A Member of Indonesian Military Were Shot Dead by TPNPB troops And 4 others Suffered Gunshot wounds in Oksibil-Papua

The War of National Liberation, by the West Papua National Liberation Army will be carried out throughout West Papua's territory, and the War will cease after Papua is fully independent from the illegal military occupation of Indonesia on the ancestral lands of the Papuan people.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the Leaders of the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Headquarters on March 29^th, 2020, which contents "reported that the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces in the Ngalum Kupel Region had succeeded in firing 5 members of the Indonesian Military Forces in Oksibil, Pegunungan Bintang Regency ", and one of them was killed by a TPNPB-OPM forces bullet.

In its report by the West Papua National Liberation Army Leadership of the Ngalum Kupel Region reported that on March 29^th, 2020, at 4:00 am in the morning the TPNPB had exchanged fires with the Indonesian Security Forces and in this firefighting the TPNPB had succeeded were shot 5 members of the Indonesian Military in Oksibil.

In this case, the Leaders of the Ngalum Kupel TPNPB-OPM which is based in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency said that they were responsible for the shooting of these five members of Indonesian Military.

Reports that have been received by the Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army from Oksibil via SMS on March 29^th, 2020 may follow below:

Last night around 12:00, the Indonesian Security Forces had been dropped into the Ngalum Kupel TPNPB Defense Area by using 4 Strada cars and one truck.

After the Indonesian Security Forces arrived in the West Papua National Liberation Army Defense area, there was an armed clash between the TPNPB Forces and the Indonesian Security Forces.

TPNPB leaders Ngalum Kupel Reported again that the shootout had taken place this morning, and the TPNPB-OPM forces shot one TNI member dead and 4 others had gunshots wounds.

And the dead body of a member of the Indonesian Military  who had been shot by the TPNPB forces was conducting an autopsy at the Oksibil hospital at this time. While the war is in progress, and subsequent reports will follow.

This report was confirmed by the Leaders and Troops of TPNPB Ngalum Kupel via Tel Sattelit to the Management of TPNPB Headquarters on 29^th March 2020 at around 12:00 pm, Papua Time.

In this shooting, it was also confirmed that two members of the West Papua National Liberation Army were hit by bullets from the Indonesian Security Forces, and they were known to have been hit in the legs.

On the same day, on March 29^th, 2020, the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Leaders also reported that the Papuan people in Oksibil, Pehunungan Bintang Regency were afraid of not covid-19, but rather they were more afraid of the large number of Indonesian military members in the Region being dropped.

Although the Government of the Papua Province has announced closing access to sea and air transportation on March 26^th, 2020 to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak that threatens the lives of humankind throughout the world, but the Indonesian Government Authority is sending daily members of the Indonesian Security Forces to Oksibil in large numbers.

It was reported that the addition of the military throughout Papua openly or even closed is still being carried out by the Government of Indonesia to this day.

In the midst of worry and panic by Covid-19, the people in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency were not panicked or afraid because of Covid-19, but were afraid of excessive military additions to sweeping operations and chasing members of the Ngalum-Kupel TPNPB-OPM Troops, due to 12 shoots weapons taken by TPNPB-OPM in 2019 ago.

In its report it states that on Saturday 28^th of March 2020 around 10:15 a.m. full flight, which had been carried out by dropping Indonesian military members using a trigane Air plane.

After arriving at the Oksibil, they took the meeting on the field and told the public that "wait for 2 more flights of 3000 Army Personnel to drop here, and after all arrived we will conduct a sweeping starting from the Districts of Serambakon, Okbape, Oksop, Sopsebang, Okbab, Okhika, Kiwirok , Said Commander in Chief of the Indonesian security forces at Oksibil.

The Military Leadership also told the community that in these Districts we would conduct a large sweeping starting next Sunday, and we would chase all members of the TPNPB-OPM.

This is a form of terror by the Indonesian Military Leaders towards the People in Oksibil, Papua. He said again that our TPNPB-OPM Headquarters would all bomb ".

This was conveyed by the Indonesian Military Commander in Oksibil, Pegunungan Bintang regency. These words have been conveyed when the meeting together at the apron of the Oksibil airport.

This military operation has been approved by the regent of Pegunugan Bintang Regency, so the Indonesian Security Forces will immediately carry out this, said the Military Commander in Chief in Oksibil.

So the people of the Pegunungan Bintang in Oksibil are afraid and worried not because of Covid-19, but the addition of the Indonesian colonial military in large numbers.

And the presence of the full force of the Indonesian military has made the psychological of community depressed and traumatized, and also the community very scared. This has been reported directly from the Pegunungan Bintang-Papua to the Central Headquarters Management of TPNPB-OPM.
