WEST PAPUA IS INVITED OFFICIALLY IN THE REFERENDUM PROCESS IN BOUGENVILLE 2019

OPM and TPNPB Press Releases Per November 15^th 2019

On behalf of the Struggle of the Papuan people, OPM TPNPB was officially invited by BRA and UBCG to follow and witness the Road of the Referendum in Bougainville from November 23th to December 7^th, 2019.

The Bougainville Revolution Army and The Bougainville Unification Core Groups (BRA-UBCG) officially handed over invitations on behalf of the people of Bougainville to the people of the Papuan nation which were given directly by the BRA Chief of Defense Mr. Ishmael Toroama to the chairman of the OPM TPNPB Mr. Jeffry Bomanak in Port Moresby and witnessed by the President of the PNG UNION FOR FREE WEST PAPUA Mr. Kenn Mondiai and Chair of the Melanesian People's Solidarity Mr. Tonny Fofoe.

The invitation made by BRA-UBCG To OPM-TPNPB was based on a joint agreement between OPM and BRA called "SUN I KAMAP TO SUN I GO Down" joint commitment to the struggle of the Papuan Nation and the people of Bougainville for Independence and sovereignty as in other countries on earth.

And this agreement continues to be carried out with full commitment, discipline and confidence that one day the two nations from the rising sun of Bougainville and the sunset of West Papua will be free according to the noble ideals of the people of Bougainville and West Papua.

When signing by the leaders of the BRA-UBCG Ishmael Toroama said that there was no reason for West Papua to continue to be colonized by Indonesia and that the struggle of the Papuan nation would be a priority for the people of Bougainville when their dream was reached in the referendum process.

After Mr. Toroama signed his name and gave it directly to the chairman of the OPM TPNPB Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak.

Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak as the Chairman of the OPM  TPNPB stated that we received an honor by the people of Bougainville in the form of an invitation to attend and witness the Referendum for the people of Bougainville is an honor for all the Melanesians people of West Papua.

The process of cooperation between the OPM-TPNPB and BRA is a process that is not easily maintained by the two leaders from both regions from the Bougainville sunrise and into the West Papua sunset.

OPM-TPNPB expressed much thanks to God and the people of Bougainville for inviting us Papuans to witness the Referendum in Bougainville, we will come on behalf of the Papuan Nation.

"We will arrive with BLOOD AND BLOOD Tears of our people West Papua to witness the new country that will be born in the land of the sun rises", if that day rises there must be a sinking, then the people of the nation of Papua together with the leadership of the OPM-TPNPB today very aware that everything that has been done and agreed upon in the SUN I KAMAP TO SUN I GO DOWN agreement for the people of Bougainville and West Papua for 21 years is the will of the God of the Papuan Nation and the God of Bougainville's ancestors.

Finally, we convey a lot of thanks to the PNG government who is able to respect the political rights of the people of Bougainville in the referendum process, Hopefully Indonesia, the United States of America and the UN that have been wrong in implementing the referendum for the people of Papua in PEPERA 1969 will learn and apologize to the people of the West Papua until openly recognize and provide political rights for the people of Papua to determine their own political destiny according to international standards.

Colonial Government of Indonesia must recognize that the Papuan people already have an embryo of the state of December 1, 1961 and the declaration of the West Papua state on July 1, 1971, based on that OPM-TPNPB as the parent organization of the Papuan struggle which has the highest legitimacy and authority towards the struggle of the Papuan people congratulates the success of the referendum process to Bougainville Independence on.

Thus this brief report is to be known by all the people of Papua and the people of Bougainville and all the international community throughout the world.

WEST PAPUA DIUNDANG SECARA RESMI DALAM PROSES REFERENDUM DI BOUGAINVILLE 2019

Siaran Perss OPM dan TPNPB Per 15 November 2019

Atas nama Perjuangan bangsa Papua, OPM TPNPB diundang secara resmi oleh BRA dan UBCG untuk mengikuti dan menyaksikan Jalan nya Referendum di Bougainville dari Tanggal 23 November hingga 07 Desember 2019. 

Bougainville Revolution Army dan The Bougainville Unification Core Groups (BRA-UBCG) secara resmi hari ini menyerahkan undangan atas nama rakyat Bougainville kepada rakyat bangsa Papua yang diberikan langsung oleh Chief of Defence BRA Mr. Ishmael Toroama kepada ketua OPM TPNPB Tuan Jeffry Bomanak di Port Moresby yang di saksikan oleh President dari PNG UNION FOR FREE WEST PAPUA Mr. Kenn Mondiai dan Ketua Solidaritas Rakyat Melanesian Mr. Tonny Fofoe. 

Undangan yang buat oleh BRA-UBCG Kepada OPM-TPNPB ini berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama Antara OPM dan BRA yang disebut "SUN I KAMAP TO SUN I GO DAUN" komitmen bersama bagi perjuangan Bangsa Papua dan rakyat Bougainville untuk Merdeka dan berdaulat sama seperti negara negara lain di muka bumi.

Dan kesepakatan ini terus dijalankan dengan penuh komitmen, ke disiplinan dan keyakinan bahwa suatu ketika kedua bangsa dari matahari terbit Bougainville dan matahari terbenam West Papua akan Merdeka sesuai Cita Cita luhur rakyat Bougainville dan West Papua. 

Saat penandatangan oleh para pimpinan BRA-UBCG Mr. Ishmael Toroama mengatakan bahwa tidak ada alasan untuk West Papua terus dijajah oleh Indonesia dan perjuangan bangsa Papua akan menjadi prioritas bagi rakyat Bougainville ketika impiannya Tercapai dalam proses referendum ini. 

Setelah Mr Toroama melakukan tanda tangannya dan diberikan langsung kepada ketua OPM TPNPB Tuan Jeffrey Bomanak.

Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak selaku ketua OPM TPNPB menyatakan bahwa kami menerimah sebuah kehormatan oleh rakyat Bougainville dalam bentuk undangan untuk menghadiri dan menyaksikan Jalan nya Referendum bagi rakyat Bougainville adalah sebuah kehormatan bagi seluruh rakyat bangsa Papua. 

Proses kerja sama Antara OPM-TPNPB dan BRA adalah sebuah proses yang tidak gampang dijaga oleh kedua pimpinan dari kedua wilayah dari matahari terbit Bougainville dan ke matahari terbenam West Papua. 

OPM-TPNPB menyampaikan banyak trimaksih kepada Tuhan dan rakyat Bougainville untuk mengundang kami bangsa Papua untuk menyaksikan Referendum di Bougainville, kami akan datang atas nama bangsa Papua.  

"Kami akan tiba dengan BERLUMURAN DARAH dan air Mata rakyat kami West Papua untuk menyaksikan negara baru yang akan lahir di negeri Matahari terbit", jika Matahari itu terbit pasti ada terbenam nya, Maka itu rakyat bangsa Papua bersama kepemimpinan OPM-TPNPB saat ini sangat sadar bahwa semua yang sudah dilakukan dan disepakati bersama dalam agreement SUN I KAMAP TO SUN I GO DOWN bagi rakyat Bougainville dan West Papua selama 21 tahun adalah merupakan kehendak Allah Bangsa Papua dan Allah leluhur bangsa Bougainville. 

Akhirnya kami menyampaikan banyak trima ksih kepada pemerintah PNG yang mampu menghargai Hak Hak politik rakyat Bougainville dalam proses referendum nanti, Semoga Indonesia, Amerika dan PBB yang sudah Salah dalam implementasikan referendum bagi rakyat Papua pada PEPERA 1969 akan belajar dan meminta maaf kepada rakyat bangsa Papua hingga secara terbuka mengakui dan memberikan Hak politik bagi rakyat Papua untuk menentukan Nasib politiknya sendiri sesuai standard international. 

Kolonial Indonesia harus mengakui bahwa rakyat Papua sudah punya embrio negara 1 Desember 1961 dan deklarasi negara West Papua pada 1 July 1971, berdasarkan itu OPM-TPNPB sebagai organisasi induk perjuangan bangsa Papua yang memiliki legitimacy dan otoritas tertinggi terhadap perjuangan bangsa Papua menyampaikan selamat menyukseskan proses referendum hingga Bougainville Merdeka. 

Demikian laporan singkat ini untuk diketahui oleh seluruh rakyat Papua dan rakyat Bougainville serta seluruh masyarakat International di seuruh dunia.
