The Indonesian government and ULMWP trying to power struggle of  Diplomacy Strategy, Lately the Indonesian Government and ULMWP're fighting strategy in diplomacy to seek support from member states of MSG and PIF. The strategy of the government of Indonesia and ULMWP is very different.

The Indonesian government handed tens of billions of rupiah to some leaders of members countries of the MSG, in order to support the Indonesian government to maintain the Melanesian people of West Papua from Indonesia.

While ULMWP handed facts of human rights violations committed
against by the Indonesia colonial government in West Papua Melanesia region, as facts to tell the world, especially to the members countries of the MSG.

Diplomacy between ULMWP and Indonesian governments in the members countries of the MSG and PIF is a test of faith for the leaders of the member countries of MSG and PIF. Why is it a test? Because,

1. Is the Indonesian government to maintain support of the Melanesian people in West Papua remain in occupation Indonesian government, because it has been able to bribes (money) from the government of Indonesia?

2. Or does Supports the Melanesian people in west Papua to separate from invaders Indonesian government for human rights violations committed by military and police against to the people of the Melanesian West Paua?

I wish I was one of the leading countries in MSG and PIF. I prefer to save the Lord's people in West Papua were arrested, tortured, imprisoned and killed by the colonial government of Indonesia. Instead of accepting bribes (money) from the Indonesian government to cover up its crimes against the Melanesian people in West Papua.
