The Central Headquarters of the National Command of TPNPB-OPM Headquarters has received an official report from Yahukimo regarding the attack on Trans Papua Workers in the Dekai Yahukimo Region on October 25^th, 2019 and in the report sent by email it states that the attack was carried out by the TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo And TPNPB-OPM KODAP XVI Yahukimo is responsible for this attack.

Report of the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) - Free Papua Organization (OPM), YAHUKIMO XVI DEFENSE REGION COMMANDO, Papua

TPNPB-OPM Yahukimo News: In connection with this letter, we are from the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Regional Defense Command XVI Yahukimo, on today Friday October 25^th, 2019 at 1:00 pm, TPNPB-OPM forces had fight Contacted with the Indonesian Security Forces (Brrimob) at JEGI times, and have succeeded in the arrow One member of the Mobile Brigade and was killed.

We have carried out this attack under the command of
Commander of KODAP XVI Yahukimo Bridgen Yerry Wakman Kobak, and Commander of Operation Lion Bahabol.

And for the time being the TPNPB-OPM forces were not victims, and all were safe.

If Indonesia wants to fight, we are ready with bows and arrows troops, because we are fighting for the political right of self-determination for the people of Papua.

And on the basis of our struggle, we believe that with just a bows and arrows we will kill the Indonesian Militarys members and Police who have stolen our wealth and minerals minerals resources.

Based on the report of TPNPB-OPM Yahukimo Region, the management of the Central Headquarters of TPNPB-OPM issued a statement as follows:

That all the killings that have been and are being carried out by TPNPB-OPM forces throughout Papua are based on identification data by the "Papua Intellegent Service (PIS)", which can be identified that all forms of development of the Papua Trans Highway Road are for evil purposes by Jakarta.

And TPNPB-OPM has issued numerous statements that we reject all forms of development carried out by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia on our ancestral lands, and the occupation must immediately be ended in a way that the Indonesian Government is obliged to recognize the Rights of Papuan Nation's Independence.

Why did the TPNPB-OPM reject all forms of development carried out by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia?

The reason for TPNPB-OPM is very clear and rational, namely that the Papuan Nation had never dreamed of Indonesia developing Papua.

But the demands of the Papuan Nation are very clear, namely that the Papuan people have the Right to Full Independence as other Nations on Earth. That's all, the demands are not many,
And We say that the Government of Indonesia must be held responsible for the lives of the Indonesians we killed, because the Government of Indonesia was forced to work on the Trans Papua Road Project throughout West Papua, while we TPNPB-OPM banned and refused.
Remember that we TPNPB-OPM reject Infrastructure Development which is the Trans Papua road project, because we know that Jakarta has a secret mission to destroy the Indigenous Papuans and Our Land and Our lands will be taken over by Indonesian Immigrants.

And we are sure that the Trans Papua road project is a form of Genocide of Papuans by the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia, therefore Indonesian people who feel themselves civil society do not want to work on the Trans Road Project, and also do not want to be a motorcycle taxi driver. Because we know that you are a TNI/POLRI spaying.

Construction of the Trans Papua road or whatever it is We will build it ourselves after Free Papua, therefore the Indonesian Government must open up to sit at the negotiating table with the TPNPB-OPM and all elements of the Papuan struggle, under the mediation by the UN Organization.

Because the armed conflict in Papua will not stop, and it’s will be continue until Papua is fully independent. Remember that the Resistance will be more missive, the next two years.

Therefore the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia immediately recognized the right of Papuan Sovereignty.

And we consider that all Indonesian people who come to Papua are Thieves and Robbers, who have committed and are robbing and stealing our natural resources, while killing the owner of their country, that is also the people of Papua. Therefore we will not compromise.
