Three Members of Indonesian Military Were Shot by TPNPB Troops at Oksibil, One Killed and Two Others Hospitalized

The War of National Liberation, by the West Papua National Liberation Army will be carried out throughout West Papua's territory, and the War will cease after Papua is fully independent from the illegal military occupation of Indonesia on the ancestral lands of the Papuan people.

Central Headquarters Management of West Papua National Liberation Army has received an official report from the Leaders of the Ngalum Kupel Headquarters of TPNPB on March 24^th, 2020, whose contents "reported that the West Papua National Liberation Army Forces in the Ngalum Kupel Region had successfully shot 3 members of the Indonesian Military Forces in Oksibil, Pegunungan Bintang Regency ".

In its report the Leadership of the TPNPB Ngalum Kupel Region reported that on March 23th, 2020, in the afternoon the TPNPB Troops successfully shot three members of the Indonesian Military in Oksibil. And the Leaders of Ngalum Kupel said that they were responsible.

Central Headquarters Manajemen of the West Papua National Liberation Army have received this report on March 23th, 2020 at 9:00 pm Papua time, but Central Headquarters Management of TPNPB has been awaiting Confirmation from PIS on duty in the Town of Oksibil.

And the results have been confirmed that one of TNI member was died, and two others suffered gunshot wounds from TPNPB Troops.

Based on the results of this confirmation, the West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management officially announced to the public that all shooting incidents throughout the Papua Lands is the Central Headquarters of TPNPB under leadership of Gen Goliath Naaman Tabuni were responsible.

Thus, we also convey to all parties that the “National Liberation War” by the West Papua National Liberation Army (TPNPB-OPM) Forces will not stop, but the War will continue.

Therefore, we convey to the Colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia that "Like it or not”the Indonesian government must open itself to sit at the negotiating table with the TPNPB OPM negotiating team under the mediation of a Neutral Third Party,or the UN Organization.

We also give a stern reminder to the Government of Indonesia that do not sacrifice your Security Forces members in the interests of the elite of the Jakarta Politicians, but to avoid more casualties on the part of the TPNPB or innocent People, and also victims of the Indonesian security forces, we must sit at the negotiating table to discuss the issue of the Indonesian Illegal occupation in Papua.

This is important for the attention of the Government of Indonesia, because West Papua National Liberation Army forces are in the entire West Papua Territory and all regions will rise up and take up arms to demand justice for the Papuan Nation.

Therefore, before this happens we convey to the colonial Government of the Republic of Indonesia that we must go to the negotiating table for find peaceful solutions.

And West Papua National Liberation Army Headquarters Management received a report this afternoon on March 24^th, 2020 that the TPNPB of Ngalum Kupel troops in the Pegunungan Bintang Regency said they were ready to fight the Indonesian Security Forces, if the Indonesian Military and Police attacked us.

And according to the Central Headquarters Management of TPNPB-OPM protocol, this report was officially announced by TPNPB-OPM Spokesman Mr. Sebby Sambom to be known by the public globally.
