There was no Christmas peace in Papua on December 25^th, 2019, and there was only sadness and lamentation of ordinary people due to crime of the Indonesian Military and Police.

On Wednesday, December 25^th, 2019 at 11:00 am (Papua Time) led by Tadi Koyoya, Undius Kogoya and Ruben Kobogau with the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Troops had attacked the Indonesian Security Forces Camp in Gulapa Village, Intan Jaya Regency of Papua Province.

And at the time the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) carried out the attack on the Indonesian Security Forces members Camp, but the Indonesian Security Forces had left the Camp at 3:00 am.

And according to information compiled by the Papua Intelegents Services (PIS) that the Indonesian Security Forces had evacuated the 6 bodies of Indonesian Military members who had been shot by West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) troops on Saturday December 21th, 2019.

The Special Staff of the West Papua National Liberation Army Reporting Section said that Six Indonesian Military Members who had been shot by the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces on December 21th 2019 had just been evacuated on December 25^th 2019, and their bodies had been evacuated to the Capital City of Intan Jaya Regency.

The PIS of West Papua national Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) provided information that Indonesian Security Forces Members who had been shot by the TPNPB-OPM Forces were evacuated to Nabire Regency from Intan Jaya-Papua on December  25^th, 2019.

On this occasion, the West Papuan National Liberation Army successfully seized 3 Bazooka white color, 3 heavy weapons namely Mechine Guns types, 3 bullet boxes, 1 purse  containing ATMs, Member Cards, worth of money about IDR 700 thousand, Cards Identity (KTP), and other cards.

This was reported directly by the Staff of the Commander of the Regional Operations Command Defense VIII of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB), namely "Undius Kogoya".

OFFICIAL CHRONOLOGICAL REPORT OF CIVIL CITIZENS SHOT DEATH IN NDUGAMA BY THE  INDONESIAN SECURITY FORCES IN DATED  DECEMBER 20^th 2019

Reported on Sunday December 22th, 2019, which was reported by the Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Region-Papua, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya.

On Thursday, December 19^th, 2019 at 04:00 am in the morning, there was an armed clashes between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM and Indonesian Militar and Pilce troops in the Koteid of the Momugu Harbor highway, the Batu boundary, Keneyam the Capital Town of Nduga Regency of Papua Province.

The  Indonesian Military (TNI) troops are using 6^th trucks from the New Troops Droping Port to the Capital Town of Keneyam in Secret.

The truck returned home by dropping the TNI troops twice and the third time there was armed contact with the TPNPB Troops, which resulted in two trucks of the Indonesian Military and Police Forces being totally destroyed there, and two TNI members Shot one dead, one other ias critical at the hands of TPNPB.

And the next day on Friday, December 20^th 2019 at 4:52 pm in the afternoon there was a clashes between TPNPB troops and TNI troops on the Momugu-Keneyam Harbor road, which resulted in a truck carrying TNI troops and two Strada Triton cars loaded with TNI forces so a shooting target from TPNPB Forces and 5 TNI Soldiers were killed and 5 others in critocal, but two others died in Keneyam General Hospital.

On Friday December 20^th 2019 at 6:30 pm in the afternoon Ndudama time, Hendrik Lokbere was shot dead by the Indonesian Military Forces.

Occupation: Public transport driver or Strada Car from Wamena to Keneyam, Ndugama.
Status: Citizens of pure Civilioan
Shot dead when he traveling in a truck headed to Koteid, with the aim of picking up Community in the gardens.

While in the back of the truck there was the community load of 5 people and beside Hendrik Lokbere there was a person sitting too, namely beside his driver Hendrik Lokbere.

BLOODY IN INTAN JAYA, 13^th Members of the Indonesian military were the shot and TPNPB-OPM was responsible.

TPNPBNEWS: Ugimba (Utigapa) Wednesday  December 18^th 2019, the situation in Intan Jaya Regency is still in a war situation.

Wednesday December 18^th 2019, a telephone report by Operation Commander of Intan Jaya Defense Region Command of West Papua National Liberation Army “Gusby Waker” reported that there had been an attack on the TNI (Indonesian Military Camp) by the TPNPB-OPM Forces in Utigapa Village around 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Papua time.

As a result 13^th Indonesian Soldiers (TNI) members were shot dead and six other were injured and there were no casualties from our TPNPB-OPM.

Then in Bulapa on the same day on December 18^th, 2019, there were three TNI victims after TPNPB-OPM troops rolled stones from a height and until now there are still corpses because they are dragged into a very deep ravine.

The TPNPB-OPM special staff for the Reporting section reported that it was different places where 13^th members of the Indonesian Security Forces could shoot in Utigapa and 3 more members in Bulapa, and they were dead after the TPNPB troops rolled stones from the high. That means rolled stone were killed 3th of Indonesian Soliders.

It means that the stone struck them, and that was an attempt by the TPNPB-OPM force to kill the Thief Troops, namely the Indonesian Military and Police.

The TPNPB-OPM special staff for the Reporting section added that the war in Itadipa village had not been reported to me.

Furthermore, the TPNPB-OPM Special Staff Reporting section updated the report dated December 21th, 2019, of which TPNPB Deputy Commander Intan Jaya Region “Sabinus Waker” through the operation commander namely Gusby waker via mobile telephone that there had been a gun battle between TPNPB vs the Indonesian Military and Police Forces in Intan Jaya.

In this report, it has been clarified that the news on Wednesday, December 18^th 2019, in the Ugimba Village (Utigapa), the Indonesian Military and Police Forces had been killed by 13^th people, a combination of two companies.

And the items that we TPNPB-OPM troops took from them are as follows:
1. One (1) large weapon
2. Eight (8) pieces of magazen
3. One (1) watch
4. Map of Intan jaya regency
5. One (1) Morning star flag or Flag of West Papua Nation
6. (1) red and white flag or Flag of Indonesia Nation.

Then the armed contact on Saturday December 21th 2019 in Bulapa Village between TPNPB vs. the Indonesian Military and Police Forces, namely we from the TPNPB-OPM there were no casualties but from the TNI one victim and their helicopter had shot by TPNPB Troops.

And we shot three bullets in the body of the Helicopter, but flew in while they (Indonesian Military and Police) were still in our cages from Monday to today, Saturday, December 21th, 2019.

On the same day, Saturday, December 21th, 2019, at exactly 6:32 am, the Special Staff of the TPNPB-OPM Reporting section has also updated the report from the West Papua National Liberation by the “General Operations Commander of  Army (TPNPB-OPM) Major General LEKAGAK TELENGGEN.

Major General Lekagak Telenggen and the Regional Commander of TPNPB Sinak, Militer Murib via telephone, said that there was a clash between TPNPB vs Indonesian Militre and the Police Troops at ITADIPA, Intan Jaya-Papua Regency.

Furthermore it was reported that on Tuesday 18 December 18^th 2019 the war began in the morning between the TPNPB Forces vs the Indonesian Military and Police Forces.

In this War eight (8) Indonesian Military Members were killed in a heat stroke and our side TPNPB no casualties.

On Thursday December 19^th 2019 three (3) members of the Indonesian Military were killed plus one helicopter was fired by us, so the helicopter was still parked in the Hitadipa field, in the Beoga District.

Official Report from the Battlefield of Ndugama, Papua
Today, December 19^th, 2019, at 4:52 pm in the afternoon there was a gun battle in the capital Town of Nduga Regency between the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) troops and the Indonesian Military and Police forces.

The weapons contact began with a truck loaded with Indonesian Military (TNI) troops and two Strada from the Port Towards the capital Town of Nduga Regency and TPNPB PATROL troops on the Batu border Harbor highway, and then a gun battle occurred which resulted in a truck and Strada car being completely shot down but a car from the back makes defense their friends who are in the two vehicles.

The shootout between the West Papua National Liberation Army troops and the Indonesian Military troops was from 4:52 PM to 8:00 PM, but the number of victims in the two cars was unknown and the TPNPB forces escaped all.

Meanwhile Brigadier General Egianus Kogeya, Commander of Kodap III Ndudama, told the TNI POLRI officers that the stone boundary road to the Port We Wst Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) had already mastered.

And if the Indonesian Military and Police want a war, shoot us (TPNPB-OPM) who hold the same weapons, don't disturb civil society. Message of Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, on the report.

Meanwhile, a TPNPB troop who had been lost during a gun battle on   December 19^th 2019 at 4 pm that day had not yet been met until he had entered the third day.

According to Egianus Kogeya, we have the Opera area which was once shot, but it is not yet known that he might still missing in the forests.

The West Papua National Liberation Army of Free West Papua Orgabization (TPNPB-OPM) Military Chief is the Commander in Chief Gen. Goliath Tabuni and TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen said that they were responsible for the shooting of 8 Indonesian Military (TNI) members in Intan Jaya Regency, and this report had been sent directly to the Management of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Headquarters by the TPNPB-OPM special staff who had authority in war reporting.

The TPNPB-OPM Management Report is an audio recording of Major General Lekagak Telenggen, where he explains all the events in Intan Jaya crisis.

This means that the TPNPB-OPM is shooting because the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) troops has been shooting blindly in civil society settlements, and as a result of the arrogance of the Indonesian Military and Police, the civil society is fleeing to safe places in the Intan Jaya Regency, Highlands of West Papua.

On Saturday, December 14^th, 2019 at exactly 9:32am the Indonesian Military and the Polices (TNI/POLRI) dropped combat troops to one point, Beoga village, using 4 helicopters.

And on the same day, Saturday, December 14^th, 2019, the TNI POLRI conducted combat troops from Timika to Intan Jaya, using 7 helicopters and (3) three passenger planes. 

And the combat troops belonging to the TNI/POLRI after arriving in the Capital Town of Intan Jaya Regency were directed on directly to one of the villages, namely the Bulapa village.

The Bougainville referendum began on November 23th, 2019 and ends on December 7^th, 2019 today, according to the schedule agreed upon by the PNG Government and the Bougainville Autonomous Government.

The Bougainville Referendum Committee has worked hard, that is sure polling has been carried out in all Bougainville countries and also in all Regions in Papua New Guinea.

The official degeneration on behalf of the Papuan people, namely from the OPM and the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) and also KNPB (West Papua National Committee) has witnessed the last Referendum on Saturday, December 7^th, 2019 in Buka, Capital of Autonomous Bougainville Administration.

This is an award and upholds the value of solidarity among fellow nations who have and are struggling for the Political Rights of Self-Determination.

On this week of December 1^st 2019, the management of the TPNPB-OPM Central Headquarters held a press release based on a report from the Commander of the TPNPB Ndugama Region Bridgen Egianus Kogeya, which was received by TPNPB-OPM Central Headquarters on November 30^th, 2019.

In this press release, TPNPB-OPM issued a rebuttal about the shooting of two TPNPB-OPM members in Mugi, Ndugama Papua, as reported in the Indonesian military and Propaganda medias.

In this regard, Ndugama Defense Region Commander  of TPNPB-OPM Bridgen Egianus Kogeya denied the Indonesian Military Statement which said that the TNI had successfully shot dead two TPNPB-OPM members.

This is not true, on the contrary the TPNPB-OPM resulted in a death of 1^st TNI member and two others suffered gunshot wounds to the arm.

So what the Indonesian media reported that the TNI managed to shoot and killed two members of the TPNPB-OPM in Mugi on November 29^th, 2019 was truly public fraud scandal and was very embarrassing.

Today, November 20^th, 2019, it was reported from the TPNPB Alguru Post in the Capital Town of Keneyam, Nduga Regency that the Indonesian Military and Police had carried out an air strike using Six Helicopters.

This attack report was conveyed by Operation Commander of  TPNPB-OPM Ndugama (Kodap III Ndugama), PEMNE KOGEYA, and he confirmed that the Indonesian Military and Police attacked the TPNPB-OPM Post in Alguru from land and from the air using 6 Hellicopters.

However, while the TPNPB had no casualties, and also our TPNPB troops had not returned fire.

Chronological:
Today Wednesday 20^th November 2019, at exactly 7:00 a.m We were shocked by the sound of Hellicopter and gunfire from the air attacking the TPNPB Post in Alguru.

Meanwhile the Indonesian Militarys Forces using 6 Hellicopters were mostly walking around us while the TPNPB-OPM troops were temporarily at the Alguru Post.

400 Indonesian Militarys (TNI) troops on duty in the capital Town of Keneyam confined the TPNPB Post in Alguru using various war equipment. In this attack, the Indonesian Military and Police used 6 helicopters and 1 drone.

In this sudden attack, KODAP III Operation Commander of TPNPB-OPM (Pemne Kogeya) said that we TPNPB-OPM troops had not yet fired on the enemy, because we knew that today on November 20^th, 2019 the President of the Republic of Indonesia Yoko Wododo through his army and National Police Announce Officially War in the Capital Town of Nduga Regency, Papua.

I as Commander of War Operations with Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Region We are ready to follow the Will of the TNI/Polri Forces, want a war in Nduga Papu Regency and we TPNPB-OPM will follow the Official Shrimp which was delivered earlier via 6 Hellopters and 1 Unmanned Aircraft.

And we have been invited to mean that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia immediately vacate Non-Papuans in the capital Town of Nduga Regency, Papua.

Therefore, do not blame us TPNPB-OPM because according to our invitation we will not Compromise all Non-Papuan as Indonesian Citizens in Keneyam, the capital Town of Nduga Regency, we will shoot.

On this day, November 19^th 2019, there was passed away a loyal independent Papuan fighter on behalf of  Late Yason Sambom.

Late Yason Sambom is the TPNPB News Admin and Special Staff of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Team Works, who throughout his life were only working for the sake of the liberation of the Papuan Nation from the hands of the Indonesian Colonial Government.

Late Jason has died in a deadly accident, which could not help his life, after took at Wamena Hospital, West Papua. And today, Tuesday, November 19^th 2019, we are the people of Papua Nation, and all the Freedom fighters and more specifically We, the Sambom family, have lost the best our man of the Papuan people.

Thank you for your services and your dedication in the struggle of the Papuan people, hopefully their spirits will be accepted by the creator of heaven and earth.

OPM and TPNPB Press Releases Per November 15^th 2019

On behalf of the Struggle of the Papuan people, OPM TPNPB was officially invited by BRA and UBCG to follow and witness the Road of the Referendum in Bougainville from November 23th to December 7^th, 2019.

The Bougainville Revolution Army and The Bougainville Unification Core Groups (BRA-UBCG) officially handed over invitations on behalf of the people of Bougainville to the people of the Papuan nation which were given directly by the BRA Chief of Defense Mr. Ishmael Toroama to the chairman of the OPM TPNPB Mr. Jeffry Bomanak in Port Moresby and witnessed by the President of the PNG UNION FOR FREE WEST PAPUA Mr. Kenn Mondiai and Chair of the Melanesian People's Solidarity Mr. Tonny Fofoe.

The invitation made by BRA-UBCG To OPM-TPNPB was based on a joint agreement between OPM and BRA called "SUN I KAMAP TO SUN I GO Down" joint commitment to the struggle of the Papuan Nation and the people of Bougainville for Independence and sovereignty as in other countries on earth.

And this agreement continues to be carried out with full commitment, discipline and confidence that one day the two nations from the rising sun of Bougainville and the sunset of West Papua will be free according to the noble ideals of the people of Bougainville and West Papua.

When signing by the leaders of the BRA-UBCG Ishmael Toroama said that there was no reason for West Papua to continue to be colonized by Indonesia and that the struggle of the Papuan nation would be a priority for the people of Bougainville when their dream was reached in the referendum process.

After Mr. Toroama signed his name and gave it directly to the chairman of the OPM TPNPB Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak.

Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak as the Chairman of the OPM  TPNPB stated that we received an honor by the people of Bougainville in the form of an invitation to attend and witness the Referendum for the people of Bougainville is an honor for all the Melanesians people of West Papua.

The process of cooperation between the OPM-TPNPB and BRA is a process that is not easily maintained by the two leaders from both regions from the Bougainville sunrise and into the West Papua sunset.

OPM-TPNPB expressed much thanks to God and the people of Bougainville for inviting us Papuans to witness the Referendum in Bougainville, we will come on behalf of the Papuan Nation.
