VANIMO: This statement was conveyed directly by TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama Delegation namely "OW" to OPM Chairman Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak on Monday 29 April 29^th 2019 in Vanimo Town, Sundown Province PNG.

During the five months we were involved in the committee with Jonah Wenda and Menaseh Tabuni and the results we concluded were the ULMWP Extraordinary Congress (KLB) not for the benefit of Free Papua, but for the interests of the NKRI and also the interests of theis groups of organizations who were always looking for food on behalf of OPM and TPNPB or the Free Papua struggle.

And the performance of the ULMWP version of the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) is very unclear. This is the report of the OW young officer on behalf of the TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama.

In his official report to the Chairman of OPM Mr. Jeffrey Bomanak that today is April 29^th, 2019 at 14:00pm Vanimo-PNG Time, we are on behalf of TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama who is currently still at War in Ndugama saying he  resigned on a grounds based or walked out.

The reason for the resignation was that since the beginning of the administration for five months its performance, which we learned politically, and the Military way was very bad even in a very conflicting manner.

From the results of our observations for five months we concluded that they were not working for Free Papua, but they were used to destroy the power of OPM and TPNPB in West Papua.

In this case, one example of several important examples is the presence of the ULMWP Extraordinary Congress (KLB), Mr. Jonah Wenda and Mr. Menaseh Tabuni CS, who always say that "WAR ACTION IN NDUGA IS A TERRORIST OR SEPARATIST MOVEMENT OF ARMED or CRIMINAL, therefore ULMWP does not support the war that has been and is being carried out by the TPNPB or OPM Military.

And there are many other insults that are conveyed to us, I am a living witness to these words. After that I concluded that the ULMWP who wanted to make the Extraordinary Congress (KLB) was for the benefit of the Republic of Indonesia, not for the interests of Free Papua.

Today we have officially said that we will prove it in the field, because our person in charge has already existed and has made a statement to the World that the war until independence is our Dream of TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama and all KODAP in all of Papua territory.

Further information that some of which came from TPNPB's military defense will resign or alk out, this ULMWP Extraordinary Congress (KLB) meeting has many challenges because it is not according to the will of the Creator of Nature and the ancestors of the Papuan Nation, and is not in accordance with the OPM TPNPB Rules July 1th 1971.

Until now, one of the committee members, Mr. Menaseh Tabuni, suddenly became seriously ill and is still being treated at the Vanimo hospital, while Jonah Wenda with several TRWP groups continues to try to continue the meeting but it will be very difficult.

Indonesia's Infiltration intelligent is very strong in the ULMWP KLB, it is reported that Sem Karoba is in Jakarta to arrange all this.

VANIMO: Pernyataan ini disampaikan langsung oleh Delegasi TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama “OW” kepada Ketua OPM Tuan Jeffrey Bomanak pada hari Senin tanggal 29 April 2019 di Kota Vanimo, Provinsi Sundown PNG.

Selama lima Bulan kami terlibat dalam kepanitiaan bersama Jonah Wenda dan Menaseh Tabuni dan hasilnya yang kami simpulkan adalah Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) ULMWP ini bukan untuk kepentingan Papua Merdeka, namun untuk kepentingan NKRI dan juga kepentingan kelompok organisasi yang selalu cari makan atas nama OPM-TPNPB atau perjuangan Papua Merdeka.

Dan dalam kinerja kepanitaan Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) versi ULMWP adalah sangat tidak jelas. Demikian laporan Perwira muda OW atas nama TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama.

Dalam laporannya secara resmi kepada Ketua OPM Tuan Jeffrey Bomanak bahwa hari ini tanggal 29 April 2019 pukul 14:00 Waktu Vanimo-PNG, kami atas nama TPNPB-OPM KODAP III Ndugama  yang saat ini masih Perang di Ndugama mengatakan mengundurkan diri dengan alasan yang berdasar.

Alasan Pengunduran adalah karena sejak awal kepanitaan selama lima Bulan kinerjanya, yang kami pelajari secara politik, dan Militer sangat jelek bahkan secara adat sangat pertentangan.

Dari hasil pengamatan kami selama lima bulan kita mengambil kesimpulan bahwa mereka bukan kerja untuk Papua Merdeka,  namun mereka ini dipakai untuk hancurkan kekuatan OPM  dan TPNPB.

Dalam hal ini salah Satu contoh dari beberapa contoh penting adalah kepanitaan Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) ULMWP Tuan Jonah Wenda dan Tuan Menaseh Tabuni CS selalu mengatakan bahwa “AKSI PERANG DI NDUGA ADALAH GERAKAN TERRORIST ATAU SEPARATIST BERSENJATA atau KRIMINAL, Oleh karena itu ULMWP tidak mendukung perang yang telah dan sedang lakukan oleh Militer TPNPB-OPM.

Dan banyak pula hinaan lain yang di sampaikan kepada kami, Saya adalah saksi hidup terhadap kata kata ini. Setelah itu Saya menyimpulkan bahwa ULMWP yang mau buat Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) adalah untuk kepentingan NKRI, bukan untuk kepentingan Papua Merdeka.

Hari ini secara resmi kami sudah katakan bahwa kami akan buktikan dilapangan, karena penanggung jawab kami sudah ada dan sudah buat pernyataan kepada Dunia bahwa perang sampai merdeka adalah Cita Cita kami TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama dan semua KODAP di seluruh  tanah Papua.

Informasi selanjutnya bahwa beberapa yang datang dari pertahanan militer TPNPB akan mundurkan diri, Pertemuan Kongres Luar Biasa (KLB) ULMWP ini mendapatkan banyak tantangan karena tidak sesuai kehendak Tuhan Pencipta Alam dan Moyang Bangsa Papua, dan juga tidak sesuai dengan aturan OPM TPNPB Berdasarkan Konstitusi 1 July 1971.

Sampai saat ini Satu pengurus panitia Tuan Menaseh Tabuni tiba-tiba sakit keras dan masih di Rawat dirumah sakit Vanimo, sedangkan Jonah Wenda dengan beberapa kelompok TRWP ada terus berusaha untuk meeting di lanjutkan namun akan sangat sulit.

Infiltration intelligent Indonesia sangat kuat dalam KLB ULMWP ini, dikabarkan bahwa Sem Karoba sedang berada di Jakarta untuk mengatur semua ini.

Tolong diteruskan kepada ssemua KODAP TPNPB di seluruh tanah Papua dan di sampaikan kepada semua  para diplomat OPM-TPNPB bahwa tetap kuat karena pasti OPM TPNPB akan menang,

Ini adalah laporan resmi oleh kami perwakilan TPNPB kodap III Ndugama, saya perwira muda OW.

Dikeluarkan dari Vanimo, Provinsi Sundown PNG pada hari Senin tanggal 29 April 2019. Dan diteruskan oleh JUBIR KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Tuan Sebby Sambom guna dapat diketahui oleh semua pihak atas permainan ULMWP ini.

Karena militer OPM yaitu TPNPB telah ada dari sejak tahun 1965 di seluruh wilayah Papua sampai detik ini masih berjuang, namum ULMWP mau bentuk militer tandingan. Dan hal ini adalah fatal dalam sejarah Perjuangan bangsa Papua untuk merdeka sendiri dari penjajahn oleh Indonesia.
