TPNPB STATEMENT BY GENERAL OPERATION COMMANDER OF ALL WEST PAPUA TERRITORIES MAYJEN LEKAGAK TELENGGEN

STATEMENT CONTENT

1. That, the TPNPB War was opened starting from December 2th, 2018 by the Defence Region Commander of Ndugama (KODAP III) Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya in Yigi District and destroying the Indonesian National Military post in Mbua was an official war and it was on my orders as the TPNPB general operations commander in Papua. This war is the Revolution stage, according to the declaration of the Revolution of the Stages that we have issued on January 27^th, 2018 in Yambi, Puncak Jaya Regency Papua. And aims only to demand the right of independence for the Papuans; 

2. That, therefore I as the Commander of the General Operations of the Revolutionary War Stages for the Liberation of West Papua, stated to the public globally that all of these events were open wars by my troops, and the war continued until the recognition of independence fell. In this case the TPNPB National Command is responsible for all actions that have been and will be carried out by Free West Papua Freedom fighters from the OPM Military Wing;

3. And confirms that the location of the war will take place in the Mapenduma areas to Napuwa closed the Wamena Regency of Papua Province, there is war zone areas between the TPNPB and the Indonesian Military and Police. And for the Lani Jaya region, Puncak Jaya and Puncak Papua is an open war areas;

4. And for the Kwiyawage region is specifically the Indonesian Military and Police is banned from entering, because I am execuse free for civilian refugees from Ndugama and the large Lani terirory they will be placed there;

5. Whenever and wherever we will continue the war until there is international intervention, especially by the UN organization, will intervene then we will stop the war;

6. I am Major General Lekagak Telenggen as the field General Operation commander of the whole land of Papua, saying that all Defence Region Command immediately moved this year, and this year must start an open war.

The TPNPB National Command Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen said via cell phone to the TPNPB Central Headquarters Personnel Staff. This statement was issued to be of concern to all parties, and especially by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

PERNYATAAN TPNPB OLEH KOMANDAN OPERASI UMUM SELURUH WILAYAH TERITORIAL PAPUA MAYJEN LEKAGAK TELENGGEN  

Dikeluarkan pada hari Kamis tanggal 3 Januari 2019 dari Markas TPNPB Yambi, Puncak Jaya Papua

ISI PERNYATAAN

1.     Bahwa, Perang TPNPB terbuka sudah mulai dari sejak tanggal 2 Desember  2018  oleh Panglima KODAP  III Ndugama Ekianus Kogeya  di Distrik Yigi dan hancurkan  pos TNI di Mbua  adalah perang resmi dan itu atas perintah dari saya sebagai komandan  operasi  umum TPNPB  se tanah papua. Perang ini adalah Revulusi tahapan, sesuai deklarasi perangan Revolusi Tahapan yang telah kami keluarkan pada tanggal 27 Januari 2018  di Yambi, Puncak Jaya Papua. Dan bertujuan hanya untuk menuntut Hak Kemerdekaan bagi bangsa Papua;

2.     Bahwa oleh karena itu, maka saya sebagai Komandan Operasi Umum Perang Revolusi Tahapan untuk Pembebasan Papua Barat menyatakan kepada public secara global bahwa semua peristiwa  itu murnih  perang terbuka  oleh pasukan saya,  dan perang  berlanjut terus  sampai pengakuan  kemerdekaan jatuh. Dalam hal ini TPNPB Komando Nasional bertanggung jawab atas semua aksi yang telah dan akan dilakukan oleh pejuang Papua Merdeka dari Sayap Militer OPM;

3.     Dan menegaskan bahwa lokasi perang lamjutan  akan berlangsung di wilayah Mapenduma  sampai  Napuwa, itu wilayah  perang TPNPB dan TNI/Polri. Dan untuk  wilayah  Lani  Jaya, Puncak Jaya dan Puncak Papua  adalah  wilayah  perang  terbuka;

4.     Dan untuk Khusus  wilayah  Kwiyawage  itu TNI/Polri  di larang masuk,  karena  saya  bebaskan untuk  pengungsi  warga sipil  dari Ndugama  dan Lani  besar  mereka akan ditempatkan disitu;

5.     Kapanpun dan dimana saja kami akan perang terus sampai ada intervensi Internasional yang terutama oleh badan organisasi PBB turun tangan baru  kami  akan berhenti perang;

6.     Saya Mayjen Lekagak Telenggen sebagai penaggung jawab  lapangan komandan  operasi se-tanah papua menyampaikan semua  KODAP  segera bergerak  Tahun ini, dan tahun ini harus mulai perang terbuka.
