Written report by Defense Region Command III Commander of TPNPB Ndugama Brigadier General Egianus Kogeya via SMS from TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama Headquarters in Darakma District, Nduga Regency Papua.

The TPNPB Ndugama KODAP III Commander Brigen Ekianus Kogeya has sent this report to the Management of KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters on April 15^th, 2019.

And this report has been sent before the day of the Indonesian Election 2019, in order to be known by all parties.

Earlier Brigen Egianus Kogeya had announced that he would be ready to boycott the election. Not long ago, he had obeyed the promise of a revolutionary commander at Ndugama Papua. For the promissed two days of armed contact occurred until one of TNI members were killed and one is injured.

From the message received by KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters on April 14^th, 2019, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya claimed to have shot two TNI soldiers and others injured.

The claim is submitted by short message to the KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters which has been sent by TPNPB courier.

Report content as follows:

April 12^th, 2019 150st Indonesian Military personnel arrived in Derakma District via a helicopter then immediately welcomed by a hot team of TPNPB troops making and one TNI soldier dead and  the other  one is injured ". Write in the report of Ekianus Kogeya.

Brigen Ekianus Kogeya stated that gunfire had occurred for two days. The shooting of TNI soldiers took place in the Darakma District, Nduga Papua. The claim was made when the TNI sent 150 personnel on April 12^th, 2019 and 120 Indonesian military members on April 13^th, 2019.

Indonesian military shipments were carried out in two days by helicopter from Mbua District to Darakma District and welcome shoot by TPNPB Troops.

The message continued, "on April 13^th, 2019 TNI troops of 120 Personnel from Mbua headed to Derakma District were against welcomed by the heat making one member of the TNI and his sniffer dog killed at the same time making all TNI soldiers confined within the Derakma Yal District Office and considered safe. if outside of that the TPNPB forces control all of them ". Write in the Egianus Report via short message.

Darakma District TPNPB forces have mastered the field and are ready to boycott the 2019 elections in the Ndugama region, an announcement delivered by the KODAP III commander Ndugama by Brigadier General Egianus Kogeya.

Before entering the day of the election, they had started armed contact with the TNI in Darakma District and had succeeded in killing two members of the TNI soldiers.

Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya declared himself undaunted by sending thousands of TNI soldiers to the Nduga region. The statement quoted from his message, "I am not afraid of the deportation of 7,000 troops to the war zone, we are not afraid, Ekianus Kogeya said.

NKRI sent many Troops not a solution to the Papua Problem. Immediately find another solution ", it was conveyed in a short message.

The statement of the threat of a boycott and if other people are forced to carry out the 2019 election in the Nduga region, Ekianus threatens to carry out a mass operation.
Subsequently Ekianus said that the TNI forces were excessive and large-scale operations in 11 Districts of the Ndugama region had made the Community of Nduga not feel part of Indonesia.

Because one weapon refers to chasing 7000 weapons. Based on this condition, I as Commander of TPNPB III Ndugama issued a statement to take, the Election of the House of Representatives and the Indonesian President are strictly forbidden in 32 Districts of Nduga, and if there are individuals who force to carry out this regional election, we will carry out the operation ".

His statement was via a message that had been sent via SMS to the National Command Headquarters of TPNPB.

TPNPB Menguasai Medan Siap Boikot Pemilu di Ndugama dan Dua TNI Tewas dan Lainnya Terluka

Laporan tertulis oleh Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Brigjend. Egianus Kogeya via SMS dari Markas TPNPB KODAP III Ndugama di Distrik Darakma, Papua. 

Panglima KODAP III TPNPB Ndugama Brigen Ekianus Kogeya telah mengirim laoran ini kepada Manajemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB pada hari ini tanggal 15 April 2019. 

Dan laporan ini telah dikirim sebelum hari H Pemilu Indonesia 2019, guna dapat diketahui oleh semua pihak. 

Sebelumnya Egianus Kogeya telah umumkan bahwa dirinya akan siap boikot Pemilu. Belum lama ini telah menuruti janjinya seorang komandan revolusioner di Ndugama Papua itu. Dua hari terjadi kontak senjata hingga anggota TNI tewas dan terluka.

Dari pesan yang diterima Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB pada 14 April 2019, Bridgen Egianus Kogeya klaim menembak dua prajurit TNI dan lainnya terluka.

Klaim itu disampaikan melalui pesan singkat kepada Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB yang telah dikirm oleh kurir TPNPB. 

Isi Laporan sebagai berikut: 

Tanggal 12 April 2019 150 personil Militer Indonesia telah tiba di Distrik Derakma melalui hellicopter langsung di sambut baik oleh tima panas dari pasukan TPNPB membuat 1 orang prajurit TNI tewas dan 1 orang luka _luka”. Tulis dalam laporan Egianus Kogeya.

Egianus Kogeya menyatakan kontak senjata terjadi selama dua hari. Penembakan prajurit TNI itu terjadi di Distrik Darakma, Nduga Papua. Klaim itu disampaikan ketika TNI dikirim 150 personil pada tanggal 12 April 2019 dan 120 anggota militer Indonesia taggal 13 April 2019. Pengiriman militer Indonesia dilakukan dalam dua hari menggunakan helikopter dari Mbua ke Darakma.

Lanjut pesan singkatnya, “tanggal 13 April 2019 pasukan TNI 120 Personil dari Mbua menuju ke Distrik Derakma kembali di sambut oleh tima panas membuat 1 orang anggota TNI dan anjing pelacaknya tewas di tempat membuat seluru prajurit TNI terkurung dalam Kantor Distrik Derakma Yal dan di anggap aman jika di luar dari itu Pasukan TPNPB menguasai semua”. Tulis dalam Laporan Egianus melalui pesan singkat.

Distrik Darakma Pasukan TPNPB telah menguasai medan dan siap akan memboikot pemilu 2019 di wilayah Ndugama adalah sebuah pengumuman yang disampaikan panglima KODAP III Ndugama oleh Brigjend Egianus Kogeya. 

Sebelum memasuki hari pelaksanaan pemilu sudah memulai kontak senjata dengan TNI di Distrik Darakma dan telah berhasil menewaskan 2 anggota prajurit TNI.

Bridgen Ekianus Kogeya menyatakan dirinya tidak gentar dengan pengiriman ribuan prajurit TNI ke wilayah Nduga. pernyataan yang dikutip dari pesannya, “saya tidak gentar terkait pendoropan Pasukan 7000 personil ke wilayah perang, kami tidak takut. NKRI kirim Pasukan banyak-banyak bukan solusi penjelesaian Masalah Papua. Segera cari solusi lain”, hal itu disampaikan dalam pesan singkatnya. 

Pernyataan ancaman boikot dan jika oknum lain dipaksakan pelaksanaan pemilu 2019 di wilayah Nduga, maka Ekianus ancam akan melakukan operasi tumpas.

Selanjutnya Ekianus mengatakan bahwa dengan demikian pasukan TNI berlebihan dan operasi besar besaran di 11 Distrik wilayah Ndugama membuat Warga Masyarakat Nduga tidak merasa bagian dari Indonesia. 

Karena 1 pujuk senjata mengejar 7000 pujuk senjata. berdasarkan kondisi ini saya selaku Panglima TPNPB kodap III Ndugama mengeluarkan Pernyataan bawa, dilarang keras Pemilihan DPR dan Presiden RI di 32 Distrik Kab Nduga jika ada oknum yang memaksa bawa pemilu daerah ini maka kami akan melakukan operasi tumpas”. Pernyataannya melalui pesan yang telah dikirim via SMS ke Markas Pusat Komnas TPNPB.
