Why did we choose this title in the case of the abduction and sadistic killing of five Papuan civilians in Ndugama by the Indonesian Security Forces?

We chose this title because almost all Indonesian medias proclaimed that the kidnapping and sadistic killing of Papuan Indigenous civilians in Ndugama was allegedly carried out by the Indonesian Militarys and Polices (TNI/)POLRI) troops, therefore we firmly conveyed to the world that this was a facts and not a suspect.

In this case TPNPB-OPM criticized all Indonesian medias and also international medias that said alleged. Why? Because this is no longer suspected, but rather the fact that those who have carried out kidnappings and killings are members of the Indonesian Militarys and Polices who have and are conducting Military Operations in Ndugama territories, of Papua.

Remember that the TPNPBB-OPM Ndugama report that was updated by the Management of the TPNPB-OPM Headquarters on 7^th of October 2019 was very clear and responsible, where the TPNPB-OPM had an accurate report that the perpetrators were Indonesian Militarys and Police Forces.

The TPNPB-OPM Ndugama report in the form of a press release has been sent to all journalists from various media throughout Indonesia, and also we have sent it to international medias journalists but never published.

However, after the discovery of the corpse that was buried by the Ndugama volunteer team, Indonesian medias and also local Papuan media were published under the title "allegedly done by the TNI / POLRI".

TPNPBNews: The National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters Management Received a direct report from Intan Jaya Regency, Papua today Friday, 25^th of October 2019 regarding the Shooting of three TNI / POLRI member.

This report was reported directly by the Commander of  Sonak Defense Region Commander of TPNPB Sinak Bridgen Militer Murib via his cellphone, and the shooting was carried out at 9:24am, at Intan Jaya time.

It was reported that during the crossfire between the Indonesian Military and the TPNPB-OPM forces in Intan Jaya Regency on Friday today, October 25^th, 2019, TPNPB-OPM troops had successfully shot dead 3 members of the TNI/ POLRI.

In its report said that the corpse of the victims had just evacuated, which is around 3:23 pm by the Intan Jaya Regency Government.

TPNPB-OPM troops in the shooting location saw a Government officer from one of the District heads who came to evacuate the victims.

Furthermore, the bodies of members of the Indonesian Military and Police (TNI/POLRI) were evacuated at the center of Intan Jaya Regency, and taken to the TNI/POLRI headquarters.

Please note that the TPNPB-OPM Military forces are already in Intan Jaya Regency for the War Against the Indonesian Colonial Military and Police.

In this shooting, TPNPB-OPM General Operations Commander Major General Lekagak Telenggen and Bridgen Militer Murib said that they were responsible, and that the war would continue on PT. Freeport Indonesia must close and the UN immediately regulates the right to Self-determination for the People of West Papua.

REVIEW: COMPOSITION OF CABINET II INDONESIA WHICH DOES NOT INVOLVE THE PAPUANS POLITICAL ELITE (NKRI KOMPERADOR).

Based on the above, we as the chairman of the OPM TPN would like to convey a number of important things to the government and the people of Indonesia that:

1). OPM-TPNPB as the parent organization of the struggle of the Papuan people and the political party responsible for the struggle of the Papuan people who have the highest legitimacy and authority towards the struggle of the Papuan people and who maintain the existence and dignity of the Papuan people, said that the division of the second cabinet of the JOKOWI president which did not involve Papuans is clear evidence that Papua is not part of the Indonesian colonial state. 

Therefore, the Indonesian colonial president JOKOWI had to admit that the West Papua state had an embryo on December 1^st, 1961 by the Dutch government based on UN resolution NO 1514 and it was declared by OPM-TPNPB on July 1^st1971 and West Papua is a country that is DE VACTO and DE JURE has independent.

2). To the people of the Papuan people Particularly the political elite or PAPINDO group or Komperador NKRI group in West Papua that aware of your colonial occupation by the Republic of Indonesia for 58 years!!!

Every Papuan Childs Knows of Free Papua From Since They Are Was in the Mother Womb

Papuan childrens from baby they have the ideology of a Free Papua, and they are more than 1^st year old they already know the struggle for independence of Papua.

This is evident from the enthusiasm of Papuan childrens in the struggle. For example Wimane Humble Sambom, he once been cried for drawing his  cowboy hat painted into the Morning Star Flag, the national flag of West Papua.

This happened at the age of three, on event of a demonstration in front of the Abepura Post Office in Jayapura West Papua where the late Mako Tabuni was the last to make a speech, namely in April 2^th 2012.

And after this child had begun to grow up, he began to work on his own to draw the Morning Star Flag. He also always drew flags from all countries that supported of Free Papua, including the Aceh National flag he had drawn.

By seeing this reality, we convey to Indonesian Government that the Papuans Ideologo for the Political Rights of Self-Determination will not be killed by Indonesian using military and police weapons, because all Papuan childrens from their mothers wombs since they have known their ideology of Free Papua, and it flows through the blood of a mother and their father's genes.

MEDIA RELEASE, MINGGU, 13 OKTOBER 2019: Koordinator residen PBB Gianluca Rampolla menerima dua petisi yaitu satu oleh warga Papua Barat dan yang lainnya oleh warga negara tetangga PNG yang menuntut organisasi PBB untuk segera turun tangan dan mengatasi krisis kemanusiaan di wilayah tersebut (West Papua). Perdana Menteri James Marape membuat pernyataan ini di Parlemen pada hari Jumat Tanggal 17 October 2019 ketika menanggapi serangkaian pertanyaan oleh Pemimpin Oposisi Belden Namah tentang sikap pemerintah terhadap konflik Papua Barat yang sedang berlangsung dan dugaan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia.

Five Indigenous Papuans Have Been Killed by Indonesian Security Forces on September 20th 2019 & Corpses Rotted

Fresh information from Ndugama, West Papua today  October 7^th 2019

The shooting incident of the indigenous Papuan civilians on the Habema road highway near the Mbuwa and Iniye districts  was fond 5^th dead bodies, which had decomposed by the roadside.

The perpetrators of this shooting against civil society were the Indonesian Military and Police Forces that were Operating in the Ndugama Region, Papua.

According to testimonies from the people of Mbua that the bodies could not be taken because the Indonesian Security Forces were banned from evacuating.

This shooting was carried out by the Indonesian Military on September 20^th 2019 last month until now on October 7^th 2019 the body is still rotting.

The names of the victims are as follows:
1. Yuliana Dronggi, age 35^th years old
2. Jelince Bugi age 25^th years old
3. Macen Kusumbrue Age 26^th  years old
4. Tolop Bugi age 13^th years old and
5. Hardius Bugi Age 15^th years old

It was reported that families in Mbuwa at gunpoint by the Indonesian military were not permitted to take their bodies.
