARAN PERSS MARKAS PUSAT KOMNAS TPNPB PER 10 Maret 2019

TPNPBNEWS:  Laoran resmi Oleh Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogoya, pada hari Sabtu tanggal 9 Maret 2019.

Dalam laporannya, Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Mengeluarkan Pernyataan  Resmi atas Penyerangan dan Pembunuhan terhadap anggota Militer Indonesia di Distrik Derakma, yang telah dilakukan pada tanggal 7 Maret 2019.

Dalam Pernyataan Resmi oleh Panglima  KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya dan Komadan Operasi Pemne Kogeya terkait perebutan 4 pujuk Senjata dan Penembakan 5 Anggota Militer Indonesia di kampung Windi Distrik Derakma Kab Nduga Papua adalah Benar.

Dengan demikian, maka Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama mengeluarkan pernyataan sebagai berikut:  

1.     Kami Pimpinan militer TPNPB Kodap III Ndugama menyatakan bahwa siap bertanggung jawab atas peristiwa 5 anggota Tentara Nasional Indoesia (TNI) yang tewas dan 4 Pujuk senjata yg kami rampas dari tangan anggota Militer Indonesia;

2.     Oleh karena itu kami membantah keras atas pernyataan pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan juga pernyataan Pimpinan Militer Indonesia di Papua yang telah mengatakan bahwa 10 anggota TPNPB tewas dan anggota Militer  Indonesia berhasil rampas 7 pucuk senjata dari tangan TPNPB-OPM itu pebohongan Publik yg lewat batas;

3.     Bahwa oleh karena itu untuk membuktikannya Kami akan kirim Video dan Foto fisik dalam bulan ini, supaya dapat diketahui semua orang di seluruh dunai;

4.     Dengan demikian maka TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama sampaikan kepada semua pihak yang mendukung Perjuangan Papua merdeka di seluruh dunia perlu ketahui bahwa perang di Ndugama dan Operasi Militer yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh Aparat Keamanan Indonesia, “mereka membakar 27 rumah adat (honai) milik  Warga Distrik Yal dan Derakma dari tanggal 1 Maret sampai 7 Maret 2019. Dan Hal ini adalah Fakta.

5.     Selama kami lakukan Perang Gerilya, TPNPB Ndugama hanya menggunakan satu pucuk senjata, tetapi kini  mejadi 5 pujuk Senjata. Dengan dasar ini, maka kami siap dan akan sama sama berenang di Kali Baliem, wamena-Papua.

Demikian pernyataanPimpinan Militer KODAP III Ndugama Papua, dan Pernyataan ini adalah benar dan bertanggungjawab.

Berdasarkan pernyataan Resmi Pimpinan Militer TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama di atas, maka Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB memgeluarkan pernyataan Dukuangan.

Pernyataan dukungan Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB sebagai berikut:

  

1.     Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM mendukung penuh atas lima poin dalam Pernyataan Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama, Papua;

2.     Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB menolak pernyataan Panglima Daerah Militer Indonesia di Papua, karena pernyataan Pimpinan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di Papua merupakan menghibur public yang terutama kelaurga Korban. Artinya Pimpinan Militer Indonesia skenariokan bahwa seakan-akan Militer Indonesia mampu tembak 10 Anggota TPNPB dan merebut kembali 7 Pucuk senjata, padahal kenyataannya tidak sama sekali. Sikap Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di Papua ini menunjukan kepanikan Pimpinan Militer Indonesia, karena maluh dihina masyarakat Indonesia akibat lebih banyak anggota MIliter terlatih menjadi korban;

3.     Bahwa oleh karena itu, Pemerintah Indonesia segera Tarik Pasukan Militer dan menerima tawaran TPNPB dan OPM untuk kita duduk di Meja Perundingan yang di mediasi oleh PBB. Jangan Alergi dengan perundingan, karena perundingan adalah mekanisme PBB untuk menyelesaikan daerah konflik Perang;

4.     Menegaskan bahwa Pimpinan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia di Papua jangan korbankan Prajurit anda demi Promosi kenaikan Pangkat ke pusat Jakarta.

5.
