INFORMATION ON OPM-TPNPB PRESS CONFERENCE PER JANUARY 2019 POSTPONED AGAIN TO ON JANUARY 31th 2019

We from the TPNPB-OPM inform all parties and especially all Journalists around the world that the Press Conference which will be held on January 25^th, 2019 will be postponed again to January 31^th 2019, with fundamental reasons. We had to do this because we remembered the five points in the notification of this information. Therefore We apologize for this delay. Please follow the point number five below (silakan ikuti pon nomor lima dibawah)!

The reason for delay is as follows:

1. Give an opportunity to the International Journalist to arrange time, so that they can attend to receive information directly by the TPNPB and OPM.

2. Because this Press conference is there are three Main Agenda, namely:
2.1. LASTED UPDATE about Critical Human Rights Crisis in Nduga, Papua.
2.2. Announce the OPM's Political Statement to support the Revolutionary War for Independence of West Papua which has been and is being carried out by TPNPB.
2.3. Will Announce the TPNPB-OPM Negotiator Team for the Purpose of Negotiating with Indonesia under Neutral International mediation.

3. Another reason is the Perspective Conference Facilitator of OPM-TPNPB is looking for Financial Funds to pay for the Press Conference Room including other fees;

4. And the TPNPB OPM Press Conference is at a high level, because it will invite several ambassadors from the countries involved during the annexation of Papua into the Territory of Indonesia region at that time May 1th in 1963, as well as UN Representatives in Port Moresby including the Indonesian Ambassator in Port Moresby. Military officials and police in PNG can also be invited, because we are talking about one land, namely from Samari to Sorong.

5. Another reason that on January 25^th, 2019 is the agenda of "DEDICATION SERVICES OF DEPARTEMENT OF HEADS OF PNG, in Port Moresby. And this activity will take place start from morning to evening, so that the Government can be invited may not be present. In this case the work team under the umbrella of PNG Union For Free West Papua has received advice from the Chairman of the PNG Council of Churches) that it will be postponed again until January 31th 2019 so that the Churches leaders will also be present and take part.

Note:

The results of the TPNPB-OPM and PNG Union For Free West Papua meetings with all parties in Port Moresby PNG on January 9^th and January 13^th, 2019, underline that all parties fully support the OPM-TPNPB Press Conference which is facilitated by PNG Union for Free West Papua in Port Moresby.

In this Press Conference, NCD Governor Mr. Powes Parkop also will invite for he can convey to his Indonesian colleagues to sit at the negotiating table with the TPNPB-OPM, therefore the presence of all Journalists is very important in this moment.

INFORMASI PENUNDAAN SIARAN PERSS OPM-TPNPB PER JANUARI 2019 DARI TGL 25 Januari 2019 kE TGL 31 Januari 2019

Kami dari TPNPB-OPM memberitahukan kepada semua pihak dan yang terutama semua Journalias di Seluruh dunia bahwa Konferensi Perss yang sekiranya dilaksanakan tanggal 17 Januari 2019 di tunda ke tanggal 25 Januari 2019, dengan alasan yang mendasar. Oleh karena itu kami mohon maaf atas penundaan ini.

Alasan Pendundaan sebagai berikut:

1. Membeikan kesempatan kepada Journalist Internasional untuk mengatur waktu, supaya mereka bisa hadir untuk menerima informasi langsung oleh TPNPB dan OPM.

2. Karena konferensi Perss ini adalah ada tiga Agenda Utama yaitu:

2.1. LASTED UPDATE tentang Krisi HAM di Nduga Papua.

2.2. Umumkan Pernyataan Politik OPM untuk mendukung Perang Revolusi Kemerdekaan yang telah dan sedang dilakukan oleh TPNPB.

2.3. Akan Umumkan Tim Juru Runding TPNPB-OPM untuk Tujuan Perundingan dengan Indonesia.

3. Alasan lain adalah Fasilitator Konferensi Perss OPM-TPNPB sedang mencari Dana Financial untuk bayar Ruang Konferensi Perss termasuk biaya lainnya;

4. Dan Konferensi Perss OPM TPNPB ini level tingkat tinggi, karena akan mengundang beberapa duta-duta besar dari Negara-Negara yang terlibat saat aneksasi Papua kedalam wilayah Terirori Indonesia kala itu di tahun 1963, juga Perwakilan PBB di Port Moresby termasuk Ambassator Indonesia di Port Moresby. Petinggi militer dan Polisi di PNG juga dapat di undang, karena kita bicara satu Tanah yaitu dari Samari to Sorong;

5. Alasan pendundaan lain bahwa pada tanggal 25 Januari 2019 adalah agenda “DEDICATION SERVICES OF DEPARTEMENT HEADS OF PNG, di Port Moresby. Dan kegiatan ini akan berlangsung dari pagi hingga sore hari sehingga Pemerintah yang dapat di undang tidak mungkin hadir. Dalam hal ini Tim kerja dibawah payung PNG Union For Free West Papua telah terima saran oleh Pimpinan PNG Council of Churches) bahwa ditunda lagi sampai tanggal 31 Januari 2019 supaya pihak Pimpinan Gereja juga akan hadir dan ambil bagian.

Catatan:

Hasil pertemuan TPNPB-OPM dan PNG Union For Free West Papua dengan semua pihak di Port Moresby PNG tanggal 9 Januari dan tanggal 13 Januari 2019, menggarisbawahi bahwa semua pihak mendukung penuh Koneferensi Perss OPM-TPNPB yang di fasiilitasi oleh PNG Union for Free West Papua di Port Moresby.

Dalam Konferensi Perss ini juga Gubernur NCD Tuan Powes PArkop dapat di undang untuk sampaikan kepada koleganya Indonesia agar duduk di meja perundingan dengan TPNPB-OPM, oleh karena itu kehadiran semua Journalis sangat penting dalam momen ini.
