TPNPBNews:  The war ultimatum was released by video footage from the KODAP VIII Headquarters Kemabu Intan Jaya, Papua on April 10^th, 2019.

The official statement was again issued openly to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, so that the Indonesian Government could be known that Bridgjen Ayub Waker had ordered an attack on PT. Freeport Indonesia in Tembagapura,West Papua.

This statement of war was issued officially in a ceremony for the passing of the Decree (SK) of KODAP Kemabu Intan Jaya, with the Command and military leadership attributes in force at the National Command of the West Papua National Liberation Army.

Brigadier General Ayub Waker is the commander of KODAP VIII Intan Jaya which operates in the area around Tembagapura. And he has long led his forces to carry out attacks on the Indonesian military in the Tebagapura region of Papua.

In his oral report, Ayub Waker claimed to have shot dozens of Indonesian military around Tembagapura during the war in 2012 to 2018.

Ayub Waker forces have military standard sophisticated weapons. The weapons were from the victims belonging to the Indonesian military and police and were also obtained from the purchase of Indonesian military weapons.

Ayub Waker revealed the source of weapons ownership during the SK KODAP declaration ceremony at Kemabu Intanjaya Headquarters,Papua.

In a video foottage of the statement of Brigen Ayub Waker, announce openly to Indonesia that he has issued war orders, opponents of the Indonesian military.

The same thing was still in a videotaped statement of the statement continued by the KODAP VIII Operation Commander of Intanjaya, determining the target of the war covering the Temabagapura Papua region.

The announcement of this war stated that it would strike back at the giant gold mining company in Temabagapura, and this statement was delivered directly by the operations commander at the behest of the KODAP VIII Commander of  Intanjaya.

This war is still fixed on the general rules of war at the TPNPB National Command.

The demand for guerrilla warfare on this order is fixed on the rules of the principles of the National Command of TPNPB war which have been regulated in 12^th articles, and which have been announced by the Chief of Operations of the Central Headquarters of Major General Lekagak Telenggen in January 2018 at GimagiHeadquarters of Yambi Puncak Jaya Papua.

The demands of the TPNPB war throughout the West Papua region are the same as those set out in the TPNPB war regulations.

So the army of Brigadier General Ayub  Waker as ordered by the war which had been officially opened was revealed as the responsibility of the duty of the revolution which must be carried out from his forces.

The operations commander has stated that he is ready to lead troops into the battlefield at the target of PT. Freeport Indonesia in Tembagapura.

Since this order is expended, it is best for company employees who are not armed to leave work.

If there is a war and employees who are not armed, there is a victim for that. TPNPB announces and submits before the war so that every person who is not armed or civilians must leave the Tembagapura area empty.

TPNPB will shoot dead a non-armed person but who is still in the Tembagapura area after the announcement of this war statement was issued.

This statement will take effect from the day this statement is publicized to the start of the war.

If there are civilian casualties or someone who is not armed, it is a risk due to not heeding the announcement of this war order.

TPNPB wants gold mining activities in Tembagapura to be stopped before Indonesia implements the TPNPB demands, for the right of self-determination for the people of West Papua.

Before the goal of TPNPB for the independence of the Papuan nation was realized, the war would never stop, if Indonesia did not want Papuan independence, the war would reach the end of the world.

This statement was conveyed directly through a video recording received by KOMNAS TPNPB Headquarters on Monday, May 6^th , 2019.

Bridgjen Ayub Waker Kembali Nyatakan Akan Perang Serang PT Freeport Indoesia di Tembagapura Papua

TPNPBNews: Ultimatum perang dikeluarkan melalui rekaman video dari Markas KODAP VIII Kemabu Intan Jaya pada Tanggal 10 April 2019. 

Pernyataan resmi kembali dikeluarkan terbuka kepada Pemrintah Republik Indonesia, agar Pemerintah Indonesia dapat diketahuinya bahwa Bridgjen Ayub Waker telah perintahkan kembali melakukan serangan terhadap PT. Freeport Indonesia di Tembagapura Papua.

Pernyataan perang ini keluarkan resmi dalam sebuah upacara penjerahan Surat Keputusan (SK) KODAP Kemabu Intan Jaya, denganTtongkat Komando dan atribut pimpinan militer yang berlaku pada Komando Nasional Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat.

Brigadir Jendral Agus Ayub Waker adalah selaku panglima KODAP 8 Intan Jaya yang beroperasi meliputi wilayah sekitar Tembagapura. Dan beliau telah lama memimpin pasukannya melakukan serangan terhadap militer Indonesia di wilayah Tebagapura, Papua.

Dalam laporan lisannya Ayub Waker klaim telah menembak puluhan militer Indonesia di sekitar Tembagapura saat perang pada tahun 2012-2018.

Pasukan Ayub Waker memiliki senjata canggih standar militer. Senjata tersebut dari hasil rampasan milik militer dan Polisi Indonesia dan dan juga diperoleh dari hasil beli dari senjata militer Indonesia. 

Ayub Waker mengungkapkan sumber kepemilikan senjata saat pelaksanaan upacara penjerahan SK KODAP di Markas Kemabu Intanjaya.

Dalam sebuah rekaman video pernyataan Ayub Waker, umumkan terbuka kepada Indonesia bahwa dirinya telah keluarkan perintah perang, lawan militer Indonesia. 

Hal serupa masih dalam pernyataan rekaman video pernyataan dilanjutkan oleh Komandan Operasi KODAP 8 Intanjaya, menentukan sasaran perang meliputi wilayah Temabagapura Papua.

Pengumuman perang ini menyatakan bahwa akan serang kembali perusaaan raksasa pertambangan emas di Temabagapura, dan pernyataan ini disampaikan langsung oleh Komandan operasi atas perintah Panglima KODAP 8 Intanjaya. 

Perang ini masih tetap terpaku pada peraturan perang yang telah berlaku umum pada Komando Nasional TPNPB.

Tuntutan dari perang gerilya atas perintah ini adalah tetap pada peraturan prinsip-prinsip perang TPNPB Komando Nasional yang telah diatur dalam 12 pasal, dan yang telah umumkan oleh Kepala Staf operasi Markas Pusat Mayjend. Lekagak Telenggen pada Januari 2018 lalu di Makrkas Gimagi Yambi Puncakjaya Papua.

Tuntutan dari pada perang TPNPB di seluruh wilayah Papua Barat adalah tetap sama pada yang telah diatur dalam peraturan perang TPNPB. 

Maka pasukan dari Brigjend Ayub Waker sebagaimana perintah perang  yang telah secara resmi terbuka diturunkan sebagai tanggungjawab tugas revolusi yang harus dilaksanakan dari pasukannya. 

Komandan operasi telah nyatakan siap pimpin pasukan memasuki medan perang pada sasaran perusahaan PT. Freeport Indonesia di Tembagapura.

Sejak perintah ini dikaluarkan sebaiknnya bagi karyawan perusaaan yang bukan bersenjata meninggalkan pekerjaan. 

Apabila terjadi perang dan karyawan yang bukan bersenjata terjadi korban untuk hal itu TPNPB umumkan dan sampaikan sebelum terjadi perang agar setiap orang yang bukan bersenjata atau warga sipil wajib kosongkan wilayah Tembagapura.

TPNPB akan menembak mati seorang yang bukan bersenjata tetapi yang masih berada di wilayah Tembagapura sesudah pengumuman pernyataan perang ini dikeluarkan. Pernyataan ini akan berlaku terhitung dari hari pernyatan ini publikasi kepada public sampai pada perang memulai. 

Jika terdapat korban warga sipil atau seorang yang bukan bersenjata, adalah resiko akibat dari tidak mengindahkan dari pengumuman perintah perang ini.

TPNPB inginkan aktifitas pertambangan emas di Tembagapura harus dihentikan sebelum Indonesia melaksanakan  Tuntutan TPNPB, untuk hak penentuan nasib sendiri bagi bangsa Papua Barat. 

Sebelum terwujud tujuan TPNPB untuk kemerdekaan bangsa Papua, perang tidak akan pernah berhenti, jika sampai Indonesia tidak inginkan Kemerdekaan Papua maka perang sampai pada dunia kiamat. 

Pernyataan ini disampaikan langsung melalu rekaman video yang telah diterima Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB pada hari Senin tanggal 6 Mei 2019.
