Press Release by the West Papua National Liberation Army February 17^th, 2020 based on West Papua National Liberation Army of Ngalum Kupel Region Statement.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received a report from the Ngalum Kupel Regional Defense Command (KODAP) on February 16^th 2020, where the report contains official statements which was issued by the Commander in Chief and Deputy Commander in Chief and the entire West Papua National Liberation Army troops from the Ngalum Kupel Headquarters.

The contents of the Official Report of the Ngalum Kupel Regional Defense Command, which is a Decisive Statement as follows:

The statement of attitude conveyed by the Commander in Chief of  of Ngalum Kupel Region and Deputy Commander in Chief (KASDAP) and the entire West Papua National Liberation Army troops of  Ngalum Kupel defense Region Command stated that,

1. Ngalum Kupel defense Region Command of West Papua National Liberation Amy issues a stern warning to the indigenous Papuans of the Ngalum tribe in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency, which is an Indonesian intelligence agent immediately stopping your activities as an Indonesian Military and Police agent;
2. We also give warnings to the Indigenous Papuans of the Ngalum tribe in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency who have been and are looking for food and drink with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia that you should not Try Entering our Headquarters, and if you come at Our Headquarters, then we do not Look Either You Are Customary Chief? Or easy figure? Or Religious Figure? And whoever stops immediately, don't be a traitor to the Papuan Nation, but let the Indonesian Military and Police come in person, so they can come alive but go home with a coffin;
3. More sepecially Papuans from the Ngalum tribe in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency and also Papuans in general in all West Papuan territories in the bureaucracy of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia think well then talk to defend the Republic of Indonesia, and in this case specifically for the Pegunungan Bintang Regency we TPNPB OPM will not compromise;

Thus the statement was issued from the Leaders and Troops of the Ngalum Kupel Regional Defense Command on February 16^th 2020, under the Command of the Regional Defense Commander Bridgen LAMEK TAPLO and Deputy Commander in Chief ENOS ALWOLMABIN.

Siaran Pers KOMNAS TPNPB-OPM Per 17 Februari 2020 berdasarkan Pernyataan TPNPB KODAP Ngalum Kupel

Managemen Markas Pusat KOMNAS TPNPB telah terima laporan dari Komando Daerah Pertahanan (KODAP) Ngalum Kupel pada Tanggal 16 Februari 2020, dimana laporan yang berisi Pernyataan resmi yang mana dapat dikeluarkan Oleh Panglima dan Wakil Panglima serta seluruh Pasukan Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua  Barat dari Markas Ngalum Kupel.

Isi laporan Resmi Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Kupel, yang merupakan Pernyataan Tegas sebagai berikut:

Pernyataan sikap yang disampaikan oleh Panglima dan KASDAP Serta seluruh Pasukan TPNPB OPM KODAP Ngalum Kupel menyatakan bahwa,

1.     TPNPB KODAP Ngalum Kupel mengeluarkan Peringatan Keras Kepada Orang Asli Papua dari Suku Ngalum di Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang yang mana menjadi agen intelejen Indonesia segera berhenti dari aktifitas anda sebagai agen Militer dan Polisi Indonesia;

2.     Kami juga memberikan peringatan kepada Orang Asli Papua dari Suku Ngalum di Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang yang mana telah dan sedang mencari makan-minum dengan Pemerintah Negara Kolonial republic Indonesia (NKRI) bahwa Anda jangan Coba-Coba Masuk ke Markas kami, dan apabila Anda datang di Markas Kami, maka kami tidak Pandang Entah Engkau Tokoh Adat kah? Atau Tokoh Pemudah kah? Atau Tokoh Agama kah? Dan Tokoh siapa Pun segera berhenti, jangan jadi Penghianat Bangsa Papua, namun biarkan Militer dan Polisi Indonesia datang sendiri, supaya datang dalam keadaan hidup namun Pulang Mayat;

3.     Orang Asli Papua dari suku Ngalum di Kabupaten  Pegunungan Bintang khusus nya dan juga Orang Asli Papua pada Umumnya di  seluruh territory Papua Barat yang ada di birokrasi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia berpikir baik kemudian bicara untuk Mempertahankan NKRI, dan dalam hal ini khususny  untuk Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang kami TPNPB OPM Tidak akan kompromi;

4.     TPNPB OPM sudah siap, waktu dan kapan itu kami punya Rahasia dan di seluruh Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang Adalah Daerah operasi kami TPNPB KODAP Ngalum Kupel;

5.     Apabila Perang terjadi nanti di Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang Antara Pasukan TPNPB dan Militer Indonesia, maka Kami Perlu sampaikan bahwa itu bukan untuk  minta makan atau minum, tetapi minta kebebasan atau Papua Merdeka Penuh dari Penjajhan oleh Pemerintah Kolonial Republik Indonesia;

6.     Kami  Tentara Pembebasan Nasional Papua Barat, Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Kupel sampaiakn pesan kepada Militer dan Polisi Indonesia yang mau datang ke Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang bahwa Anda harus sampaikan kepada Anak atau istri baik-baik kemudian boleh datang,  karena Anda akan datang dalam keadaan hidup, namun anda akan pulang dengan Mayat;

7.     Kami Orang Asli Papua dari Suku Ngalum di Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang-Papua telah tahu budaya perang dari sejak nenek moyang Kami Ada, sebelum orang Kulit Putih datang, maka Kami sampikan kepada Pasukan Keamanan Indonesia (TNI/POLRI) bahwa jika Anda datang ke Markas Kami, maka kami siap terima di seluruh wilyah Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang, dan ingat bahwa itu daerah kami TPNPB-OPM, oleh karena itu kami Akan jaga dari Udara Maupun jalan Darat.

Demikian, dan pernyataan ini dikeluarkan dari Pimpinan dan Pasukan Komando Daerah Pertahanan Ngalum Kupel pada Tanggal 16 Februari 2020, dibawah Komando Panglima Daerah Pertahanan Bridgen LAMEK TAPLO dan Wakil Panglima ENOS ALWOLMABIN.
