National Command of the National Liberation Army of West Papua an Free Papua Organization

First, the Basic Law of Establishment of the National Liberation Army of West Papua of the Free Papua Organization in the NATIONAL COMMAND 2012

Based on the Constitution or the Interim Constitution of the Republic of West Papua on July 1rd, 1971, consisting of VIII Chapters and 129 Articles, then in Chapter V On Defense and Security, and in Article 105, Paragraph 1, which states that the Establishment of Armed Forces West Papua will consist of voluntary military service and the military shall be established by Law, and in Section 2, which states that it is a Forces of the Republic of West Papua is the army, Navy and Air Forces.

Under Article 105, on the date March 26rd, 1973 have formed the National Liberation Army abbreviated TPN, which consists of the High Commander, Commander of Regional and staff as well as soldiers who still survive to this day in the headquarters of their respective areas.

Based on Chapter VIII On Rules, Transition, Amendment, Supplement and Cover, then on Article 121, which states, "As a result of the proclamation of July 1rd, 1971, the Government of the preceding legislation referred to in article 106 immediately formed an army for the liberation of the country with the President's decision ".

Based on Chapter VIII of Article 123 On Amended, then on Article 123 Paragraph 1, which states that "In order to change this Constitution should be clearly pointed letter, paragraph, article, paragraph or section which was about to be changed or added as well as informing the reasons for change in writing, and in Section 2, which states that "Amended draft Constitution submitted to senate ever necessary senate 2/3 the number of members present.

Important Note in the implementation of TPN-OPM Summit 2012 in Biak West Papua

Field  Operation Commander of the National Liberation Army of West Papua (TPNPB) Mr. Gusby Hunggi Waker from Tembagapura, West Papua reported that, this morning the Indonesian Military & Police attacked TPNPB Defense Headquarters using rocket weapons. 

This land rocket attack is not balanced with the enemy weapons force for the Indonesian Military and Police, rather than West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) weapons only have the type of ordinary weapons.

A.      Introduction

Praise the Lord Shield of West Papuans. 4. Whereas, by (United Nations  Declaration) on the rights of human rights (the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights), which has been accepted and endorsed by the UN General Assembly on December 10^th, 1948, the rights of the nation of west Papua should and must be respected;

Whereas, according to Article 1, paragraph 1.2 and paragraph 3 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which has been accepted and endorsed by the UN General Assembly on December 16^th, 1966, then people of West Papua have the right to Self-Determination through a democratic referendum, dignified and authoritative standards in accordance with international law;

6. Whereas, the popularity, the right of self-determination,  which can be explained on points to five above, the United Nations can reinforce again in the UN Declaration on the rights of Indigenous (Natives people)  (The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples), which has been accepted and ratified on September 13^th 2007, the General Assembly of the United Nations which can be defined in article 3 and 4 of this declaration that Every indigenous people shall have the right to self determination;

The Regional Defense Command (KODAP of West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB) of Tembagapura did not flinch with the Chief of Papua Police publishing the List of People Search (DPO) against 21 Members of theWest Papua National Liberation Army ( TPNPB).

1. What is your group's reason for attacking the NKRI apparatus lately?

Answered by Bridgen Ayub Waker that:
 The reason for the attack. Our National Liberation Army of West Papua (TPNPB-OPM) is fighting for political rights of Self-Determination or full independence as other nation of the world, from colonialism by Indonesia. And the West Papuan National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) fought was started sence 1965 until now, only to gain full independence over West Papua, from the hands of Indonesia Colonialism and occupation.

2. Why should the attack location be in Tembagapura and near the Freeport Mine company?

Bridgen Ayub Waker Answered that:
Because since Freeport is the root of the West Papua problems, which for the sake of the Gold Mining property in Tembagapura West, so West Papua was annexed to Indonesia by the United States, the United Nations and the Indonesian military through TRIKORA Operation under the instructions by Soekarno the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
