The Statement by TPNPB-OPM on Boycott of the 2019 General Electon of Indonesian

In this case the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) officially from the Central Headquarters issued a statement that the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia Election in 2019 must be Boycot, because in principle that the TPNPB-OPM never recognized the existence of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia in Papuans Customary Lands.

And it should be known by all parties that from the date of 1th July 1971 the TPNPB-OPM has rejected the illegal occupation of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia in the Indigenous People lands of Papua.

This rejection was carried out by conducting a unilateral Proclamation, which announced the Provisional Constitution of the Republic of West Papua by OPM leaders at that time.

The other leaders of the proclamators have pased, and others are still alive. The main figure is the late Seth Jafet Rumkorem, Jacob H Prai still living in the State of Sweden and all the Figures we did not mention their names here.

On this basis, the TPNPB-OPM has never been involved in the democratic feast of the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia from 1971 until now, and its very clear.

Based on the subject mentioned above, the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) issued a strong warning to all Regents and two Indonesian Colonial Governors in all West Papua territories that immediately stop your malicious intentions to carry out the expansion of the New Province in the Papuan customary Lands.

In this case, we, TPNPB-OPM have a record and we hear that all the Regents in Papua are pushing up to expand the New Province. This we consider that it is a secret agenda for destroying communal rights and living rights of indigenous Papuans that are regulated by Jakarta.

Therefore the TPNPB-OPM rejects all forms of New Provinces in our customary lands, because the expansion of New Provinces in Papua Lands is not for Papuan Natives, but it is the aim of the domination of immigrants from Jawa Island and other areas in our Lands.

We also send this warning more specifically to the Regents in the Mepago Region , who are very ambitious without considering the rights and safety of the living rights of indigenous Papuans.

Again, do not make the Provinces Expansion in Mepago Region, if you do not heed our warning, we will look for you before or after Papua becomes independent.

And also we give a strong warning to all the other Regents in the whole Lands of Papua, including the Mayor of Jayapura, we give strong warnings. Jayapura Mayor Tomi Mano stopped the ambition to make the Tabi Province.

Press Release by the Central Headquarters of National Command of TPNPB Per March 22th 2019

On Friday, March 22th 2019, the Headquarters of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) issued a press release to formally announce the shooting of three Indonesian Police Personel in Mugi District, Ndugama Papua, which were occurred on March 20^th, 2019.

In this Perss Conference, the TPNPB Headquarters stated that we underlined the statement of the Defense Regional Command (KODAP) III Commander of Ndugama Bridgen EKianus Kogeya and the Operation Commander Pemnne Kogeya, which had been sent to Central Headquarters of TPNPB on March 22th, 2019 by TPNPB courier from Ndugama, Papua.

The National Command  Headquarters of TPNPB also acknowledged the report of the TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Commander Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya about the responsibility for the shooting of three  members of the Indonesian Police in Mugi District that we attached below.

TPNPBNEWS: On Monday March 11^th 2019 Central Headquarters  Operations Commander of the National Command of  West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) Major General Lekagak Telenggen formally issued a statement regarding the incident of weapons contact on March 7^th, 2019 in Windi Village, Derakma District, Nduga Regency of Papua Province.

TPNPBNEWS: Official report by the Regional Defense Commander III Ndugama of  West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Bridgen Egianus Kogoya, on Saturday 9^th of  March 2019.

In his report, the Commander of KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Issued an Official Statement on the Attack and Shot killed  of the members of  Indonesian Military in Derakma District, which was carried out on March 7^th 2019.

In an official statement by the Commander of KODAP III Ndugama Bridgen Egianus Kogeya and Operasi Commander Pemne Kogeya regarding the fight  and the referring 4 Weapons and Shooting of 5 Indonesian Military Members in the village of Windi, Derakma  District Nduga Regency of Papua  Province is True and fact.

Thus, the Defense Regional Commander III of TPNPB Ndugama issued a statement as follows:

1. Our TPNPB military leadership Kodap III Ndugama stated that he was ready to be responsible for the events of the 5 members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) who were killed and to the referred  4st weapons we seized from the hands of members of the Indonesian Military;

2. Therefore we strongly deny the statement of the government of the Republic of Indonesia and also the statement of the Indonesian Military Leaders in Papua who said that 10^th members of the TPNPB were killed and members of the Indonesian Military succeeded in seizing 7^th weapons from the TPNPB-OPM is who were overdue;

3. That, therefore, to prove it, we will send physical videos and photos this month so that everyone can be known throughout the world;

The Important Information About TPNPB-OPM Structutre Management in National Command

Why the KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters Issued the Important Information about the KOMNAS TPNPB Structure? We must do this because there are two basic things:

TPNPBnews: Today is  March 7^th 2019, the Regional Commander of the Defense (Kodap) III Ndugama has captured 4 weapons, namely 3 modern types of referrals and one weapon refer to the minimi type chain.
